BUYERS PLEASE READI purchased a 2006 mini cooper from Zak here. There were no warning lights on and the car had supposedly passed inspection. Driving back I started to notice a few problems, radio wasnt grounded correctly, and a jolting on turns. Being an as is purchase I would have just accepted and taken care of these problems myself. However, at the shop, mechanics found tape covering the check engine light in the electrical cluster. This means the car should not have passed inspection and that the issues have been intentionally hidden from buyers. Zak refused to give me a refund originally despite the fact that this is FRAUD and it is illegal to sell a car that did not pass inspection. Only after arguing with Zach for hours were we able to get 3/4 of the money back, not even including repairs I paid for. No legitimate business would handle an issue like this and act so extremely unprofessional. I STRONGLY urge any considering purchasing a car here to look elsewhere and avoid Zak.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will scam you!!! We worked with Zak. There were problems with the car that were INTENTIONALLY COVERED UP, and then sold off to us, that car should not have passed inspection, that is FRAUD!! BUY A CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! Unprofessional, give your money to somebody else, they will screw you over and not care. So gross to do that. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Dont come here ever if your desperate for a car. They will sell you a lemon and will do nothing to help. We drove for 3 hours and bout a used 2008 sentry nissan from them....they guaranteed it was working a good car that will take you from point A to point B. 1 hour after purchase the transmission dies and the car wouldnt move. When we get them on the phone they say we bout as is and dont even try to offer any help. They are nothing but scam artists....DONT GO HERE

Didnt like the electronic paper work. They moved thru it to fast, so I was not able to read it closely. They didnt explain the warranty add ons. Cost me more than expected. They made it sound like it was a part of the original price of the car.

These people are probably the most trustworthy, generous, courteous and friendliest people you could ever work with. Service it great and prices are incredible for the quality of the cars they hold.

Overall service was good. Only complaint is they didn’t do any updated maintenance on truck. It was due for oil change and they didn’t do. The truck was left on fumes. Didn’t offer to put even 5 bucks in it. I’ve dealt with many used car dealers and grew up in this business and I feel it would have been nice to not have been on red line on gas and the oil change should have been done. I did drive little over an hour to the business for the vehicle. The card I got for maintenance still has yet to let me know where I can service my truck. So I just paid for it myself.

Dont go here! We needed a car badly & after being told they dont finance, they guy said well there is one car I can work with (we had 150 down). Great! He said it would be ready Monday after thanksgiving & when we went back, he said hed been out of town. So I checked today & he tells us he cant do anything for less then 8 or 900 down!! The car is priced at 1500 and probably not worth that. The cars are overpriced & the sign on the door saying well be back soon looks like a 5 year old wrote it

We paid $6000 cash for a car that ran for two weeks. We bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata for my daughter. Two weeks later the engine was blown. We asked the dealer to do the right thing and at least help with a portion of the $8000 repair cost or do something to help us. He reminded us that all cars on his lot are sold as is. He didn’t apologize, he didn’t do anything but stop replying to us. The last time I talked to him he said when he got back to the office he would be sure our contract said sold as is. Of course I already knew it did, I just thought he might be a decent human being. I would not do business here at all!

Called and talked to Eric about a couple of cars and he told us to come over because they closed at 6 so we told him we were on our way from Richardson at 4:45. We fought traffic and got there at 5:30 and he was gone and there was no one there to assist us so we wasted our time. We called Eric and asked him why he left and he said he tried to call us back but it went to voicemail. I dont believe this is a good way to do business. We will not be back.
