This place has an excellent product

Installed a 6.9 in a truck, under 3000 miles it rattled and smoked, 2 days of diagnosing they said they would cover 4 hours for 30$ an hour less than our shop rate. Replaced injection pump, made the problem worse. We rebuilt the original pump, ran a little better, but still knocked. They wanted us to diagnose more with little to no compensation. We gave it back to customer told them to run it til it blows.

We were a Jasper engine installer. Jasper does not stand behind their warranties as stated. We had a few Jasper engine issues over the years, but the final straw was two bad Jasper engines that failed within a couple weeks the 3rd one we installed made it more than 2 weeks and currently running okay. Jasper would not honor labor warranty.I do not recommend Jasper!
