Great customer service from Vicki! Facility is about a year old and looks brand new. Facility was very clean, they clean every day. They have a few carts to help move items if needed, carts could be a little bigger but for the most part they are helpful. Month to month recurring billing is a plus and not locked into a determined time lease. Great rental rates compared to other similar size units by other storage facilities. Both conditioned and unconditioned storage units, majority are conditioned. Overhead doors functioned great and were properly aligned, I’ve had others in the past that were a real pain to open and latch shut. Overall this is a great facility. Only 1 minor issue was that at checkout their I-pad was communicating effectively with their online program and took a few minutes to process the recurring payment, which is a separate transaction from the initial payment. Vicki was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that would generally be asked during move in, she’s proactive!

Very, very clean and well maintained. I took advantage of the online special which made the process quick and seamless. My lock and keys we’re waiting in my unit when I arrived and I never had to speak with anyone on-site. I was also pleasantly surprised to find carts in the hallway although I do wish that they had more. There were movers at the building that were using them all but other than that, I’m very happy that I’m storing my items here.

CubeSmart is by far the best experience I have ever had with a storage rental company. The premises are clean and very well kept and the response times and customer service is impeccable. Vicki, the store manager, really worked with me and my movers and she was there for me every time I called. She always had a good answer and proved helpful. She was awesome! I will tell anyone who asks me about storage going forward, to call Vicki at Cube Smart because I know she will take good care of them.

We just needed short term storage while my son is gone from college. The space is perfect and the price and current promotion is unbeatable! Vicki was fabulous on the phone and in person! Great service! Very clean and nice facility.

Besides putting the code in too many places (before finding out about the app) it was really smooth and super nice facility. They had a loading doc, provided the big dolly’s which was wonderful and finding the unit based on the map was easy. So overall it’s a great facility for the price!

I went into Cube Smart because I had some questions regarding their storage units. I was greeted by Tameka M. who did not hesitate to answer my questions and show me the available units. She was knowledgeable and I can tell she took pride in her store, it was clean, organized and smelled refreshing. She explained the process and how easy it was to set up. Thank you Tameka for the wonderful customer service you provided, unfortunately it is very rare these days but it’s nice to know that it is not lost.
