Nelson is amazing when it comes to car stereo installation. I own a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and when I called around to see about installing my aftermarket stereo no one wanted the job or knew how to do the installation. Nelson not only installed the stereo he also installed the back up camera as if it was installed from the factory. He came to my home and installed the radio and camera. Nelson is THE MAN in the Worcester area when it comes to scooters. Hes very knowledgeable, is super-friendly, and he actually makes house calls! We have two Taotaos and Nelson drove to our home, adjusted the valves on both machines, and went on a test drive with me around the town. We also discussed maintenance and upgrade options. Its a great relief to us knowing hes there if we have an issue. I very highly recommend him-- you seriously couldnt ask for better service

Nelson is a good dude and has a wide range of knowledge on any kind of car audio from remote starters to youre very basic radio fuse being popped. Ive been using him since he first opened and will continue to use him. His employees are very knowledgeable and even still has a few guys who started with him day one. And within the last few years his involvement in the scooter scene is tremendous, from buying a brand new one for both my kids and being able to bring it to him when any issue a rises is wonderful. Id truly recommend him to everyone if I could but Ill stick to sending him the people I know lol.

I been going to sound quest for over 7 years..Nelson is very friendly and professional Highly recommended for all your car audio and alarm needs, very professional and clean job.No tasks is impossible for him.. they did my 2007 Mercedes Benz ml350 a custom design stereo.. no other place could do it, what i want on it and he find a way to do it and i never had an issue with it for 7 years that i had it and just recently they did my 2017 Ford f150 a custom design stereo under the rear seat. A few years ago, I bought a honda ruckus, and wanted to modify it. I brought it to the local powersports shop that handles BIG bikes and scooters. they did the job, but did not cater to me like a customer. upon calling this shop, I knew right away, this is the best shop to bring your bike. the owner is not only forgiving with price, but he actually cares about these things, He treated my bike like it was his, and like no other shop, he has an inside towing service to pick u up from where you are, if needed.. what can I say, the only thing missing in this review,is a big red bow.🥇

Amazing place, I was astounded by the expertise these guys have and the amount of customer service they gave me was astonishing. They even recommended insurance and such.

I brought a broken scooter to down to earth scooters...not running, piston was burnt inside the motor a complete disaster... that man said leave it here I got you... also the motor was broken not working... For the price he gave me and all that extra work he did to my scooter rewired the whole scooter, the lights, a new tire!!!! I recomend down to earth scooters to everyone with a scooter problem...
