I’ve recently stumbled across a car they had for sale that caught my attention online. The car was in amazing condition and exactly like the pictures. Usually looking for a car at a dealership while being a young guy can be disappointing because I don’t get taken seriously. however...as soon as I stepped foot into the building I was greeted by Bethany And Lori who were extremely helpful! Everything they offered and explained was very transparent and just real. No gimmicks. Car was also amazing mechanically, cosmetically, and price wise as well. This is probably the only dealership I’ve ever been to where they genuinely want to help their customers. I 10/10 recommend anyone stopping by if considering purchasing a car. You’ll see what I’m saying!

I saw the car which met my requirements perfectly on Monday, I made an appointment with Lori on Friday, and two hours later I bought this car. The whole process is smooth and pleasant. The price is fair and I dont need to hassle about it. They will take you to drive around, and explain everything to you. Rance is quite a interesting and kind guy. I was looking for a competitively-priced used Volvo with low miles, in great condition, and still under the manufacturers original warranty. I found that car at DM.I was initially wary of a small used car dealership, but my fears were unfounded when it came to DM. The sales and financing process was seamless, and everyone who works here is personable, honest, and genuine. I test-drove the car, and drove out with a new to me vehicle about an hour later.DM is a local business that tries to do the right thing for their customers. Unlike franchised dealerships, DM does not try to confuse you with dealer add-ons and upsells. Give these guys a chance, and experience great people, great cars, and great prices (without the stress of shopping for a car)!

I went there since they had one of the best deals for the car I was looking. Very nice dealership. Small, but nice. They are not pushy at all, which I do appreciate a lot, and they won’t bullsh*t you around.Came in, showed me the car. I took it for the test run. Came back and told them I have to think about it and that I’ll let them know. They were not overwhelming at all, and pushy, so they just let me go without any unnecessary questions. I came back tomorrow and took it for a pre purchase inspection to the independent shop, and they were totally fine with it. Shop said that the car is in immaculate condition. So I just went back and bought it. One of the nicest and easiest experiences I had buying a car. I hate when I go to the dealership and get a template pushy car salesman being all over me. I can not adequately express how professional these guys are. I found the perfect truck that met all of my needs, only problem was that it was in Texas and I live in Virginia. I found the ad online and sent an email, they responded quickly and I gave them a call. They helped me arrange an inspection of the vehicle from The Auto Critic (another great company), they inspected the truck and essentially were my eyes since Im 1300 miles away. They gave me a thorough report and the truck checked out, except for a few minor recommendations. I was all in, the truck was exactly what I was looking for. I shared the info from the report and asked them to replace the cracked serpentine belt, since I would be driving it home. They agreed without a question. I was a little hesitant to wire them the 26k but I felt really good about dealing with Rance and found all the conversations to be real and honest. I asked to have the title ready when I arrived and he agreed. He also suggested that I fly into Love Field airport and that he would gladly pick me up. So it was a done deal, I arrived and he was at the airport waiting for me in my new f-250. The truck was exactly as described and even had more options than advertised. We stopped for a burger on the way back and he politely bought lunch, It was a pretty damn good burger too. After a few minutes filling out all the paper work, he supplied the title as he promised.I then began the long drive home. Ill save the details for another time but 1350 mile 21.5 hours later, Im back in Va. Beach. The truck made it no problem and I couldnt be happier. I would do it all over tomorrow.

These guys are here to help you have a great car buying experience. I was in the market for something very specific. D.M. had it although it was in TX and I was in NC. At first I was hesitant to buy sight unseen, but Dan was so kind to take me on a virtual walk around and drive, even loaded it to YouTube So I could watch it over and over. Then we set up a third party inspection that I paid for. Worth it. Do it if you are out of state. All was good and started the paperwork. Rance and Josh were very helpful with that and the shipping. After what felt like forever, only a week lol, I got my vehicle. Without going into too much detail, some things didnt go as planned. The car needed some urgent attention and the gentlemen here did not leave me hanging. Rest assure if you buy from D.M. They will take care of you. Out of state. No problem. This is a late review, however these guys are great!I purchased a vehicle from Destination Motorcars earlier this year. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Rance and his team. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I found them online and and drove from Midlothian all the way to Wylie and was able to work out a great deal. I am still loving my GMC Sierra.I have referred friends to Destination Motorcars and will also return myself next time I need a vehicle.

