Great experience! From walking into the store to the mattress being delivered to my door. My Mattress Sales Representative: Gerald was very professional and helpful. He wasn’t pushy at all and let me take my time to make my decision. He had an answer to every question that I had. Honestly I was there just to look and feel out the beds but with his help and suggestions I decided to buy a queen size bed that day… not only that but it was delivered to by apartment that same day!!! The two delivery guys were courteous and polite. They climbed 3 flight of stairs to deliver this mattress! Over all it was a 5 star. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. : )

I had the honor of having Shelby help me yesterday pick out the best fit mattress for me! He showed great customer service and worked with my price range and specifications.

Watch the misleading marketing. They won’t match your sale price within 120 days. All they do is try to blame tempurpedic and corporate. We were set up with the wrong bed at the first go around. Didn’t give us options on sizes for accessories so we wasted money on that. Website says 99 dollar pick up fee will be credit towards new bed purchase which it wasn’t. Spent around 8k and it would of been better to buy from a self checkout such as tempur direct online.

Very helpful staff. My purchase was delivered promptly with emails and calls to keep me informed. The delivery staff wee also excellent. Great service

Great experience. Very low pressure and I appreciated the variety of mattresses to choose from. Delivery was quick and seamless. We ended up exchanging our first mattress for a different one and they made that very easy to do.

Kyle helped us out and he was great. He was so nice and made the process super easy. He really took into consideration everything that we said and hit the nail on the head with his suggestions. It literally took us ~20 minutes to pick out, purchase, and set up delivery of our new mattress.

We recently purchased a Purple 2 and Mattress Firm brand adjustable base. Our salesman, Mike, was great! He was very thorough in answering our questions and explaining the differences in the Purple line. He was not the least bit pushy, which we really appreciated. He allowed us some time and room to privately discuss our options and make a decision. Super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the store’s products. On delivery, we discovered an issue with the product (a small hole in the fabric), and Mike arranged for a replacement within minutes of us contacting him. Re-delivery was quick, and no issues with the replacement. Delivery time was accurate, and delivery guys were quick and professional and made sure everything was good before leaving. The Purple 2 has been awesome for us! On our previous old-school mattress, we’d wake up hurting and aching. This one has been cool and extremely comfortable, especially with the adjustable base. As with any new mattress, there was an adjustment period, but now that we’ve had some time with it, we love the mattress, our Purple pillows, and Purple sheets! Would highly recommend asking for Mike at the Wylie Mattress Firm. Great experience!

Kyle should be cloned for all stores. He knows how to listen and understands the needs of couples and helps them get to a mattress that is comfortable for both parties. Even takes the time to show the perfect mattress for each with explanation so both understand the others needs.

Really happy with the mattress as well as the bunky for a spring box. Originally bought the 5 but it made the bed too high. They exchanged it with zero issues and within two days.
