I called to let them know that we would be out of water before our next scheduled service(which by the the way is changed by them when ever a holiday occurs and they dont inform you of that) and I was told they would return my call later that same afternoon and update me on the status. Im still waiting on that call and and still have no water. Never did get the phone call back but we did receive the water the next day. Thank you for your response.

Installation was great. Andrew (I think) was funny, great with my little girls, respectful, and tried his best to be quick. He even helped me reach something I had lost. Being in a wheelchair I needed a company that would bring in salt and take care of the machine. So I am grateful I found this company.They did make a mistake when installing the reverse osmosis system and tangled the sink sprayer in one of the hoses so I cant pull it out to use it. However, once I noticed it I called and they are coming out right away to fix it.My well water is horrible the showers and daughters blond hair went from turning red with rust to smelling great being able to drink.I couldnt ask for anything more from a company and their customer service was great! They answered my questions (even when they were silly) and fixing the mistake quickly.

Was wanting to purchase a water softener so after scheduling a water test Rachel was late. Then after testing water after 110 drops it still wasnt blue had to take a sample of water with her because her kid was playing with her kit the night before and might have mixed chemicals. After a couple days of nothing i contacted her to remind her i need a formal quote and also to check if water test was different. I also asked if the service men could install my well tank while installing the softener. After she checked with i assume a superior she said yes they can but not any electrical. I said ok thats understandable. When the quote came i didnt catch at first that she switched the model we agreed on with the next model down. The price was correct just wrong unit model. After correcting that the price jumped from $100 for a twin ti $300. Im fed up from dealing with this incompetent idiot so i say whatever just do it. When they show up to install they know nothing about well tank install and after contacting his biss they say they cant touch well tank . so they were sent on there way. Lesson here is if you deal with this company have everything black and white in writing. Do not trust word of mouth.

After I called the Wooster office, someone came down to our home to check out the problem (which ended up not being a problem) and he quickly and efficiently refilled the tank with salt. All for a reasonable price.

Softener salt was delivered, carried to my basement, and loaded into the softener by my Culligan Man. What could be easier? (Well, at least easier for me.) Great job, Culligan!

Not only did we have prompt friendly service when calling Culligan of Wooster to begin service of our Softener that we purchased from them. But when the delivery gentleman came out, he called to let us know that he was on his way, and when he got here, he was SO friendly!!! We would definitely recommend them!!

My water conditioner from Culligan takes the iron, etc out of my well water so it tastes better and my clothes are not stained with iron. I can use less soap and shampoo for laundry, showers, cleaning, dishwasher. I choose to have the salt delivered and have the delivery men, take it downstairs and put it in the conditioner. Always good service in the 34 years I have had Culligan.

Our water conditioner was repaired and cleaned the day after I called for service. The repairman was very knowledgeable.

I paid with a debit card to have my water softener serviced; the amount was deducted immediately. The following day, a second charge for the same amount was made. This 2nd charge for the same amount has over drawn my account; being a friday they said I would have to wait until Monday in order to dispute any issues with billing. (As much as this makes sense; my bank will continue charging over draft fees) why should I have to pay extra for a mistake made by Culligan. How are you going to deduct my services twice? When I call to speak with Culligan and was switched to 3-4 people all being unhelpful as the last; not making any progress and being told to simply worry about it Monday. How can I worry about it Monday when I have negative in my bank account for the next minimum 2days and cannot dispute anything until then. Where is my money? Sitting in their bank account? I don’t understand. They have the worst customer care after hours/ and clearly the worst billing department...