My husband had been looking to trade in his civic for a while. He came across Destination Motorcars and a truck he wanted. We made the hour drive to Wylie and honestly I did not think we would make any deal. I am always extremely cautious especially with buying a used vehicle. To my surprise our experience was great! We arrived right when the office opened and met with Lori. She treated us like we have known each other for years. We went for my husband yet Lori took the time to show me a car I was interested in. Not once did she try to pressure me into buying but I loved the fact that she remembered exactly what I liked and took the time to say “Erica, you said you were interested in this do you want so see it?” We even sat in the vehicle for a few minutes exchanging car experiences. We then met with Rance to go over the financial side and when none of the deals worked in our favor, Rance was so awesome and helped us find the right deal and car for us! Rance took the time to answer all our questions. Our conversation and joking around together made the time go by so fast. I’ve honestly never had some much fun at a dealership. I want to say that I never leave reviews for any business, however with that being said Destination Motorcars will be the exception. I was not seriously shopping for a vehicle, however I found a vehicle that I really wanted at Destination Motorcars and reached out to them; fully expecting a car salesman to treat me the was car salesman do. I talked to Dan who worked extremely hard, and respectfully talked me into applying for the truck not thinking that my credit would get approved but thought it was worth a shot. The next day I was informed that I was approved. I went to pick up the truck and from the second I walked into the door I was blown away from the way I was treated, to the paperwork process. I was treated like a human and not just a customer. I could have walked in, signed the paperwork in 10 minutes and walked out the door, but we sat there and talked like long time friends for quite a while. There are honestly no words to express my gratitude for the team at Destination Motorcars, all I can say is for as long as that team is there which they will be because the employees are also the owners I will never shop anywhere else. I and my wife decided to update our older used car with a newer used car, so got online and started shopping around, made a list of many that looked promising at several dealers in north and east Dallas area, figured it would take day or two to pick one out. Luckily we live in Wylie and that is where Destination Motorcars is also located so we stopped there first. Well after only a few minutes, meeting Lori and seeing their selection of used car all so finely detailed and polished, it was like being at a new car lot, of which they had most of the make a models we were interested in. Having had a bad experience at a different used car dealership, I was a bit wary.Lori was no pressure and allowed a test drive of the car. I worked with Josh through financing and found the experience to be top notch. After driving the car off the lot and taking possession, I found a problem with a tire not noticed prior to my inspection. I contacted Josh and they provided a new tire with no hassle, stating they just wanted me to be happy with my purchase.Im more than happy, and would highly recommend this dealership with confidence to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I have bought cars from many dealerships over the years, however I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience. They are professional and thorough. However what impressed us the most was that once we bought the car we noticed a couple of things with the car and called them about it. I typically dont write reviews (this is my first and probably only). But these guys are amazing and deserve recognition. Not pushy at all, a completely different experience than any other dealership Ive ever visited. No hassle, very transparent and friendly. Im picky about cars and a wont settle unless I get exactly what I want for the price I want (I know Im that customer no one wants to work with) and these guys handled everything in stride. I got the car I wanted, a lower price than I was expecting, and it all took about an hour and a half. Its a small shop and they make you feel like family. Josh, the guy I worked with, even showed me how the price of the car they sold me compared to all other similar cars at dealerships in a 200mi radius! Ive already told 3 friends looking for a car about them and if I ever need another car, Im coming here hands down. Best experience ever.

I loved this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was nice not to have the large dealership pressure/feel but its not like I had low quality salesmen. Rance felt incredibly knowledgeable and sincere. He came in on his day off to make sure the person I was talking details with over phone (Himself) present on a day I was available. We werent pressured through our options and he worked with us to make it work out for us. Would absolutely recommend this place.

The process was incredibly smooth and hassle free. After speaking with Rance, he got me all setup and approved, was (in my opinion) very transparent and honest. I have only read good things about Destination Motorcars but I completely agree. I am very satisfied with my purchase and really appreciated the warm customer service.

