These people don’t get enough credit. They handle rush hour with as much speed and accuracy and compassion as they can and still do it with a smile. Lyan is awesome and so willing to help. Keep up the great work, y’all are doing wonderful work and deserve a raise for all your patience and hard work.
Pharmacy cannot get prescription medication in stock/delivered in a timely manner. I have no problem getting my prescription same day from Tom Thumb, but my insurance will not fill maintenance meds after 3 months except for through mail order or Walgreens. It takes them a week to get it from a warehouse, then they expect you to call around to other Walgreens to find it in stock if you cant wait that long.
Our son was in extreme pain and the doctor called the pharmacy twice before she was able to get with someone to put the prescription in. We got to the pharmacy drive through to pick up the prescription and the lady said there is nothing in the system. So we parked the car and walk inside to ask. After some looking they acknowledge the doctor called twice and that they only had one of the two prescription and one won’t arrive for another week. Theres a reason we need the medication and if you don’t have it please give us a call and let us so we can make arrangements quickly to help our son. Its a shame you turned this back on us by telling us we should have called to ask, even though our son’s doctor did. Why didn’t you tell her? Such a sad place
I went in with my one year-old daughter to try andShip a FedEx package. This is the third place I had been and cannot take my package. They did inform me what FedEx office could help me and even helped with getting my daughter and large package back out to the vehicle because my hands were full. Very helpful all the way around
The female employee who typically works the photo counter (she has been there the last 3 times I have ordered photos) is incredibly rude. Walgreens has lost a long term customer due to the treatment I have received from this employee on every occasion. I have chosen to purchase my photos elsewhere (and I must say I order a lot), even if the location is inconvenient, just to avoid her wrath.
Never seen a slower drive thru in my life….never. Can get food for a family of five ordered and cooked faster than they can hand you a bottle of prepackaged pills. Embarrassing….definitely time to switch to online mail pharmacy.
Exceptional Service every time I arrive at this place. Overall service is exceptional I have my prescriptions filled here.
Always dependable with Mary selection. Good place to get vaccinations.
Pharmacy is NOT the place to go for a COVID test. They kept the sample for THREE (3) days before sending it in for testing. This delayed my getting treated for obvious COVID symptoms all that time. Very poor service. Thank you for the extra suffering Wylie Walgreens.
Ive used this pharmacy for years. Sure its always been slow and Ive understood because our town has grown. Though today, prescriptions I authorized for refill 3 days prior were not ready for pick up as indicated from the app. I waited in line 30 minutes then was asked the same questions 3xs by 2 diffrent people. I was frustrated without a doubt. Im a nurse and my husband is a retired police officer so we are usually very understanding but I was asked to circle around when there 5+ cars behind me, I respectfully declined as I did my due diligence. After a few minutes I find out from the vehicle behind me who was a local fire rescue; he heard on the radio the pharmacist was calling the police on me. I didnt yell, I didnt curse, I didnt make any type of threat. I showed the pharmacist that I was notified my RX was ready the day prior and that waiting an additional 30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes I already waited in line was not acceptable. I will not EVER fill another RX there again and I will also advise any other patient I come accross how horrible this pharmacy is. Not okay.
Called at 5:45 today to get a prescription refilled, not realizing they closed at 6:00 and I wanted to get it today because we have inclement weather coming in and driving will most likely be out of the question tomorrow. I was there by 5:50 and they had it done and ready to go! Very appreciative!!!
This Walgreens is always clean. The employees are so eager to help. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
We sat in the drive thru window for 15 minutes to be told we have to come inside to purchase a decongestant. I will not shop Walgreens.
I had the displeasure of speaking to a very rude young woman. However a wonderful gentleman named Erik fixed me up. Answered my questions and was sincerely apologetic for her behavior.
Worst pharmacy staff ever. Lake of communication to customers. Was there for Antibiotics was told it will be ready for pickup in a hour I called 2hrs becos I did not hear from them still the antibiotic was not ready. I have to go to CVS pharmacy and the antibiotic was ready for pickup with 30mins. This is why I do not use Walgreens pharmacy due to my insurance policy that is why l make use of them but unfortunately I have to use good Rx with CVS Pharmacy.
Worst pharmacy ever. Had an appointment with a confirmation number n they had nothing in file. This is the 2nd time it has happened. Do not go there, they r not worth your time or money!
