These guys stepped up for me. Our 06 Explorer was making sound effects that I had no clue about...but not safe to send team out on this car til diagnosed and/or repaired. I told Matt that may husbands ex-wife, C J, recommended Brake Tec - so that fit us in. Unfortunately, the car needs more work than we can afford to do - this week.

Having said that I have grown to trust Brake Tech and they seem to be genuinely committed to solving your repair issues. I would describe them as honest & thorough. I have used Brake-tec since they opened. They have always been willing to work with me to find a time for my repairs, the repairs are done correctly and the price is usually much lower than any dealership. I have even had times where another shop told me I needed work (new brakes) but when I went to Brake-tec, they discovered that I didnt need that work done. To me, that is an honest business.

I got a flat tire on my way to work, looked across the street and saw Brake Tech! Probably would have taken me a half hour to put my spare on but Dominic got me fixed up right away and repaired my original tire by the time I was finished at work! Thank you so much for saving the day!

They were nice and did good work with my vehicle but when I received my vehicle the window room my driver side wouldnt work. When I asked about it I was told sorry to leave you hanging but I cant help you they told me to take a look at it. They said a wire in the door must have broke. Ive spent days going through the wires in all of the door jams personally and not one wire is bad,door panel buttons work, fuses are good. Between my father and me they got almost 500$ in business in one single week and weve gone there for quite some time and this is the kind on treatment I get? Thats terrible for a business with such good reviews. I admit they do good work but they will not own up to any problems that may happen while your vehicle is at their shop. If I drove away and my window stopped working, then yes thats my issue. But if THEY put my window down and it stops working, they should try to fix it or be realistic about it because thats not my doing. They claim they didnt want the keys to get locked in the vehicle so they put the window down. How about if your worried about the keys getting locked in the vehicle, DONT PUT THEM IN THE VEHICLE. Its not that difficult. Good people, good work to what I needed done, but crap responsibility with the problem I had when I got my vehicle. I was quoted 4-600$ from other shops to have someone took over the electrical in my vehicle and fix it. So at the end of the day I paid the price to have my truck fixed, plus the quoted price of what happened while at theyre shop. Complete bullshit if you ask me. I will NOT ever be returning back and was very disappointed because I had much more work for them. They lost good customers and potential money. Definitely wont be letting this go and will make sure people know how good this shop is.