We found this hidden gem, this small dealer left a big impression. When we got there we were greeted with a warm welcome, immediately made us feel comfortable and to our surprise we felt more comfortable when they let us test drive the car alone no questions ask, I was very surprised of how prestine their used vehicles were(compare to carmax). Processing was smooth and quick which was a plus for us making everything hassle free, we were in an out with our new car in just about 2 hours. Hassle free, transparent buying experience and great on-going customer service!We traveled from Denver on a visit to our daughter, who in turn had car issues. We found a replacement on-line, got in and out with ease and the vehicle was in great condition and fairly priced as advertised. More over our daughter later misplaced some documents, so we called the dealership to ask for a copy... You might expect some irritation on the other end but in this case it was as pleasant as could be and rapidly assisted.Highly unusual in our experience dealing with car dealers, accommodating until they have your money, but these guys are different, truly awesome.

First and foremost destination motorcars is a very reputable dealership. After searching for a specific vehicle for a couple of weeks I found the one I wanted at destination motorcars. If your looking for a big flashy car dealership this is not your places, they prefer to pass the savings onto the customer. The vehicle was very reasonably priced and they fixed a few minor issues before the vehicle ever left the lot. I traded in my vehicle and they gave me a good offer. They didn’t try to screw me on my trade in like other dealerships try to do. The actual buying process was great there was no middle man you negotiate with one person no salesman running back and forth. I drove from Oklahoma and couldn’t have been more pleased! I would recommend buying a car from destination motorcars.

I gave it 4 stars they are all really nice people I just happen to buy a car that something was wrong with it. They tried to see what was wrong with the car 3 times so they decided to just unwind my contract they did give me all my money back. Rance did do his best even though it was frustrating. I just wish they was able to put me in a different car but they couldnt. They will help as much as they can.

I would have gave this lot 5 stars until 1 month after buying my truck there my 2 front tires went bald on the inside and I dont go anywhere but to work and home every day. I take it to the shop thinking it just needed a front end alignment which it does but there was more wrong with it. According to the shop it needed 2 upper and 2 lower ball joints and a front right hub assembly. I call destination motorcars to see if they could help me seeing that I only bought this truck a month n half ago they kept my truck all day to call me back and say the ball joints are fine but does need a hub and needs 2 new tires so the want to make me pay 300 for the hub and almost 200 each for tires and I need 2 plus the alignment. After just spending money down to get the truck a month n half ago. Im a single mom and see how good the rest of the reviews are this is sad because that was one of the reasons I went here. The staff super friendly not pushy but when it comes to something they should have seen when they did there inspection and fixed before sold. If they would have tried to help me out in fixing it they would get 5 stars hands down but because of this I can only give 1 star. Rance and sean very nice and got me in what I wanted just disappointed that they wont even fix the problems that was there before I bought the truck thats pretty bad business.

OK a little background first about my recent car search and experience. I have went to several dealerships, all larger ones. Only to be told well we need more money down or you need to pick a different vehicle, which neither was going to happen with me. I have what I have to put down and I am not going to settle for something I dont want, especially when I am going to be paying on it for years to come.So I come across Destination Motorcars. I actually found a SUV I liked at another dealership and liked everything it had to offer but it was already sold of course. So I began to search for that particular SUV in my area and up popped Destination Motorcars and a few other smaller dealerships. I chose to go check out the one at Destination Motorcars first because it had the fewest miles and was the cleanest by the online pictures.Once we ( myself, husband and 4 kids, yeah 4 KIDS) arrived we found someone else was already there looking at the SUV we came for. We were greeted by Clay, who was also the one I spoke with about the SUV first. He was very nice and told us this guy was also looking at the SUV and offered us drinks, a seat in the waiting area and let us stroll around and look at the inventory. We were not hovered over which to me is a major plus! We checked out their inventory and gave Clay and the other customer their space to check out the SUV. Their inventory is just as pictured online. All gorgeous well kept vehicles.Once the other customer left we were able to test drive the SUV, were handed the keys and told to take it for as long as we wanted. Came back and decided to get paperwork going on it. This is the part I always dread. My credit is not near perfect, but I had a clean history with my current vehicle that I had for 4 years with a clean payment history. We were given to Rance to do the finance process for us. He was awesome to deal with. Everything was up front and told in terms to where you can understand what you are being told. He was very laid back and very personable. They made me and my family feel at home. Even with 4 kids with us it was way less stressful then going car shopping alone. My husband even decided to purchase a truck from them a couple days later and that process was just as quick and simple as the first time. Rance helped us out so much and am very thankful for getting us into 2 new vehicles that we love!We are definitely going to be repeat customers! Couldnt recommend them enough!