We had ordered some pictures and saw online that they were closed; it was 7:30. I asked the front desk lady what time they closed and they should update their hours. She didn’t even say one word back, no sorry, no nothing. Just rolled her eyes and walked back to behind the counter.
Staff should ask to close an hour earlier than the listed time. They refuse to help if you are there 15 minutes prior to closing. This is by far the worst staff I’ve ever seen at a Walgreens.
Walgreens has had my prescription for 11 days it cost $1260 out of pocket I cannot afford that my insurance covers it 100% Walgreens has verified that with my insurance but because their system is having issues they will not allow me to have that medicine unless I pay cash out-of-pocket because their stem is malfunctioning. Walgreen’s claims to care about community but they refuse to care about community if it affects their bottom line.
I just want to give a big shout out to an employee named Velma. I went in there to pick up a few things last night. She was busy with customers but still stopped to greet me and welcome me with a huge smile. Then I realized I didn’t have my glasses so she had to help me read my items to make sure I got the correct ones as there were several choices. She was a huge help and she was so patient and smiling the whole time. After she got me the correct items I had brought several to the counter I was going to put the other items back and she scooped them up and said she would put them away for me. Talk about customer service!!! She was wonderful. I will use this Walgreens from now on. 😊
Just thought to add another 1 star to the list. Worst experience ever. Pharmacist and the staff do not care about the patient dying.
The pharmacy tech I spoke to on the phone was rude. If youre going to work in customer service then you need to be happy and helpful not rude. And if you cant hear dont give me an attitude turn up your volume or clean out your ears. Please hire helpful pharmacy people.
This place has had so many bad reviews due to the way they treat people over the last couple of years, and you would hope that its changed but it has not. Not only is the Pharmacy staff rude, but the front store staff as well. Almost all of the staff treats you like youre annoying or a bother, really bad attitude and act like they hate their job. Maybe they receive horrible treatment from management, or maybe its simply being unhappy. Whatever the case, I avoid going to this walgreens these days because its basically guaranteed that youll walk in and have a negative experience.
The pharmacist here (the Indian guy) was so very nice to my mother who has Alzheimers. My mother can sometimes be inappropriate and point at something and he just smiled and shook her hand. Thank you for your kindness sir!
If you want to save money in your pocket, definitely get the GoodRx app for your computer or your cell phone. I made the biggest mistake of having my doctor send my medications to Walgreens! I finally loaded the GoodRx and found out I could have saved $100 oh, yes $100 on my co-pays for just one prescription drug! I just retired three months ago and Im new at this game! When working, co-payments were only $10 so I didnt pay any attention. If you want to get screwed and pay more money, for your prescriptions, then go to Walgreens. The service is not good and there are times I wonder about if theyre filling the right prescriptions. So if you dont care about money, then by all means get your prescriptions filled here. Advice to all: for those who are retired or just want to save money, download the GoodRx app, check and see where you can get your prescriptions cheaper! It shows all pharmacies from the cheapest to the most expensive. This will be the last $200 of overpriced drugs that I will purchase at Walgreens! Im surprised they havent gone bankrupt???
Great staff ans store! They Are very polite & always remember you. This is my go to store for a lot of things! I highly recommend!
Love Walgreens pharmacy. Never have had a problem with my prescription. Fast service also.
This pharmacy is a joke. There is always issues with my prescriptions, in line for 45+ mins waiting, I tried having it transferred and now they say they can’t find my prescription so I need to have my doc call in a new one 🤦🏼♀️ Never using them again
They take a long time to fill prescriptions and they have no problem lying to you. I had to go talk with the store manager today because of this. I was told I had to pay full price for a prescription. Just bring it back within 5 days, and I will be reimbursed. That was all I was told. I bring it back and NOW Im told Oh well. No you werent lied to, and we wont be reimbursing anything. By the store manager. I wont ever be coming back to this store again.
I’ve been coming to this location for my monthly prescription for almost 5 years. The staff is always rude. The specific lady I have had the displeasure of dealing with the past couple of months answers every question with an attitude. I’m always in a really good mood, until I have to roll up to the window to pick up my prescription. The prescriptions are never ready, even when you go to pick it up at the last possible minute. The staff is rude and essentialy treats you as a nuisance. If you are going to work in customer service, your staff needs to work on their attitude, tone and demeanor. If they don’t, you’ll lose a lot of clientele.
