While installing a head unit I had purchased online, it malfunctioned. John went out of his way to contact Sony for tech support but unfortunately could not get the unit working. AutoStart works fine but they left my hood open my grandson noticed that when I got home from driving their all the way on Route 2 home but they were very professional and got me right in and I would recommend people going to them nice clean job😊👌👍👍👍

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with JDK Auto Sound & Security.Apple CarPlay was not a factory option in my vehicle and I spent a lot of time online researching if it was possible to add aftermarket and kept coming up with nothing.I contacted a couple of companies and no one couldhelp. John told me he would research it and get back to me... I hadn’t heard from him so assumed it wasn’t an option. It turned out John had been extensively researching it and didn’t want to tell me he could do it unless he was sure.I had it installed this week and John was so professional, explained the new system to me, it’s features, menus and helped me over the phone once I got home and had more questions.I would recommend John to everyone I know!

We scheduled a date on the following week and I told him i needed the car back that day because i work near Framingham everyday. I have been buying aftermarket remote starters and stereos for 20 years and I have never seen such professionalism and such attention to detail in my life until I went to JDK. The workmanship is second to none. I bought a drone mobile car starter in November of 2014 and just bought a whole stereo system for my brand new Subaru outback and it is unbelievable. there are no 18 yr old kids screwing speakers down with drywall screws here ( I speak from experience). if you are looking for a drywall screw and ducktape job dont go here. if you want a premium install, top notch system and unparalleled service this is your place. remember good work aint cheap and cheap work aint good!!!!!!!

Extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase some basic speakers for my 85 Toyota MR2, which had previously had aftermarket audio components poorly home-installed (most of which was now missing and/or inoperable), and the representative (I believe he was the owner, but am unsure) came out to look over what was left in the car, and what I would need to get the job done myself. I had already purchased a stock toyota camry 1din head unit and wiring harness online, and he helped show me where/how I would splice the harness into the remaining wiring left in the car.