My wife and I came to Destination Motorcars about seven months ago to look at a car, and we were more than pleased with our experience. The facility is very welcoming, and the cars are all kept indoors, which means they are clean and out of the elements - especially nice when its raining! All three of the owners introduced themselves, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the process. We never felt rushed, and we test drove many of the cars in our decision making process. In fact, they stayed long past closing in order to work with the lenders to get us approved with the best rates. As a graduate student, this was no simple task! In addition, the amount they gave us for our trade in was more than we expected. The vehicle we ended up with has been great, and has not had a single issue since the purchase. However, as soon as we arrived at Destination, I noticed one thing: there were no salesmen hunting us down; we entered the business just like any other. We were, however, immediately greeted by two, friendly people, so we didnt have to wait.The whole experience was very relaxing with no pressure at all. We were invited in and treated as if we were being welcomed into their home. It was like meeting with friends, yet they obviously know the business.They didnt hop in the truck to test-drive it with us and ask questions the whole time as if we cant think for ourselves. We not only got a good, honest deal on the truck we purchased but they gave us significantly more than what other big dealerships offered us for our trade in. A fair deal, we think.They are easy enough to find. At least check out their inventory and give em a try. :)

Great experience! I found a F150 online at this dealership. It looked clean and had a good carfax so I went to take a look. The truck was as advertised, very clean in and out. All of the inventory that I saw was in really good condition. These guys seem to take pride in the cars that they keep on their lot. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and no bull down to earth guys. I would recommend them to a friend and will be back when I need another vehicle.

We were in a bind over the surprise catastrophic failure of one of our vehicles. The folks at destination gave us a great price on a replacement vehicle -- better than we could find anywhere else, then went even further to help us with complementary services to help us salvage what we could out of the failed vehicle. Absolutely A++ service and superior pricing.

We purchased a Dodge Durango yesterday 10/25/17 and had the best experience ever. I have purchased several cars from several dealerships and as anyone knows you have to mentally prepare yourself before arriving to a dealership. I had the same mentality going into this purchase. Everybody was amazing and accommodating with anything we may need. 2 hours from walking in to driving off the lot is all it took. I didnt buy a car at destination motorcars, but I will still recommend them for one simple reason. They are honest. Its not the typical dealership nonsense. They will tell you straight up what the deal is on the cars and walk you through their entire process without any smoke and mirrors. They use no-haggle pricing, much like CarMax, but with way better prices! They are very personable and will seek out whatever options you need. I looked at a dodge challenger there, and even though I didnt buy it, I referred a friend who was also looking for a challenger because I knew the guys at Destination Motorcars wouldnt steer him wrong. He ended up buying the car and is happy with it.

Very disappointed with the way they handled our business. We had an approval. They told us what documents to bring in, we went in the next day, as we walked in, another buyer was being handed the keys to the car we were supposed to drive away with. Rance was all smiles as he tells us, i have good news and bad news, there goes your car, but its okay, your approval is good for 30 days, we can find you another car. We needed a car sooner than later. He offered another car, that had just come in. It hadnt been cleaned up. It was in bad shape. It wreaked cigarette smoke, nasty stained seats, 108k miles it was a 2008 Honda Accord. It was too old and too many miles. It was most upsetting because We told them we would be in by 2:00, we got there at 2:40, the new driver was driving off at 3:00.

Granted when buying a used car there’s always a chance of something going Wrong. My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Escape XLT from Destination Motors about a year ago. The staff is great and I stand by the experience, it was amazing and they do everything you can to put you in a vehicle. My frustration really is that 2 weeks after buying the vehicle the fuel system had to be replaced $600 put it in repairs, a few months later more repairs, in Sept. 2018 the transmission had to be replaced and now even after all those repairs the car is still not working sitting in our driveway and we are stuck to a loan to a car that can’t be driven. According to their carfax and what seemed at the time that car was in great working order. When viewing the car in their lot we trusted that we were purchasing a good Vehicle from them. But we’ve had the car for a year after purchase with hardly any use thousands of dollar in repairs and now loan we have to pay for a non working car. I just want to recommend to please, please take a mechanic or anyone who knows about cars to view it and drive it because even though the car may drive great in their lot doesn’t mean that once it’s in your home it will be the same. I’m not sure if they fully inspected my vehicle but I’m surprised that the problems weren’t found in their lot and they deemed the car okay to be put up for sale. They sold me a vehicle that had many mechanical problems. Again their customer service is amazing but just make sure to inspect the vehicle you’re purchasing.

