I had a prescription for my cat he has asthma and really needs it. I brought it through the drive thru to drop it off I asked if they had it they said it would be done that day and they would text me. No text or call happened. I then called and was on hold for 2 hours and got connected to someone finally. The women then told me they did not have it in stock and it would be done the following day. I get off of work and drive over there and the lady at the drive thru tells me there is no generic version and despite what the prescription says. Along with that they do not have it. Then informs me it will be $200. I mentioned that we had a coupon and was looking at it. It said $16 but originally was $30.00. So maybe it was mistyped somewhere. So my partner and I proceeded to ask for the prescription paper back and the lady told me to pull around the building and go back through the drive because they could not find it. So my partner went inside and stood there for around 10 minutes waiting on the paper that they lost. Today I was informed by a Kroger pharmacist that the medication is discontinued. So why did the pharmacist at CVS tell me it was $200.00.

We go through the drivethrough every time and theyre super nice, and usually take around 2 minutes to give us our prescriptions.

We have been with CVS for years and I just want to say that they have always taking care of our pharmacy needs. I personally would not go to a different pharmacy. Thank you to all the staff there and your dedication to wellness.

Pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star. The pharmacist herself lacks customer service skills and barks orders from behind the wall not even listening to what the customer is saying. I believe she rubs off on the staff because they all act the same way.

Used the drive-through pharmacy. Very friendly and personable staff. I was picking up a prescription for the first time there and they already had everything ready and had already run it through my insurance. When I also asked for infant tylenol, they went and got two different ones for me to choose from. Only downside was that it was pretty slow.

I used to love CVS store and pharmacy, however due to circumstances beyond their control, they are too busy to maintain effective customer interaction. The store is still a pleasure to shop in with friendly staff, but the pharmacy is in over their heads. Going to change pharmacies. I used to be a pharmacy tech and know how stressful it is working in that environment, however the increased business has caused this pharmacy to lose its appeal.

Ive never been impressed with this pharmacy. They never have the medications needed in stock, they dont want to call doctors to get clearance to fill medication. Theyre super slow and you see 8 people working, at least 3 just standing around. And you hear call on hold for pharmacy that nobody answers the whole 45 minutes youre waiting for someone to even acknowledge you need help from them. Ive been going to this pharmacy for awhile but Ive decided to switch to ANYTHING but cvs and its affiliate pharmacies.When youre supposed to get your medication on time, and they dont have it for you, it really messes everything up. Very uncoordinated and not very professional.

This place is terrible. Once again, we cant get our kids prescriptions because they didnt do what they were supposed to. Last time, they misplaced our kids antibiotics. Before that, they didnt give us enough of the antibiotic and expected us to call the doctor and ask for more. After calling and begging for the rest because he had pneumonia, they finally admitted and caught the mistake. Treated us like we were trying to get Dilaudid or something....today, we got a script for an inhaler. We got the spacer but no inhaler?! Cool thanks! Sure that helps a lot! Here hunny, inhale some of this air through this plastic thingy! Whats the matter? Why are you still wheezing?! Taking my business elsewhere.

If my insurance covered me the same for someplace else....I would RUN there!! This place gets my prescriptions right maybe 10% of the time!!!They are terrible at reading the scripts you drop off. Drive through line always takes at least a half an hour even if you are the only car in line!!I am always filled with dread when it is time to get my prescriptions refilled😐

AVOID THIS MINUTE CLINIC... Call in and they say be here by 415 and we can see you, my wife takes our sick 4 year old and our 3 month old and rushes there and makes it at 4:05, just for this rude woman to tell her that shes out of luck cause their full and she cant look at our son who is miserable on a Sunday with strep. She had no sympathy for the situation or the fact that she was told that they would see her. No communication and they act like theres nothing they can do to fix it. If they would of been honest she could of made it to the urgent care on the north end but wasted a half hour dealing with these people. 2 times now this store has let us down severly this year. They have lost our business for good.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. They lost my son’s antibiotic, and then there wasn’t even enough to cover the full course, anyway. The people in there are totally incompetent. When filling my own prescriptions, I was told that they would get them started for me, and it would be just a few minutes. So I sat down to wait. FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER I finally ask “what the heck” and I was told that the guy who helped me never even got my prescription started, so I had to wait even longer for them to actually fill it! I tried to give them another chance, but, again, it turned in to a show of idiocy when they asked me what time I would like my prescriptions filled by and then not bothering to fill them. They did this same thing to my husband, as well. I’ve since transferred my prescriptions to the Walmart pharmacy, where they actually know what they’re doing.

Inefficient and unhelpful. I transferred my prescription for buspirone from the CVS in Columbus to this CVS in early February and was told there was a buspirone shortage. No big deal; I had plenty. When I called near the end of February to refill the prescription, they told me the shortage was still going on. Mind you, they never told me when this shortage was supposed to end. Last Tuesday, they told me they had 7.5-mg tablets in stock--which theyd never mentioned before. So I said fine; I would be glad to take these tablets. Then I was told they needed permission from my doctor, which I waited for for almost a week. Today, when I called about the prescription, the first representative I talked to just shoved me on hold for 20 minutes. The second representative I talked to just up and said they didnt have the 7.5-mg tablets after all, and that they had not talked to my doctor.Terrible, terrible service from beginning to end. I wouldnt have gotten into this mess if CVS had just told me (a) How long the buspirone shortage was supposed to last, (b) If they had ANY buspirone tablets, no matter what the dosage, in stock, (c) Where I might be able to find buspirone, and (d) How long the 7.5-mg tablets were supposed to last. Instead, they kept feeding me bits and pieces of information and playing this annoying game of cat and mouse. If this is how CVS does business now, its an absolute disgrace.

Pharmacy technician was very rude and unhelpful. I was pleasant to her but she eventually refused to help at all and refered me to a very red hair lady that refused to help me with my prescription or insurance info

Loved going to cvs up until 3 months ago when the female head pharmacist started being very judgmental, condescending, and just down right rude! I just wanted to be treated like a loyal customer like I was for many years, and I was treated like a piece of trash off the street!

Pharmacy is to small to handle the demand for meds. Need to expand area, increase number of staff all around. Like the people but they are flooded with work. Doing the best they can but its crazy environment to work in. Stress level is very high.
