I purchased some Samsonite luggage a few years ago at 1 Outlet Blvd, Wrentham, MA 02093. At that time, I was told that the luggage I got were lifelong warranty. Whenever it was broken, I just need to send it back to any store, even without receipt since it is a brand name. However, just few days ago I brought my luggage with teared zipper and broken wheel back to the exact store I bought the luggage, the lady in the store told me that their product is NO MORE lifelong warranty! Only so called “black tag” ones are lifelong warranty. I asked her what the “black tag” looks like and she told me in the manufacture store, they don’t even have one! I don’t know how terrible the lie is. I paid extra for the so called “lifelong” warranty and all of a sudden, Samsonite tells me it no more exist!Be careful with this brand/fraud business, because whatever they stated is NOT TRUE!!!

I writing this to share my positive experience I have met at the Samsonite Factory Outlet, Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, Massachusetts.I have purchased my Samsonite VizAir Laptop Backup in January 2014 at LuggageDesigners retailer website from abroad, and my bag was shipped to Ukraine. But currently I am studying in the US at my masters program, and just recently my bags zip was broken. I have checked several tailors and repairs in New Bedford, MA, where I am currently living, but in most cases I would have to pay at least $50 for repairs and/or wait several weeks for my bag to be fixed.I was really surprised visiting mentioned above Samsonite store near my area, where managers offered me advanced brand new VizAir Laptop Backup for free in exchange of my broken bag. I appreciate very much attention managers and your company provided, as being a business person I have been always sure that customers service is one of the most significant attributes of the business.Thank you very much for this positive experience, I wish your company and managers from that store all the best in your goals