These clowns are a joke! Went in to look at a car and had all three of them were on top of me---awkward. Acted like it was their first car sale. Looked at a car for my 16 year old daughter they did have car fax that said the car was wrecked. I later found out after a long drive to look at this car that their buddy who owned a body shop in the area bought the car at auction as salvage and they were selling it for him. Claimed that there wasnt that bad of damage to the car and it was fine. When we took it to an independent shop for inspection, they informed us that the car was repaired poorly and the only way to fix it would be to pull the entire quarter panel off and start again. The shop owner also pointed out that the rear wheel had ripples in it and should have been replaced. He didnt charge us for the inspection and was just glad he prevented us from purchasing the car When I went to return the car they made no effort to meet me half way to return the car....said they were too busy. I am very busy too and I had to waste a few hours to get the car back. they wont last!!

Ive bought quite a few cars over the last 35 yrs and the buying experience at Destination Motorcars was the best. I was interested in a Mazda Miata and they shot a video of the interior and exterior, posted it on youtube so I could make a better decision before making the 3 hr drive over. Once I looked at the car in person I knew it was the one I wanted. Destination Motorcars does a good job at culling the best cars from auto auctions.

Tried to sell me a car without informing me that it had prior accident damage. Guy tried to act like he was the neighbor down the street and would be upfront and honest. Don’t be fooled! Beware when buying from these guys.

Destination Motorcars is the definition of customer service. Josh and Clay answered questions through online chat, were friendly and helpful by phone, and when phone calls were missed, followed up with email. Impressive and exceptional!

I believe the folks here are good people. However, I specified that I did not want to drive over an hour to look at the car I was interested in if it did live up to what I was looking for (price and style-wise). The salesperson did a great job and helped me know exactly what I was walking into and I felt great about it. When I arrived to drive the car it was clean and ready to go, again, no pressure from sales (which was great). The car was sadly in need of a giant recall and it was as if no one had test driven the car before letting me take a ride in it. The clutch was not shifting from 1st gear to 2nd without a dramatic jerking motion. So, a 2 hour drive wasted due to overlooking the engine.This wasnt a huge deal though. The only reason I am bummed is because I got a call from the dealership after I left promising me a written apology letter to my home, but it never came.I would still recommend this dealership to friends but it rubbed me the wrong way being told I would receive the letter and then it never came.

After a nightmare of an experience with another dealer, it was a blessing to come across Rance and Destination Motorcars team of professionals. I felt as if they cared about me as a person and friend before a customer. They went above and beyond and were extremely personable along the way.The car I was looking for was a VERY specific car with particular options and I am extremely lucky I found it at all. Not to mention the fact that this team made my decision to trade in my previous car simple. They made such a generous offer from the start, no haggling.If I could buy all my cars from them, I would. Went to check out a 2009 Lincoln MKX; didnt really think wed take it home. However, the price was right, the car is amazing, we were able to trade in our car for a fair price, and the guys were great.. even getting us a copy of the missing manual and filing in Dallas County for us so that we wouldnt have to go to the tax office to register next year.I would recommend people check them out... and then buy their vehicles!

Really dont know where to start from the beginning was A+++++ service no pressure. They looked and looked to find someone to finance us for the truck I WANTED not something that they could get financed! Ended up buying a car same day as well!! 2nd I was treated as family!!! Went to Destination Motorcars last year in October is search of a Honda Accord and drove away in a Silver 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe SR with red leather, I never thought I would own a Nissan, it was an excellent buy, car runs like a champ and has never disappointed me, and all thanks to the guys at Destinations Motorcars. It did take a long time to get approve since I was a first time buyer, but these guys made it happen, thanks for helping me build a solid credit. I purchased a 2010 Volkswagen GTI in June of 2015 and the experience was above and beyond what Id come to expect at your typical small dealer - and Id been to very, very many that left me disappointed.Every car in stock was in immaculate condition, detailed to perfection and kept indoors. There was some room for haggling and the guys treated me and my mother with respect - a crucial quality in this line of work! The paperwork was hassle-free and I was very happy to roll off the lot with an instantly paid-off VW.
