Been coming to this location a couple if times a week for over a year. Overall friendly…..but seriously slow and understaffed in the pharmacy. This is especially the case with covid testing and vaccines added to an already understaffed store. It has the ability to be an excellent store with some work!

I came to this location for a covid test not only for me, but for me and my two daughters. We each had 3 separate appointments, with our individual name on each tube. One appointments was a 12:30pm, 12:40pm, and 12:50pm. It took them 30 to test us, and not to mention I only got 1 test results back when I took 3 tests. Now they cant tell me why. The Asian lady that works there is rude and slow. She refuses to answer any questions that I had and she kept hanging up on me. How I suppose to have proof or documentation for their school. Just wasted 3 days when I couldve went some where else. They need a whole new staff

First time to this location. Pharmacy staff was really nice and took the time to explain my medications and any issues I may have. Called me multiple times with updates as well. Will be back again.

Pharmacy is understaffed, rude and RX are not ready when told they would be. I was told RX would be ready in 20 minutes, I left and came back through the drive thru an hour and half later. I was then told to come back in 20 minutes again. I told the pharmacist that I was already told that 1 1/2 hours ago. He then told me I was told to go inside if I wanted my RX now. I questioned why I would have to Go in versus drive thru. The pharmacist then told me he wasn’t filling RX per they were behind due to the Holiday yesterday and walked away from the window. I had to call the store and speak with a store manager to get my RX. I’ve never had a bad experience at a CVS before, but the pharmacy staff is what’s going wrong at this location.

Im only here because my friend ordered a photo and when we drove there to get it after they notified him it was ready they wouldnt give it to him because its against company policy to print out a collage of passport-sized photos on 4x6, because they offer a service to take your passport photo themselves. They were super rude. Not a triple bottom line company at all. Boycott CVS until they start caring about their customers!

I waddled in with a sprained ankle fresh off a skateboard accident. I asked one of the clerks at the front where I might find the ankle braces as I didn’t have much walking in me. Gavyn pointed me in the right direction and even offered to go grab me one so I wouldn’t have to walk very far. I told him I’d like to see the selection first and began walking to where he pointed. When he realized I was going to pass the isle he came and directed me to where they were. We looked at some options and I soon found one I liked. His customer service was awesome and the store seemed clean and nicely located as well. Thanks Gavyn!

Greedy money grubbing vultures. I bought and paid for a 4x6 printout with a photo grid of my passport photo and they sent me an email that it was ready. I drove down to get it and they told me its against company policy because they want to charge me $15 to take my passport photo. When I pressed them about it, they wouldnt honor the deal that I paid for. They told me to call corporate which had a several hour estimated wait time. Horrible customer experience and frankly illegal! Its a breach of contract and Im not happy with their anti-business policy. Obviously its not about 70 cents that I care about but they should let us print our own photos or at least honor the email that sent me to pick it up. The automated phone robot says they value their customers but they dont. They only value your money.

Travis and his supervisor are rude, had the worse customer service and knowledge. Wish I could give this location zero stars. This isnt the first time I had a bad experience at this location. Corporate needs to bring in new employees.

When you google CVS PHARMACY it should specify closing hours for the PHARMACY not the store, missed my sons surgery pain meds by 10 mins because I had to wait in line!!

This Pharmacy is quick on getting my Prescriptions ready for my granddaughter. They even called the doctors office because the prescription was not there yet and took care of it for me. Angie was the person I spoke with, she was very friendly and very helpful. I will be switching over to Cvs at this location.