Ive been using this pharmacy for about 4 years now and Ive never had a problem with it. The staff is always nice, there are times when I happen to use the drive thru and the wait is a bit long. However, there hasnt been a time that any employee is just wandering around doing nothing. Theyre busy and I understand that this is going to cause me to wait a bit. My perscribtions have always been filled correctly and when needed!
Cant even spell wall what is with people these days.
Love to get my pictures here. fast service
This is THE WORST walgreens that I have ever been to! If I could rate it negatively I would!! Everytime I go to get my prescription in the drive through I spend OVER 35 min!! Then when I finally get to the drive through window they tell me to wait another 10 min. ANYWHERE else is better!
They took forever to fill one prescription for my daughter on a Tuesday. They said 1 hour when we dropped it off, which is fine. I went back an hour later to pick up and they said 30 more minutes. An hour after that I called to check before I got back in my truck......and they said probably a few more minutes. I am now going to head back over there and just sit inside until its ready. I dont have unreasonable time expectations when it comes to filling a prescription. I understand that you get busy or might be short staffed. Please give me a conservative estimate so I only have to make one trip to pick up.
I have to say I am amazed at the staff here and not in a positive way. The pharmacy tech would not accept my state issued LTC as a valid ID simply because it said handgun on it. All LTCs have a drivers license number on there as well. She specifically said I cant accept that because it says handgun on it. Its upsetting that management will let someones personal beliefs overrule something like a state issued identification. I will no longer take my business here and will be telling family members and friends to avoid as well since a few of them are LTC holders aswell.
To the lady who has been working the drive thru. We have been long time customers at Walgreens. Up until these past few months, we have always had great service. Lately we have had BAD attitude, rudeness, throwing of pens onto the counter, etc.I just want to let you know, that you shouldnt treat people so RUDE.I WILL PRAY FOR YOU! AS YOU DONT know everyones story.AND you should not treat everyone as a BOTHER. Im so sorry that you act like you dont like your job, one bit.You need treat people as she would like to be treated yourself. I pray that you dont ever have to be treated the way we have, here recently!
Pharmacy hours are horrible. Here I am at 6:10 pm on a Saturday and the pharmacy is closed.I have been growing in my frustration with this location because it takes for ever to get waited in in the pharmacy. The CVS right across the street is always open, my wife uses it and I am about to switch after over 10 years being dedicated to Walgreens
I have been to several different walgreens locations and this one is by far the slowest. Everything takes forever, i dont think Ive ever been ableto come in to pickup and be out in less than 20 minutes. I doubt understand it because theres a CVS across the street as well as several other places to get prescriptions so they cant possibly have that much more business than other walgreens locations.
Wylie Walgreens pharmacy employees are rude and are thieves. Go to CVS across the street. They treat you like your business matters. AND, CVS prescription prices are way better.
Worst cashier experience
Something changed here. They lie about when they receive prescriptions. They say they dont have ins on file although we filled here already this year. When I asked about this, the lady actually threw her hands in the air and walked away. Someone else had to come help.
This location is a lot better than the Murphy location.
Everyone is friendly and its never crowded.
Pharmacy employees were very rude and unprofessional. They acted put out that they had to do their job. They were unhelpful with questions I had and flat out told me I was not a priority because I was on the phone and not standing in line at the store.
Been here for 1 1/2 hours and still no prescription. My first experience with Walgreens and will certainly be my last.
Pharmacy people do not know what they are doing, can never answer the phones and just have aweful attitudes.
Friendly staff and always seem eager to help!
Pharmacy has extremely poor customer service.
The pharmacy is very slow.
The best
Management is not cordial to the public. There is a problem that they have to fix with the area of the fragrances entiendace (Perfumes)They are in an inappropriate place because of the distance and the price is too small to read at long sight.I was looking for a perfume to give away and the manager on duty on this day 6/21/200Fathers Day.Enter the area inside the counter to see the prices and the product and the manager arrives without asking in an unpleasant way he tells me that I have to leave where I was.I understand that there is the cash register but it is not the form of interpretation or attention of a manager.
There are not many people working but they must have more because the lines take a long time to buy something.
