We paid a deposit 4/23 for custom cabinets with this company.We were told two weeks before they were to start building the cabinets they would come out to remeasure. We were also told 6-8 weeks from the date we paid the deposit. Mid June we contacted them to ask if we were getting close to them starting the cabinets, he said yes he would send his guy out to remeasure. Once he came out we agree to a install date of 7/8, 11 weeks after paying the deposit but we were fine with this date. On 7/6 we contacted Marc and asked him if we were for sure on schedule for install on 7/8 before we demo our kitchen, he said yes we were on schedule. We had a company demo our kitchen completely on 7/7. On 7/8 we waited and no call no crew, we contacted around noon we were told they are working on them they will be there ASAP, still no crew no call, we contact again and they said a crew will be here soon to deliver the cabinets, the crew shows up with boxes no doors or drawers or anything to install they set these boxes in our kitchen and inform us they have only worked their 3 days and were only told to bring these boxes and leave, after calling to find out what is going on and being told to shut up among other unprofessional conversation on the phone by this company we were then told they would be there the next morning ASAP to install, waited till mid morning no call no crew, contact and are told they are still working on the doors they will be here ASAP, continued waiting and contacted them again Marc now says they will be here ASAP the next morning and have installation done by 3. Next morning no call no crew, contact at 10am told they are still working and will be here ASAP, Then told we can come to the shop to see them working, waited till noon no crew no call, text no reply so I call and tell Marc I feel I’m getting the run around do they even have my cabinets ready at all? He proceeds to start yelling at me and tells me we are impossible people and we need to F*** off! I told him I wanted a refund that he will not speak to me like that he continued to cuss and yell and hung up then would not answer me about my refund by text or call. My son in law proceeded up there to get my refund and when he got there he was cussed at and pushed out the door. Then a crew showed up with a refund check and loaded up the boxes and left. I have all the text messages, recorded audio and photos. Do yourself a big favor and keep looking for a cabinet company if you actually want to have cabinets installed because they are unprofessional and do not care at all about the customer and take no ownership for doing the customer wrong!

Do not use this company! After 3 months I still have poorly made cabinet doors and drawers with flaws. And there isnt any hope of getting them done right. Terrible quality, service and response

Called first week of June needing a cabinet door. They asked me to send picture of door which I did. They told me they could make it and it would take 5-7 days. After 7 days called to check on status. No one would pick up the phone or return calls. Finally went back in to the shop and was told it would be at least two more weeks and if I didnt like it I could come pick up the door. I did. Dont tell me you can do something when you cannot. Would never use again. Very rude and unprofessional.

After ordering cabinets I found the designer horrible to work with and results were nothing like what was ordered. Lesson learned. Better to go elsewhere.
