It would be nice to get what you order. Ordered 2 milkshakes extra thick they were not extra thick. Not the first time either. Time to find a new place for extra thick shakes

Its nothing to brag about really Dary Land is a step up and im pretty sure everything else is a step up and the pinnacle is being homemade, the chili dogs are pretty good

I placed an order online for a bday cake, to be picked up a week later. I received an email confirmation after the order was placed. I went to pick it up even after the time I said I’d be there and they had no cake, nothing. Not happy!!! I had to leave and hurry to find a cake elsewhere! Glad I hadn’t paid for it and will not return here! I’ve ordered from Orrville Dairy Queen in the past and something like this has never happened.

It is almost always to Cleveland Rd. But they move quickly. And whats not to love about Dairy Queen ice cream. Wish they had a grill and a fryer.

Terrible experience had our 3 and 4 yr old at the park and decided to treat them for ice cream so we drive from smithville to the wooster location. We ask for two small ice cream cones with sprinkles in cups. As well as two coney dogs. We get to the window and she hands us our coney dogs and then two ice creams in cones no cups I say those are for our kids we really need cups. And she snatches up two cups and thrust them into my hand and says we are suppose to charge for those. First off we asked for cups to begin with. Second off we never said we wouldnt pay for the cups but way to act . She was an older woman in her fifties or sixties short brownish blonde hair.

I give them 5 stars for there excellent service and putting up with the long lines. We need someone to go around and have people in drive thru line sign a patition to get a big Dairy queen that serves hot food like Orrville. Wooster is bigger than Orrville so why do we get the small dairy queen and Orrville gets the big one lol . I know I sound like a kid but it would be nice and they would get more sales here on wooster or just as much as Orrvilles. But Ill deal with their chicken sandwich its pretty good just wish they had fries.

I googled your hours for Sunday and found that you are listed to be open until 10pm. Great I thought Im going there for a cone. I drive 15 min pull into a parking spot mind you its 9pm. I get out of my car to go inside to order. Just as I step onto the walkway the manager Looks at me and turns the open sign off. If your hours have changed at least update them for your customers.

Overcharged for food but didnt realize till we left window. Once you leave window you arent allowed to dispute it

My experience was great. Never been to a Dairy Queen with such great service. Employees were welcoming and willing to serve. I would rate it higher if possible. Food can sometimes take a little while but i just have to remember that its fan food, not fast food and they have to make everything themselves !! Highly recommend

Its dairy queen. You never heard of it? Well they serve sandwiches, fries, drinks and oh yea, ICE CREAM. Decent place. Decent food. Decent ice cream. Never had anything here that really blew me out of the water.

Great customer service at this DQ! I almost always have been served my ice cream by a girl named Alyssa, shes super cute and its so admirable to see such a young person with such strong work ethic and customer service skills!! They are lucky to have her! :) Will definitely come back as long as she is working there. The other times when shes not there the service is just eh. Its refreshing to see her inspire other teenagers to do a great job! :)

Had a great peanut bluster parfait, but the drive through lane was extremely slow. I realize that orders are individually made and cannot be mass produced. Perhaps if the order booth was farther back it might be more efficient.

You can’t see what they charged you for on your receipt they forgot to type it in period so I didn’t get my food went and asked and they said the girl forgot to put it in.... not impressed such a tiny menu really brings it down

I like to go here during 2-5. They have a good fruit smoothie and their hot pretzel sticks are also good. This ice cream shop is also kept very neat and clean and the owners/management really care about the place.

When I was a kid, you could get a sundae made inside of a tiny, plastic baseball helmet. Im not sure if they still have those. There is no indoor seating, just a few picnic tables outside. They do not offer all of the food a full DQ does. No chicken strips or white gravy here, just hot dogs and pretzel sticks.

I love this Dairy Queen! The staff is friendly and always seems happy to serve you. Their ice cream is delicious - I have never gotten a product I didnt enjoy. Even if the server does make a mistake (which is bound to happen since nobodys perfect!) they will gladly fix it. I have been going here for over 10 years and will continue to come as long as I live in Wooster!

Slow service at the drive thru. And I ordered a double fudge cookie dough blizzard and it was vanilla with a hint of chocolate in it and barely any cookie dough. I even asked for(and paid for) extra cookie dough. I used to get this all the time and it was very chocolatey, but not now.

Im always happy to stop by Dairy Queen. The staff here are very kind and do a good job (this DQ doesnt have a grill; only frozen desserts). Im very glad that DQ introduced the mini size for Blizzards.

I love their royal strawberry cheesecake but man their prices are so high on a lot of items.

The food was great but I will say the cutsomer service was a little poor the young girls seemed more interested in standing around and talking more than working. I know theyre young but they need to have a bit more work ethic and how to be more customer friendly.

This is the only dairy queen I will go to. Have had two poor experiences but thats not bad in a 2 year period. Like that they employ younger people. Wish they would tip over ALL blizzards. Ive noticed they only tip one if you buy numerous or they put it in a big so it cant be served upside down.

Rude managers. When you order an item with extra and are charged for it you expect to get extra. Instead I received a blizzard with maybe 6 pieces of cookie dough in it. This is the third time this has happened and I put it off as them training new people at first.The manager was quite rude over the phone and not helpful told me to save it and bring it back and they will replace it next time. Who saves melted ice cream for weeks at a time? I wont be giving them anymore of my money.

Good place to go on a hot day and I love that they got outside seating unfortunately it is too close to the main road if you got kids

Ive never received a Blizzard from the Wooster Dairy Queen that had more than a tablespoon of candy dust. If rather drive down to Hartzlers or all the way out to Debs. Very disappointing.

Why would anyone go here? I grew up going here, and had some terrible experiences along with some decent ones. Didnt stop me from going. Then recently I looked up the nutritional information on their website. Hydrogenated oils are an ingredient in almost all of their menu! Look up the effect of hydrogenated oils on your body.
