We were greeted upon entry, and the young lady was with another customer and went to the back and grabbed another associate to help us. The other young lady that was summoned to help us was no where near as friendly or as pleasant as the cashier helping the other customer. We picked the cookies we wanted and paid, she turned her back and walked away. No thank you, or anything. For impulse buys like cookies, I can go where it is not as inconvenient for some of the associates to do their job.

Only few words can describe the heavenly experience today. Love their seasonal Pumpkin spice cookies and all time favorite Snickerdoodle cookies. Great atmosphere.

I was in this past weekend for a cookie cake that I ordered online. When I got there for the scheduled pickup, I was told that the order had not registered with their system. Instead of trying to explain that they were busy or could not fulfill my order, they immediately apologized and said that it would be done in 10 minutes. They were so professional and courteous that it was surprising and quite refreshing. This is a sad commentary on my expectations based on experiences with customer service companies. Not only was my cake done in the time given with meticulous details, I was given a half dozen cookies by the manager for my inconvenience. This type of customer service is what should be standard. Wylie Great American Cookie, you have a customer for life! Thank you so much for providing a great experience. Oh by the way, the store is immaculate!! Very clean and tidy!! I love it!! Thank you again!!

Ice cream was great! Tons of great flavors and good cookies. 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey, and they don’t have fountain sodas (almost $3 for a 12 oz can of soda!). Good atmosphere though, and they’ve got some pretty impressive creations. Great dessert/treat spot

I don’t think the cotton candy master shake is worth $10, but overall everything was pretty good.

Their ice cream is really good. The cookies are great. Price is decent. Their cakes look great, but havent tried them. The only thing that I noticed was the staff need to smile more and talk to each other less about non-work related matter in front of customers. Other than that, definitely recommend this place to try!

I ordered from here through Uber eats. The workers got the entire order wrong. When I called up the worker was incredibly snooty and had no customer service. Cookies were still good but ice cream was melted.

I needed a large cookie cake on very short notice. Not only did the decorator I spoke to on the phone stay on her shift late to do our cake, but she did an amazing job. I briefly described what I was hoping for, and she took it to a whole new level!I stop in at least once a week with my three boys, and the store is always spotless. Just got home from being there. Generally love going but not tonight. I get it it’s closing and it’s mainly teenagers working and they want to go home, but when it’s busy you don’t need the guest to know that. It was busier than normal right before closing. It looked like a kids soccer team was there and a few bigger families, which is great for business you would think. Two girls working there, in front of several children look at each other and said “I want to f****** quit.” They are rolling their eyes and look like they just don’t want to be there. The manager her self was not happy and you could see on her face she was upset people where there. This is unacceptable. I get that it’s closing time and you want to go home but to not only say that in front of customers but to say it in front of a bunch of children is unacceptable. To look angry and upset that you have people coming in is unacceptable. Employees need to be trained to handle stress better or to at least not be cursing in front of other people. Not professional.

Delicious snickerdoodles! My son really liked them and he was a big fan of the Mrs. Fields cookies when they were in Wylie, but he said these are even BETTER! They were so kind and generous to him on his 6th birthday. The store employees bought him a cookie. Amazing service! Wonderful experience!

Love their selection of ice cream and cookies and everything I tried tasted great. If you order ice cream you get unlimited toppings mixed in for no added cost. The inside is very modern and clean.

Soooo fresh and tasty. The cookie sandwiches are amazing, but the entire menu is delicious. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The cleanliness is a very inviting.

Second trip today, shakes both times. Theyre phenomenal, definitely worth at least trying. Everyone Ive seen coming and going look happy.

Cookies are delicious (soft and sooo good! Hope the quality stays the same even after the newness of the opening goes away!Update: came in today to get some cookies and noticed knats crawling on one of the cookies. When I mentioned it to the young lady she went to remove the cookie but then a family of knats appeared all over the cookies in the glass. I was totally turned off. She mentioned the store was aware of the issue and are working to fix the issue. But I feel why serve those cookies to the public - as a temporary solution serve from the warmers.

The cookies n cream milkshake is so good and the ice cream sandwiches were very good seating and space was very good.

Always love great American cookies, amazing dessert!
