I purchased tile through Wayfair and the original installer that they recommended did not come through for our job to complete a kitchen backsplash.Nervously, I reached out online to find a tile installer near me.Xavier was the first to respond.He was polite, courteous, professional and easy to communicate with.Working with contractors gives me such bad nerves, but this was literally one of the most painless experiences.Would give 10 stars if I could!The work is meticulously done and he completed it in half the time!

Completely satisfied from start to finish. Noel was a pleasure to work with on our remodel project. He will be the FIRST person I call the next time we need any work done. We had a room enclosed with a new wall built, french doors installed, bathroom tile installed, complete remodel of a fireplace, and outdoor trim replaced that was rotten. He listened to what we wanted, but what I liked most of all, is that he made suggestions, took ownership of the project, and was happy to redo anything that didnt meet our standards. We explained the primary areas that we wanted to ensure were perfect, and he handled them beautifully. He spent time onsite, checked up often, and always asked to ensure we were happy as the work progressed. When the work was complete, we were very happy with every aspect. To me, the measure of a good contractor is after everything is done, would you use that contractor again?. In Noels case, without question.

Noels crew did an excellent job tiling and installing glass for our master shower. Noel made sure he knew exactly how we wanted all of the details, and the hands-on installers made sure we were happy with their work while it was in progress as well, a very refreshing experience to find people concerned most about their work quality. They talked through the niches with me to make sure I would get the size/location I wanted while ensuring the grout lines and tiles would end up aesthetically correct. His tile installer even made a bull nose edge on the tile for the base of the shower since the tile we had already selected and purchased was not available in bull nose. the tile guys arrived when they said they would and the whole job took almost a day less than they estimated. The glass installer offered to work around our schedule by coming after we arrived home from work. I will definitely contact Noel for additional work in my home. This work was performed in Dec 2016, so it has been over a year since it was installed and there have been no issues and the workmanship still looks great.

Noel and his crew met and exceeded our expectations. In November 2019 we ascertained that we had a leak in the shower liner installed beneath our tile, which ultimately ruined our closet wall. You can imagine our disappointment in our builders (Megatel) response as the house had only been inhabited for a little under 3 years. The Tile Gallery has been a saving grace. They continuously communicated and updated us with the progress of our shower and were creative in circumventing issues with broken tiles the builder left in the attic. The best part, they were very affordable and completed the job in 2.5 days. Thank you two gentlemen very much and we are excited with the prospect of working with you in the future!!

Were in heaven!!!! They did an excellent job of installing our hardwood flooring in our office and hallway. Very friendly and reasonable. They also did an excellent clean up job while work was going on and when they were through. They had very nice work trucks and there were no oil stains on the driveway when they were through. Noel was very pleasant to work with and provided an extremely detailed estimate before the work started. Final price was exactly as stated on the estimate. I would strongly recommend them.

I cant thank The tile Gallery in Wylie enough! After hiring a different installer that left my floor a mess and unfinished, desperate I called the tile Gallery. Noel came over to see that very same day. He sent installers to clean up the mess, saved the tile that was inaccurately put down by the first guy, and now I have a beautiful kitchen floor.! I hired them to lay 1100 sq ft of tile that I had previously bought. Their workers were some of the most courteous Ive ever interacted with. They didnt use hardly any extra tile (for waste). The time frame for finishing the job was 2 days faster than everyone else and almost 30% cheaper than almost every other competitor.

The Tile Gallery came out to fix a shower that had been done incorrectly 5 years before by other people. Noel and his team were extremely helpful and completely on our side. They offered the best materials at a great price. I was informed every step of the way, assuring me that my shower was done correctly. HIs staff was very professional and friendly. At one point they even tried to help me fix a bathroom sprout that I was having trouble with in my other bathroom! They finished the shower with diligence and worked on it as if it was going to be their own shower. It turned out better than I couldve imagined. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the Tile Gallery. I am currently trying to find other things in my house that they can come do because I was so pleased with the shower. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 10/10!

Such a wonderful experience! They put me in the first cancelled opening and did everything possible, even staying until 7pm, to get the job done on time. The work was beautiful and Noel checks the job and the men frequently. If you run into a problem, he shows up immediately to sort it out. I would recommend them highly.

Noel and his team did work on our master bathroom with excellence. He helped us pick out the tile, the team was courteous and on time, care was taken to cover carpet and furniture to avoid dust and soiling, and they are perfectionists when laying tile. Noel also has an excellent plumber working with him. The finished product is beautiful. We could not be happier.

The Tile Gallery helped me with a huge remodel project in late 2014 and I am extremely pleased with the results. So far they have tiled about 1300 sq feet of floor (including a sunken living room) with porcelain tile, replaced the kitchen counter with granite, resurfaced the fireplace and bar with rock, and replaced a back splash and a shower stall with glass tile. Noel and his staff are very professional and seem to be able to work with any material. They show up when they say they will and finish on schedule. I have another bathroom and more floor that they will be completing for me this year. I recommend the Tile Gallery to my friends.

The Tile Gallery has worked in our home on 2 different occasions. The first to totally retile a shower, which turned out beautifully. The second time to install granite countertops in our kitchen. The Tile Gallery of Wylie is a top notch tile installer and more.Let me start by saying that I come from an engineering background so I am not always the easiest to work with due to my hundreds of questions and particular needs. I know I personally put Noel(Owner/Manager) through a lot between changing designs, plans, timelines, etc ... Not only was he helpful with those changes but provided helpful responses to all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. My Shower re-tile (As well as back splashes for tub and sink areas) was completed in about 1 week from start to finish and their price was more than reasonable. The guys always put down plastic to cover everything completely. They found some damage behind the walls of the old shower and fixed it at a small additional cost.I feel like I could keep going on and on about how happy I am but I dont want to make the readers read all of that ... The main point is ...Not only am I happy about the final product, but Noel and his crew made sure I was informed and happy throughout the process(That takes a lot of work). I would recommend them 100 times over ...Thanks Noel, Rudolpho and Crew ... We will be looking forward to working with you on any future projects in the house.****Note ... The Tile Company did a kitchen remodel for me, which consisted of repairing water damage to my cabinets, repainting my them with a beautiful faux finish, demo of original counter tops and backsplash and installing new granite counter tops and backsplash. I already had what I wanted picked out so the whole process only took about 7 working days. During the whole process, Noel was always available attentive to all details and on site, I highly recommend using The Tile Gallery for your next home project or remodel! After reading the reviews, I called noel, to get a bid on finishing off a fireplace hearth, he came right over and look at it, he had some left over granite from anthor job, he sechuled me in right away, the crew came over,i was very impressed, was in uniforms,coverd floors,took their time to make sure the job was perfect, noel came by a coulple of times to make sure, the detail of the work, was perfect, I was so impressed im going to have him redo the master bath soon, he gives great thought about the scope of the work, listens and cares about his custermers, his top guy is impresses also, well done noel !

The Tile Gallery and his team did a great job with flooring in our house.We had carpet in 1st floor and 2nd floor + stairs. They removed all carpet and put tiles (diagonally placed large tiles) on 1st floor, wood on stairs and laminate on 2nd floor.We started with tiles job on 1st floor. We liked the work, so we gave him stairs and laminate job as well. They hand scraped the wood on stairs to make it non-slippery. Our stairs (first three steps) have a curve at the end but they did it nicely. They matched (to a good extent) the color on stairs with that of laminate upstairs.Overall great work. I had asked to cover all furnitures etc and suppress the dust. Fankly, with work like this, there will be dust in house, but they tried their level best to keep dust low.Cost was resonable as well. I would recommend going with Noel (Owner)
