After a frustrating week without the ability to receive calls and the run around and wait time for Sprint appointments, I was directed by several area friends to go to Stela G Tech on Pleasant Street. After only 15 minutes and no waiting Pedro had my phone up and running and best of all, no appointment, I just walked in. Service and Pedro are respectful, honest and really know what theyre doing. I also like that I got to support a local small business. I give Stela G Tech a 5 star rating only because 10 isnt an option!

I have been here three times already. These guys are amazing!! The family owners care about providing good service and quality. One time I came with a major issue with an Android phone. After assessing the issue, the owner suggested it was more worth my money to just buy a new one. He did not try to rip me off or have me buy service from here that I did not need! Other times I came and he replaced iPhone screen and camera in 30 minutes. Prices are very fair and service amazing. Highly recommend.

Price was good, but service horrendous. I was told if I paid upfront the parts could be in quicker. This seemed odd, but I needed it so paid. The next day I was called and told one of the 2 parts came in. I waited a week for the last part. I was told they could do the one part while we waited, but I wanted both to be done in one trip. I dropped my phone off at noon and was told it would be an hour. At 5:30 we went back and were told it would be another half hour. Finally the phone was completed at 6p, when they closed. Their customer service was subpar. I will never return

Harold was a great guy and nice to talk to ask me what was the issue I told him and in no time he grabbed my phone and got to work quick easy fix in seconds so if you need your phone fix it’s your best bet to come down to stela tech and see him

Horrible Place Of Business Called Ahead Guy Who Answered the phone told me he fix my computer but made be drive all the way there then refused to follow through with wat he said over the phone prior to me driving an hour from out of my way and refused to help me as soon as I was at the counter save you gas and money for more reliable customer service business of operation else where!!!!!!!Horrible Experience

All 3 technicians have helped me with issues on my phones in the past and all have been professional, knowledgeable, and fast with their problem solving and technician work.

My 2nd great experience here.1st time I came here was after going to another local place twice spending more and not having the problem solved. The camera lense was broke at best buy and another place replaced it twice but each time it was warped. I came here and he suggested I replace the whole back of the phone with a used one so it didnt warp the lense when it was heated back on. It worked like a charm was affordable and I was happy to not have to buy a new phone.This time I just had a quick screen protector replaced. Fast, clean and professional.

I brought 2 iPads for screen repair. Both repaired perfectly but one would not charge. Brought it back and fixed the next day. I highly recommend Stella Tech to anyone looking for iPad repairs.

Owner has always been very diligent with working on my phones, he’s very honest, if he can’t fix things he’ll let you know and doesn’t charge you for the extra work. If there were 10 stars, Id give them all 10!!!! I tried a few places about getting my moto g phone fixed, and these guys were the only ones who said they would fix it. They( Pedro and Harold) were so kind and helpful on the phone, I knew straight away they would get the job done. I Botched a charging port repair on my iPhone 6s and the Home button no loner worked.. I was leery of visiting a repair store, checked out a few reviews, made a few calls and I selected STELA G. I dropped it off saying I nicked a cable and an hour later I called and was ready. They replaced the screen and home button at a very reasonable cost. In fact I had hoped to buy the 11 pro but, my 6S feels like a new one so Im keeping it. Ill definitely will go back if needed.

Brought a phone in with outer speaker problem that needed to be replaced . The owner called and said its fixed and ready. Picked it up problem still there. He said do a system restore if problem is still there then he would refund me only for the labor which is about 17$ out of 80$ I paid for the service. I compared the (replaced speaker) to another speaker same exact phone and model just older. The older speaker looks basically brand new where as the speaker he said he replaced looks damaged and dirty. How could a newly replaced speaker be dirty and damaged more than a speaker thats been sitting there for 2 years? Anyway. When I got there furious I called him out and asked if he even checks the devices he fixes before handing them back to owners. How could he not know it was still broken after taking my money. He said he made a phone call with it and it seemed fine. (Thats the inner speaker not outer) nice try tech pro... He then in front of customers mentions he additionally replaced the screen for free. Which wasnt even scratched. (he broke it while trying to fix the speaker) acting like he did me a favor so that the customers in the store wouldnt think badly of him. Also had a the USB for a wireless mouse go missing after I dropped of a laptop for repair at his shop.Just dont go there.On the phone he was only willing to give me a labor refund when i showed up unannounced in front of customers he sang a diffrent song. As mentioned above with his gracious gift of replacing a screen he broke.I brought the phone to another place where they asked where the phone was being worked on. When I mention stella tech i was informed that stella tech likes to bash good competitors for his own gain.Not nice.I asked if he could tell me if the speaker was even replaced he said he cant because that would be unprofessional. Take notes stella.Pathetic money hungry liar.Looks like he deletes bad reviews too.I have screenshots of this one.Hope to hear back from you stella with your opinion on the matter.

I called couple places one they were over priced two they wanted me to wait 1-2 weeks for it to come in I called and Pedro answered gave me a better price and he had the screen in stock in about 30 mins I was on my way out with a new working screen highly recommended!!!
