Have lived near this business for about 30 years, and never had reason to use their services. Just a few weeks ago, I called, and left a message as to my needs. My call was returned within an hour, and Brian was quite attentive to my issues. Walked over with my laptop, and he said he’d get back with answers, and an estimate. He was true to his word, and I agreed to have him work on it. Repairs were made, suggestions were offered, and a free application was installed, all for what I felt was a reasonable price. Place has been in business for a long time, and it proved to me why. Surprised to see a less than favorable review among ALL the favorable ones. Person must have had an Apple cause they sure sounded rotten.

Went to get my laptop charger port fixed as well as my printer. He fix my printer said there was a cheerio in it and charge $40 for taking out the cheerio.. (no problem I paid it) He was not available initially to fix the laptop so I waited for his availability. Called and the line was busy a few times. His excuse was I did not leave a voice mail. He called and I called back twice within 1 minute of the missed call. Finally got to meet up 3 hours after and he was so rude I just took my business elsewhere. At first I had no problem waiting the week to hear back but the rude dismissive demeanor was unprofessional. He spoke to me in a very condescending tone and very disrespectful. I was paying for your service and deserved respect and dignity . I am the one putting money in your pocket by supporting local business. Absolutely unprofessional and behaved like an entitled person who was above working on my laptop.

Ive brought in 3 computers with varying issues and Brian approaches all issues very meticulously, carefully, and thoroughly. I trust that he will take care of my computer and get it in the shape I need it in! When I first found him online, I was nervous about going to an independent repair person since I always used to go to Geek Squad. However, once I started talking to him and saw how knowledgeable he was, I immediately felt confident about bringing my computers to him. I appreciated that he took the time to discuss the problem and help me understand what needed to happen. He not only does a great job but takes the time to explain what he did afterwards, even providing written info and photos of what he did, if necessary. Hes also very accommodating with when I needed my computer looked at and returned and its a very quick turn around. You definitely wont be waiting weeks like what sometimes happens with Geek Squad! Highly recommended!

So my cat shoved a heavy object onto my laptop and broke the screen. Part ordered, installed, all under a week. I am very pleased, and promise to keep my keyboard cleaner.
