Love PK Floors. If you are reading reviews, please realize so many of these reviews were for Floors USA and not PK Floors who took over the old Floors USA location. I had to go check the 1 star reviews because I just couldn’t believe it. And of course, it wasn’t for this business. We have used PK Floors for hardwood, carpet, and counters and have never been disappointed. They have great prices, courteous customer service, and a great professional team. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

PK floors was great to work with. Not only did they have the best material (couldn’t find our choice of flooring anywhere else), their team from top to bottom was easy to work with and extremely accommodating. For such a high stress project they definitely put us at ease!

Patrick and his team did a phenomenal job. We asked them to do our countertops, sink/faucet, electrical, and flatten out the bar countertop in our kitchen. From the start, they were extremely patient with some initial indecision on our part, and very flexible. They consulted with us and did not pressure us at all. The experience was completely turn key, and they got the job done on time and during the holiday season.All of the workers who came to our house were incredibly professional and respectful of our house. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past, but it was truly a pleasure working with PK. We would hire them again!

I was very pleased with this floor company.Jacob who works there as a sales guy was amazingly very professional and polite. Jacob came and look at the job and he also gave me some good ideas what would look good.He brought me samples and educated me on the quality of the samples. You could tell the passion he has in his job and the products that he recommended. I needed the job to be done within 24 hours and he was able to fit me in. He had installers come by and they were very nice Very hard-working people they were at my house till 9 PM. They cleaned up really well after there job. We hired them to replace some old wood flooring and tile that had long since been in style. They demo’d the floor and replaced the flooring with a glue down engineered hard wood floor. Within months we started to see issues with the flooring, they responded and made initial repairs, but the problems still persisted. Jacob worked with the vendor to have them inspect and followed up to make sure the floors were warrantied. It took a while and some patience but all our flooring was replaced at no additional cost to us.In this day and age it is nice to see a young businessman that stands behind his word, the work his company performs, and does the right thing. I would recommend Floor USA and I am a very satisfied customer. Good work Jacob!!

We are very pleased with Floors USA product, price, install, and customer service. And we are perfectionists which says a lot! After comparing all options we are glad we chose Floors USA. They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them. We had our carpet replaced with luxury vinyl planks covering 1500 sf including stair way. The results are absolutely gorgeous! Was referred to FUSA N More, and Mr. Telamantes store by my mother In law. She liked the professionalism and how clean the workers left kitchen when they finished. The price was fair and the overall labor cost for excellent work was definitely worth it. I referred them to my other coworkers who just moved in the area. They gave me a free quote and I was able to payment options were impressive. Usually installations are cash. The quality of materials and installation is the best Ive experienced so far in the area. Ill definitely use them again.

We purchased 1950 Sq Ft of laminated woods, in 1 1/2 years time the stuff cracked open, Split open, & Warped. I tried calling for a warranty but no one from their office took initiative to get some one here to see it, it was front desk (Jacob), who stated it was installed right, however, since theres no ROT its not their fault that this lumber is so BAD! Its now 2.5 yrs old and looks like its 15 yrs old like what we tore out! Double edge sword, their ONLY Warranty is against ROT, nothing about bad lumber, not treated properly because It Cost Too Much and would price them out of the market!

Will never recommend! Got our shower remodeled. The laborers had no direction on what to do. They almost didnt install the mosaic tile or make the shower nitch! Also the tile was supposed to be staggered joint not straight lay. Grout is still missing everywhere and the new faucet was installed incorrectly! We called to get it fixed. Had to call about 10 times. Was told a plumber would be out here... been almost 2 weeks and I still havent been able to use the shower. Our ceiling was left unfinished and we had to haul off the old material ourselves! No customer service, horrible communication and installation.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I had Floor USA Wylie replace all the tile in my house and redo master shower and upstairs shower. The floor work was done in short order and looks great. The only complaint I have is that they did not seal the grout after the job was finished. Nor did they clean the floors when they finished the job. There are spots of thin set on many of the tiles on the kitchen floor and its even worse in the master bathroom. I requested they clean the floors and they stated they would on three different occasions. This request was made in late November of 2016 and as of now Jan 8th, 2017, the thin set is still on the floors. The salesman, Jacob, has verbally told me three times that he would send someone out, but each time they did not show up. Now, they wont even take my calls. I need warranty work done on some of the shower grout and I cant get them to respond to emails, phone calls, or text messages.As for the showers, they do look pretty good. The process for this took about 6 weeks. Again, the main complaint is that the finishing touches have not been completed. They actually did come out and seal the showers, but when they did, they did not clean the sealant as they went along. Thus the shower walls are all streaked with lines of the dried sealant. I called Jacob and described this to him and his lead man, Jesus, came out and said it was not done correctly and it needed to be stripped and resealed. Again, multiple times they said they would come out and complete this work and it still has not been completed. Of more concern is the grout in the upstairs shower has cracked in the corners after some initial settling (which is normal) and I can’t get them to answer any form of communication so that the problem can be fixed. I have called, texted, and emailed over 15 times with no action. Many times Jacob says he wants to rectify the situation, but he is just appeasing me so I will stop calling.I have resigned myself to understand that their two-year warranty is useless.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

High Marks and really nice people

I hired Jacob to install wood floors and baseboards over two months ago. The installers were late each day and even showed up once without letting me know and I had to leave work to let them in. They didnt finish the baseboards and I have been asking for two months to come finish the job and make repairs and they have scheduled appointments 13 times and no shown each time. Now they are threatening me with legal action for not paying a small balance when the work has not been completed even though I have agreed to pay as soon as they finish. Horrible customer service and very unreliable. Use anyone else but them!!!

Went to shop around the area and didnt know a thing about floors they gave me the best price and work was amazing great customer service and smooth installation i will definitely recommend anyone that needs flooring come here
