We were unaware of Nates but decided to try it when we saw that the Spring Creek BBQ nextdoor was closed. We were not disappointed! Prices were less than expected and service was great. The place Will overload youre eyes with color!! Will definitely recommend and will return when we are in the area again.

Good Walmart. Very clean, the hand sanitizers throughout the food area are all empty but the ones at the door seem to always work, the employees were super kind (especially the guy at the self checkout near the hair salon) and people seem to actually wear masks here most of the time from what I saw. Ill be going back and updating on different areas as I visit them, but as far as I can tell it is a good Walmart in a great city that has grown so much since it first came here.

Its hard not to give Walmart a high rating. They have everything you need at very good prices. Two fixes that would give it a 5 star are, 1- fresher produce. Its really hard to get fresh, ripe produce here. 2- go back to 24 hours open. Its nice to have a place to go when you find yourself needing something at odd hours. Still, their in-store pickup and delivery options are great.

Prices going up and help going down...they even are making you check out yourself. Only on cashier and the rest is do it yourself. You would think with the reduction of staff throughout the whole store (money they are saving not paying for employees)our prices would go down because we are doing the labor but hell no they are pocketing the money.

Usually has all my favorites in stock, but at least carries it. Milo indiv. sweet tea, French bread red baron, and several other items. Oh and baby formal not under lock and key.

So, it was suggested for me to call and I made the comment, but nobody answers. Ever. Any Walmart. Not true! These gals did. And when transferred to customer service, it just rang. So, I called back, transferred again and they answered! This was all too save me a trip driving and they were so helpful in everything. Lots of thumbs up!

I have lived in the area for years and this walmart is always one of the best Ive ever been too, all the staff are friendly, you get to meet Duc the greeter and have an all round great walmart experience.

We did an online pickup order and called in with no answer, so I left a voicemail. Two cars showed up after me and got loaded so I called back and the lady who answered was extremely apologetic and very professional. Staff was excellent and friendly as well. I think they were just super busy

Cande at the pharmacy dept. she is the phlebotomy technician helping prevent Covid 19 spread. She was informative and gentle and very courteous and patient throughout the whole process. Cande definitely adds value to the Walmart and is an asset for sure. Now they are doing Mederna vaccinations for covid 19! The process is easy, and they have impeccable service from walk up to leave out.

This stores oil change tire center blows away any walmart in the area thats Garland Rowlett I have been to all of them. These guys are great. I met the manager the night b4 I came in here and he runs a tight ship. Stop by and see what I am talking about👍Thank you Gerry and all of your guys

Pharmacy and Curbside is just perfect here. Ive never had friendlier service. Theyre so fast and theyre consistent Even when they do have to make substitutions I rarely leave without what I needed.

Crowded and not very helpful. Im big pregnant and needed a ride on cart and the door greeter completely ignored me.

Pharmacy - I switched amongst the chaos/shutdowns of the snowmageddon and after dealing with a couple other local pharmacies I think Im going to leave my prescription right here. There are closer pharmacies but the staff here is super friendly, attentive, AND I get in/out in record time. Highly Recommend!

I was just starting a new job and havent been paid yet my funds was really thin, I was there to pick up some bread and lunch meat and a couple of things for the little ones as I got the register to pay my card was declined so I went aside to pull things out that I didnt need to make it thru the week I was approached by a lady and handed a recipient she told me not to worry bout it and it was taking care of, I had never experienced that before I was the one uaslly helping someone else my heart sank and eyes teared up in shock and in disbelief but the nightshift took care of me that week and I am forever greatful for that!!!!

Oct 2018: I came to get my tires repaired and the gentleman that helped me, Gene, was very helpful. I didnt have my paperwork on me but he searched for it and found it online. He was helpful and patient and explained everything to be. I appreciated this gesture because both my rear tires had nails in it and one was on the sidewall and needed to be replaced.Since I travel cross country so much, I use Wal-Mart tires since I know they are nationwide. I used to use Discount Tire but they were hard to find in a small Missouri town and theyre not necessarily everywhere.====================12/23/2017 Update: Its 2 days before Christmas and this store is not as packed as the others. The merchandise is well stocked. There are a few shelves that were empty but I think they are the candy and little Christmas trinkets. There were also a lot of cashiers and the self checkout moved quickly without lines.================I dont go to this Wal-Mart often because its out of my way but it is clean and in a good area.

This location is good, the employees are usually pleasant and friendly. My only frustration is there is usually a 50/50 chance of them having what you need the first time you go and this was prior to the pandemic. It has gotten better since I have been living out here, but still room for improvement. It is a hot location for Wylie especially being right off 78 so its super convenient.

Its like most Walmarts. The aisles could be a bit neater but for the most part its a good shopping experience. I love the new layout and the expanded craft and sewing section they have is pretty awesome!

Very organized. A bit limited on specific supplies from its location but they do their best to supply as soon they are requested.

Terrible service. 2 employees sitting on counter in garden center. The plants were so dry they were dying. Mom cant get out very often so she was forced to pay for the pitiful looking and over priced plants. We will not be back.

There is a cart pusher here who is always exceptionally friendly and greets me when I come in. Seriously seems like the nicest guy ever. Ive been coming for years now (whenever I am in the area to visit family) and this employee has always been very friendly to me. Puts a smile of my face. This Walmart is nothing special, but that employee makes my day every time.

Very bad customer service. From Laura, the manager that said she is in charge of the whole Wylie store, to Patric in automotive that told me to come in and they would warranty my battery. When I got there he said, I cant warranty this.Walmart must really be having problems hiring staff.Especially this location.Waiting for a response from their district office.

This location is very bad about keeping certain food items stocked. I have not seen this issue in the location in Murphy.

Got everything i needed and the pharmacists cashier is always so nice.

Not enough registers open. Customers dont work there so why should customers have to scan and bag.

It was the worst experience i ever had at that place. I will never ordear anything o. Line ever again. I already did not like walmart cause i feel since i do not work there why do i have to check my own griceries out. Then the experience i just had today. Wow the Worst. The guy that helped me callex me a lier then when i proves him wrong he goes oh now it os working. He would Not even take responsibility for him being wrong. I will be sure and post on the Wylie page about the experience i had plus ill make sure it goes viral on fb.

But like your full payment.The retailer is removing cashiers and standard conveyor belt lines at one of its popular superstores in Wylie. Employee and labor relations. Walmart has faced issues with its employees involving low wages, poor working conditions and inadequate health care. Approximately 70% of its employees leave within the first year. The self checkout is a joke, why use it, Kroger, Target, Tom Thumb are open. Once you walk into Walmart you can’t find any check out, open. It’s time to take a stand, shop at a new place, if you like no service come to Walmart.

We shop here a lot due to proximity of our house. Could always use more cashiers.

Beats me, I only went in to use the restroom. But its sure a long walk from the Garden Center to the restroom when your bladders full! 😂

The Lavon pharmacy is out of stock a great deal of the time on 70/30 insulin there for I phone prior to driving up. It is so unprofessional that they put me on hold and do not pick up! This is not the first time unhappy customer, 🙁!

I prefer this Walmart over the other Walmarts in the area. This Walmart is very clean they have remodeled it so they have a lot of products in stock that the other Walmarts do not have. And this Walmart is not crowded compared to the others overall it is a decent Walmart

No prescription pain killer, i was pain as hell from dentist and the pharmacy dont have this very common pain pill.

The Walmart in Wylie always has a bunch of stuff and is stocked because they are right next to a shipping and receiving warehouse. Plus, the employees are always nice and the store is always clean and organized.
