Stores location was very nice. Staff is very kind and friendly here. I liked to visit here. People are so cooperative here. I strongly recommend it.

My fav boutique in Old Worthington!!! Chicest vibe ever and their staff is always so friendly. Narrowing down my purchases is a dilemma because I’d buy the whole store if I could! My friends have also loved the items (booties, mittens, etc.) I’ve gifted them from Birch. This place is the epitome of a local gem!

I stopped at the Birch Boutique in Westerville today. The store had a good atmosphere and friendly staff. I picked up a body butter for my daughter and a facemask for my wife, which they really enjoyed.

This store is adorable, but there is a serious lack of options above a size 8 or so, which leaves a lot of women out of being able to shop here. I went here with a friend who is a size 12 (which is still smaller than the average size woman in the US!) and she couldn’t find anything in the store that she fit in, other than giant oversized open kimonos/cardigans. She was embarrassed and I felt awful for suggesting we go in.

Absolutely adorable shop. So many unique items - always want to buy them all!
