If you need a place to park your car, this is the place to go. Dropped my car off 8 days ago and when I went to go check on it because no call was given, it was still not even checked or looked on! And to top it off they were rude to assume that I already knew the Hispanic looking mechanic, who I have never met in my life! The customer service here is poor. We dropped it off to verify what was wrong with my car.

Worst place to go! I’m a single mom of 5 and not only did they throw away in the trash my high pressure fuel pump brand new part I had just purchased they also crash/rear ended my truck from the back! Have not been responsible for there actions! All I asked for was for them to at least purchase my rear door they crash! I’ll figure it out and take care of the labor just to buy me a used rear door after what they did and not even that they have been able to do! So sad to see people taking advantage of the community, of us women and specially of us single moms who battle and struggle everyday for our little ones by ourselves!!

Place was great with good customer service and prices you couldn’t believe. Ravi had this place and did great new owner or as he says he always was in charge (Chris), takes over and in my opinion over charges in everything. I took my truck there and price he gave me was unreal. Today a year later I brought my car in because of the holiday and short on time Chris again over charged me. Apparently to change 4 spark plugs he demanded $305 I mean for that price a complete tune up should have been given But he works on your vehicle before giving you the option. if your local check out your the other dealers down the street. Unless you do not care about over paying.

Fair price on oil changes. The owner Chris is really friendly and he seems to really care about his customers. Havent tried this location for Auto repair yet, but I could tell by the customer service he was giving, he has repeat business.

I have been coming to S&S Auto Repair (Worth, IL) for the past 4+ years and Ravi tries to accommodate my requests to get in, and always recommend the things that need fixing and not the extra stuff big ships and dealers do to get you to spend more money - and they typically get away with it. S&S repair for both my car and the familys van without any issues the price is very reasonable.

Ive had great success there since Ravi took over. Prior to that I had a lot of complaints. Very reasonable prices. Very quick and speedy turnaround. Doesnt dirty up your interior like the last owner.

Horrible kept my car over night. No call all day the next day. And charge me for more work. Totally unprofessional. Only wanted windowshield motor fixed and a bulb. They put a new wiring thing for my headlights without calling me. The charge was 288 had 20 off 266 but still for 2 hour labor 160 which saw my car outside from 230 til330 picked up at 415. Please dont go here. Plus somehow my check engine light was ON and wasnt when I dropped off there day before. Please dont go here.

Been going here as my father over 20 years. Its Sunday and I have to be at work tomorrow. No bank open,atm dont let you take much. $720 bill and they wont take a check. Had to walk back to 87 & Cicero and will miss work now. What costumer service. Never again

Scam artist/conman. Lies about warranties, fixes parts that do not need fixing. Then he wanted to charge me for a repair he claimed he had done last month. He claims it looks like someone took a hammer to it. We all know alot of people that have removed a fuel pump beat it with a hammer then reinstall it. I believe he never replaced it in the first place.

LIAR AND SCAMMER They charged me $65 for a tire change when he said it was gonna be $25 he also charged me for it over night when he told me the day before at 2pm it will be available tomorrow but the day after when I went he said it only took 1 hour so there was no need to keep it over night he just wanted more money.

Worst unprofessional mechanics ever!!! I had to pay 850 to get my car to pass emissions. One of the things was a new fuel pump that needed to be replaced. Some idiot mechanic ordered the wrong fuel pump and caused my car to be there for a week! On top of that they had the nerve to try to charge me storage when it was their mess up for ordering the wrong part twice! I had to pay for rides to and from work for a whole week. They also guaranteed parts and labor for 1 year. Guess what? 5 months later fuel pumps out. I bring my car in they charge me for labor! I honestly dont even thing they changed the fuel pump in the first place and just charged me for it. What fuel pump goes out after 5 months? This place is a joke do not ever go here Unless u want to be ripped off big time.

We have been using CP Auto to service our cars for almost 30 years. We have had 2 Mazdas and a Toyota Highlander go for over 225,000 miles using CP Auto as our primary repair shop. Overall I am very happy with the service provided by Ravi and Chris through the years.

Stay away if you can. Will charge for opening the hood and not even providing problems. Owner thinks he is some type of lawyer and will shout at you. Be careful!!!

I was quoted $1800.00 at midas. I came here to see what they would quote me with and if theyd catch the work midas said needed done. All the same things to be done for around 1000 at this place. They saved me 800 dopllars
