Im going to be traveling full-time for work and needed hard case luggage. The store manager, Jeremiah, assisted me. He was very knowledgeable of the company and materials used. I greatly appreciated his time. Im very particular and he answered all my questions. I will be back to purchase-Highly recommend location. Great quality and attentive staff.
The store was clean and well stocked, the manager Jeremiah was very friendly and helpful in purchasing the right gift.
Where is the ZERO rating? My wife and I walked in and was greeted by an obnoxious man on 02/02/2020. We asked him a couple of questions and he tried to back peddle on the answer given because his answer made zero sense. Instead of correcting himself he just continued on. According to him, he has been working there for five years. We intended to purchase a carry-on and check-in suitcase for each of us. Instead we could not tolerate the gentleman that was working in store so much so that we decided to just leave. Maybe TUMI should reevaluate the man working there as I have to believe he is a direct impact on their sales or lack of. It was our first and last visit to this store.
Pretty miserable customer service reps... I almost walked out without even making the purchase I was planning on making.
Please note when my wife and I visited the Wrentham Outlets on 6/14/19 we were doing a fair amount of shopping and my wife wanted to purchase a backpack at Tumi so she went in and I followed and I have our 42lb Whoodle which is in the picture and she loves people, kids and she minds very good so when I entered the store we were greeted by a couple of little kids and an older couple asking if the could pat the dog and I said of course and the older people ask to take a picture of her and it was then I was approached by a women who worked there and asked me to leave with the dog quite rude and when I stepped outside my wife over heard the two employees one being the women who asked me to leave what’s wrong with that guy doesn’t he know you don’t bring dog in the store why don’t you bring it to a dog park instead. My question is if this was a person with a service dog would they be ask to leave.... I hope not.My wife and I brought our dog into virtually every other store and was welcomed by employees, customers so it’s nice to know people can be very nice.I will end by saying my wife and I Live in Maine and because the way we were treated at the Tumi in Wrentham. MA we ended up going to Tumi in Kittery, ME and purchasing the $250 Backpack.Still feeling pretty upset for the way i was treated and then talked about by the employees while my wife and customers were present
