Review from Kids: frozen yogurt is very yummy and their ice-cream and their boba is delicious.They gave a good presentation with the rolled ice cream.it was so good that i stopped playing AMONG US.

Definitely would recommend! They are a bit slow on service, which isn’t the best but they aren’t the slowest ice cream place. Their food is delicious and I love it! If you’re looking for a refreshing boba drink, or an icey, cold ice cream come here!

Very yummy. Love the little round variety of fruit balls to put on but a lot of there machines are always disconnected or out of order. The tables were all dirty and not cleaned off. The 2 staff members were in the back instead they could’ve cleaned the tables really quickly. As we put the toppings on our ice cream a bunch of teen guys about 10 came in and we’re just all over the register chatting with staff while we waited to be checked out and our ice cream was melting. Finally asked if we can just pay while they still order. It is beyond EXPENSIVE!!! We paid about $35 for our cups with barely any ice cream or toppings on it. I really wanted to leave it at the register and just leave. We come here frequently because of my son but thank god I’ve been taking him to McDonald’s because I can not always afford to spend $30+ for a one time treat.

This is a cute place, and I love the aesthetic, but it kinda just felt like the Orange Leaf that was there before but with rolling ice cream and new drinks. They even used the same cups and still had the froyo machines. Nevertheless, I enjoyed visiting here with my friend.They had a rainbow “air hockey” type game that was a lot of fun while we waited for our ice cream to be rolled out.I ordered the Coffee Lover’s rolling ice cream and my friend grabbed the Cookies n Cream rolling ice cream. I love the ice cream itself, as it wasn’t too sweet but was full of coffee flavor. Neither of us were a huge fan of the toppings. They just felt like an afterthought but they did make the rolling ice cream sundae much more aesthetically pleasing.I’d love to come back and try some of their tea drinks!

My kids always beg me to bring them here which I literally want to pull my hair out. The two high school kids who are barely able to keep up with the steady stream of people wanting to enjoy boba tea or ice cream need a bit of support. We come here regularly, on the weekends only to wait for long amounts of time. The product is great, staff is friendly and hard working,But waiting 35 minutes for four teas is crazy.

This place is super awesome love their bobas definitely recommend but if you come on a Saturday they are going to be very busy i went and it took about 30 min for 3 drinks and we even ordered ahead but overall I love this place ❤

This is the slowest place ever. We ordered one smoothie and one slush and we had to wait over 50 minutes for our drinks to be ready. Very Outrageous. I’ve gotten rolled ice cream here in the past and it was difficult to eat because of how thick the rolls were. Their slushes were good but nothing super special about them.

My family loves this place! This is our third time here in two weeks and it wasnt a disappointment at all. I love the customer service here. Even though the wait times are long it is worth it for the awesome drinks, boba tea, ice cream, and frozen yogurt. Id definitely recommend this place if you can!

It was our first time trying this place. It was really good! We loved playing the Atari game and giant Connect Four while we waited for our order. The staff was really sweet. Store is very clean, masks are worn by employees and just an overall good vibe. Well definitely be back!

This place sucks! Super slow and don’t know how to multitask. Recommend going somewhere else if you want boba tea. I waited over 20 min for just one drink, and it wasn’t even busy in the store. Will NOT be coming back.

I just came in and Kyle just tried to charge us extra like we wouldn’t notice? Along with that I asked if they are still out of boba, he said “um i’m not sure”. He was completely clueless, they need to find more aware employees.

Dirty. Every table was dirty. The floor was dirty. Kids standing around behind the counter could be cleaning. Too expensive for such a dirty place.

Me and my family used to loveeee this place but last night I went there to get ice cream and ordered cotton candy for one of my kids. He is 4 and Thanks God I was feeding him and found a light colored hair inside the ice cream. It was disgusting and I had to throw it all. Wanted to go show them but I neither wantEd to embarrass anyone nor wanted a free ice cream. I am writing here to request the owners to please have your staff wear a head cap esp when their hair are flowy. It was almost $7 ice cream and it was wasted. I will go back when the staff starts wearing a head cap.

There should be someone whose solely responsible for drinks. Took over 30 to get two boba drinks (and they lost one of our orders) and multiple people behind us got their drinks first. A complete waste of our time. Will be going to their competitor from now on.

Not a clean establishment and the experience is not at all worth the money you pay. The “milk tea” tastes like watered down milk with no flavor at all.I asked for them to exchange a drink since the drink I ordered was disgusting. The young lady tried to “explain” what it’s supposed to taste like lol. Then she got irritated and was making up excuses just to end up remaking my drink.I’ve worked service as a young person before but the employees here are lacking professionalism, training & supply prep.

I ordered the cotton candy ice cream, and it was really good and tasteful. But some of the employees didn’t show me and my family a friendly face. I really wish there would be a better kind of greeting service.

I bought a boba and it was terrible, one of the employees with short hair seems to always have an attitude.. thought the experience would be better. I went on Sunday August 29 and 3:00pm.On another note she almost spilled a water cup on a customer while I was there.They’re not friendly at all, maybe they can try and put on a smile and be polite!

I came in a fews days ago excited to order some rolled ice cream. I walked in and saw a red head girl working the register. As I was trying to decide from the many rolled ice cream options, the girl was growing impatient and I could feel the annoyance coming from her. Then when I went to order she had such an attitude, that made me just want to leave. With the average tasting ice cream and horrible customer service I am unlikely to return.

Loved it here at first! We even said this was our new boba spot! Sadly they started caring less once the hype of their opening came down.Their flavor isn’t there and they are always out of boba & when they have boba their balls are inconsistent. They have their days where they are nice & chewy and others when they’re hard as can be. Sad, we wanted to love this place but it’s no longer a place we even think about to get boba drinks.

This is a nice place to go out with the family, however this time the place did not look clean, some of the frozen yogurt machine were not working properly and since there were people with a big order in front of us, they forgot our order and had to go and reminded them about what we have ordered.

Love this place, this isn’t your typical “ice cream” shop as these ppl bust their tails off to provide some gourmet style ice cream.. Truly hard workers whom I will support for future..

Both me and my boyfriend found Black scraggly hairs in our orders. It disgusted me to pull out this pube looking hair from my Strawvrery Cream Ice Cream Roll. He ordered froyo. On top of that, there was a fly landing on some of the toppings. Needless of all my forgiveness, I will not be returning to this establishment. The atari Pong came is its only saving grace.

One of the best ice cream experiences Ive had in a while. The ice cream is made right infront of you quickly and with skill. Not overly crowded or anything either. The ice cream is perfectly portioned with the added benefit of being easily Instagramable. You can also get bubble tea that is made very quickly and freshly.

Are always out of tapioca balls. Highly annoying as that’s what that’s what goes in a boba drink... they need to fix this.

Phone either just rings or busy. Ordered door dash they were out of a flavor and instead of making similar they just left off parts of the order leaving half the order unfilled

So i was nearby to pickup a online order and I noticed a new place in the shopping center.. called Drip N Roll! It said now open so I went inside to see what they do.They do Rolled Ice Cream and frozen yogurt and Boba!I got a coffee flavor rolled ice cream.Drizzled with caramel and topped with cookies.It was soo good! Will definitely come back!

I usually love this place but I ordered two drinks today the milk tasted bad but I didn’t try it till I got home so I couldn’t just go back . The milk had a sour taste me and my husband feel so sick .

Stop here and have them MAKE you some icecream... never been to another ice cream shop that didnt have icecream ready to serve so this was different... and tasty!!!
