I spoke with a very nice young man, Rydall, about purchasing a new adjustable base and mattress. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the fact he wasnt a pushy salesman.My husband has recently had back surgery. The doctor suggested an adjustable base bed to help relieve the pressure on his lower back. He needs firm mattress also.Rydall showed me several mattresses and told me about each one. He was very helpful in my decision making. I took the information to my husband. He liked what I told him and told me to go ahead and purchase the mattress I thought would be best for him.I have been researching mattresses for weeks and Rydalls expertise was a huge help in my final decision.

Recently purchased a mattress, 2 pillows, & 2 pillow coverings. I will never buy mattresses anywhere else! The sale associate, Gerald, was very helpful in assisting me to choose a mattress that suited me & my price range. The delivery process was simply awesome! A phone call the day before with the ETA, a phone call & email when the truck was 10 minutes out. Delivery guys were courteous. Entire process from beginning to end was just great!

Went into Wylie store about 7:15pm. The store manager Felix, I believe, was tremendously helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They use an automated system to recommend mattresses of different types and brands. Seemed to work as we quickly identified a few that my wife and I felt comfortable with...and on lol. I really appreciated the time and care Felix took with us, staying past closing by 1/2 an hour. Looking forward to our new mattress!!

I’m going to be honest, I was skeptical at first. At first glance we walked in and were overwhelmed by the number of mattress and had no clue where to start. Ray was amazing and very knowledgeable. He first had us lay down on the expert match bed and we narrowed it down to 4 beds to try. Not only did he have our sleep comfort but also our budget in mind the whole time. I would and have recommended this sleep experts and Ray to anyone looking for a new mattress. We also ended on the “Purple3” with the adjustable base and we love it.

Normally I dont enjoy shopping. Especially for expensive purchases. You usually have to deal with pushy sales people, but this time was different. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to assess our body types, and recommend the mattresses that were best suited for us. Even if we decided to go with the less expensive of the three we were shown, Ray just wanted us to find the right mattress to suit our needs. We ended up getting the most expensive anyways! Im very impressed with this place. When youre spending a lot of money, you want to make sure its what works best for you. Mike helped us find exactly what we needed, he was very patient with my back and forth and 1000 questions. When he told me about the 4 month trial period, I felt safe in my purchase! My husband and I bought our split king adjustable bed 8 years ago. We recently decided we would prefer a single remote. Mike and Ray were very helped us with getting the cable to sync the bases and provided the schematic for connecting the cables. A few days later we went in searching for a bridge to place between the 2 beds to make the one king bed. Again they went out of their way to tell us where to find them.

Dealing with Ray was fantastic. He spent so much time educating us on mattress buying and helped us understand the differences in pricing, and helped my wife and I find which type most suited each of us. He then spent an hour or so while we tried different beds suggested for us based on how we sleep, the aches we wake up everyday, etc... He was full of knowledge, the process was all educational, and no pressure. He made the process enjoyable, and was one of our best date nights. The adjustable bed and mattress has been in our home now for about 2 weeks, and we are both now sleeping through the night, and I can actually get out of bed now and instantly start walking without cracking and full of pain, not to mention my reflux issue has improved as well by being able to slightly incline the bed. My back feels much better due to slightly lifting the foot of the bed under my knees, so now my back muscles are not stretched out during the night. Overall, great experience and great bed. Very glad we decided to visit this store, very glad we had Ray helping us, and glad we made the investment in our sleep. Thank you Ray.

Sleep expert, and I do mean EXPERT, Seth Stallings, greeted us immediately to help us navigate the store. Like most people who have to do this kind of shopping, we just wanted to look around and try out the mattresses and get an idea of what was out there. He knew we were just looking around and not quite ready to make a decision, but he was more than willing to spend his time discussing the different options with us. My medical conditions make it important for me to find a bed that would help me be as healthy as possible, but also be a great option for my boyfriend as well. With that, Seth decided it would be best for us to utilize their Expert Match system so that we knew what beds were in both of our ranges.
