Super quick oil change. Guys were on point. When I asked them to look at something specific they didnt mind at all. Manager came up after asking how everything went. 10/10 will return.

I have used Performance Plus in Wyoming, MI several times and was always pleased until my most recent visit. The gentleman to greet me was not wearing his mask appropriately. He had it below his nose and mouth, and I was very uncomfortable with him speaking to me at close range with my window down. I was wearing my mask, and I closed my window to avoid further exposure, and opened it only to make payment. There were signs posted regarding the companys mask policy, and I found it unnerving that he was not abiding by what his employer was requesting. I expressed my concern to another employee, as the manager was not in that day. The other employee (I think his name is Dennis) was understanding and collected my payment. I did not get all my services (tires checked, and mileage reset) because I was uncomfortable with the person not having his nose or mouth covered in close range. I will not return. I also noticed that the business did not appear as clean as previous visits.

They are very nice and friendly. Did not try to up sell everything. Will definitely go back for another change!

I went here yesterday for an oil change the man getting oil change next to me was overwhelmed over the fact he was charged 145.$ none of my business but then when it came to helping me the performance plus employees were total helpless i mean they gave me an oil change didnt check my air filter or my tires i had to mention issue with tires fpr them to check it. Didnt reset my oil gage. And to just top it offf i get home and my wiper fluid cap is missing.! Worst experience ever! I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed my brake lights changed they told me to come right over and they took care of it. They also filled up my tires and checked over the other lights. Very friendly and efficient.

Ive been getting my oil change done here for more than ten years. They are friendly, fast, and care about doing good work on your vehicle.

Full service oil changes for gasoline and diesel powered vehicles. A technician will guide you into the building and greet you. They will start the service with a function check of your vehicles lights. Then, ask for your vehicles current mileage and provide you with options for the oil you would like to use in your vehicle. After you have selected an oil, the oil and oil filter will be changed. The service also includes a check of all fluids under the hood (except brake fluid), inspection of engine and cabin air filters, tire pressure inspection and adjustment, fuel filter inspection (if accessable) and chassis inspection. For most 4 wheel drive trucks and similarly equipped vehicles an optional differential and transfer case inspection is offered.

The guys there did an awesome job! Went over my van with a fine tooth comb. Even had an air filter brought over from the parts store cause they were out. I will definitely be going there again with all my vehicles.

New manager is awesome and staff is super friendly! Not only changed over my oil but they also topped off my fluids, checked my tires and checked over my car to make sure everything was running smooth. The difference with this shop is their honesty and their willingness to show you exactly what theyre doing. Ill be back for sure

The business was very clean and the gentleman was very polite but the price he quoted($100) for my oil change was outrageous. Pepinos charged me half that.

This place is amazing!💣💣💣💣💣💣 Amazing people!! Been going the last 4 yrs. Last 2TWO times Ive been there they had 3 people checking my fluids & tires and said out of honesty that I wasnt ready for an oil change [I go there early for my cars sake.] However they refilled my transmission fluid, tires, topped off my oil, AND fixed my headlight!! for FREE!! If youre a returning customer, theyll top you off or do any maintenance to your car like that for freeeee. No doubt their customer service is on another level!

Great quick service oil change establishment.

I came here when it was cold and I didnt feel like doing my own oil change. That was a mistake. About a mile after I left my Check engine light came on. I popped the hood to check if everything was as it should. When I checked the oil it was a goopy muddy mess. I dont know what they did, but I wont even bring it back to find out because I dont trust this place. The one star they get from this review is about six stars too many.

The manager Mario went over and above to take care of an issue with my vehicle, even coming from his home after his work hours. This is service that will keep my business.

Stopped in for an oil change today. Normally I get the synthetic blend. Told the guy to give me the same thing as last time. He shows me the bill and it was $80 plus dollars after my $20 discount. I asked if he put full synthetic high mileage in and he said yes, that’s what I got last time. What a rip off. I hope overcharging me for this oil change is worth losing me as a customer as I will not be back.

Had my oil changed there and paid for new filter. Never received new filter as shown by my mechanic. To top that off, they lost the gasket that led to my new oil leak problem. My mechanic found this out when I went to him about my new oil leak problem. Never had an oil leak problem till I went here. Thanks for nothing. Too bad I cant give you a negative star rating.

This place is terrible!!! If I could give them a lower score I would. The manager of this facility is the worst I have ever seen. He got in my face when I told him I wasnt happy with the service, because they didnt even take care of what I went in for and I was still over charged. Very unprofessional!! I will NEVER go here again.
