I enjoy the coffee but the drive thru is ridiculous. Only one car can order at a time and the location puts you in the middle of a parking lot if youre in a longer line. Also, if youre looking for a coffee hotter than lukewarm in temp, Id go elsewhere. I have to ask for it extra extra hot, as hot as you can make it to have it anywhere near hot.

The coffee was excellent they did a good jobBrewing what it was overall a really good experience it was a little dirty at first sight in the AC does need to be turned up as degrees in there other than that though I enjoyed it.

The girl was rude when i ordered a vampire freeze they didnt mix it all the syrup was on the bottom it was way to sweet and you cant taste the white chocolate not sure if they even put it in we will not be going back there!

The staff is always very friendly, and I always came her for my Sunday morning coffee. Though it looks like ill be going to a different location. The past couple of Sundays the coffee has tasted watered down and is full of coffee grounds. I asked them to remake it today, it looked better but still had coffee grounds and tasted like water with coffee flavoring.

Okay the workers here are AWESOME!! My 2 year old daughter decided to do a whole week of no sleep and I could barely remember my own name those days. I couldnt say what I wanted and they somehow always knew and made it to absolute perfection and were so NICE! Props to the manager on who they hire! They have picked out some amazing staff!

Enjoy buying my coffee here, (drive up and, recently, carryout!!) Baristas have always been prompt and friendly. Occasional delays in drive-up, under the circumstances but, it was worth the wait! I believe that, now that carryout is available, the drive up congestion will ease! Thank you for the pleasant service!

I just want to say that I was at Biggby on Byron Center in Wyoming yesterday and Halle was at the window! She was amazing!! So friendly, so knowledgeable and really helpful! I had a coupon on my phone and for some reason we were having a heck of a time getting it to scan!? She was super patient and kind. When it did scan she was really happy and we laughed and she got rite back to business with my change and handing out my items! During these last 15ish months or so Biggby has really dine a great job# Thank you so much!!!

Seriously, if you want a good cup of coffee or a great drink...come here! The staff is always friendly and their coffee is always hot. You can visit the golden archer neighbors and save .30 cents or get your coffee quickly and not have to order yourself on a kiosk! #bigsbyrocks!

Business was closed but didnt have proper sign on drive-thru stating they were closed. We waited a good 10 minutes in line before we figured out they werent open!

I’ve waited a long time to make a review about this location. This morning is the day because not only is it past 6:00 a.m. and they aren’t open, but also, this location consistently has the rudest manager working or at least I think she is a manger because she is always there. Overall, the lack of costumer service is terrible, to say it plainly. Thank goodness Starbucks is across the street!

Super good every time I go!!

This location is wonderful. It is right off of m6 and has a drive thru. It can get busy and crowded. They have a sign out with their weekly deals. The staff is kind and the drinks are delightful. My go to right now is their golden honey oatmilk latte. It is a great addition to their menu. They have good seating, a community board, and you can even buy greeting cards. Be prepared to wait at busy times.

Always Great service, friendly staff. I dont drink coffee but my Wife loves Biggby Coffee. I think they have the best non-coffee drinks. Also, their Bragel sandwich is awesome. I get Sausage, Egg, and Cheese on a plain Bagel. But you can get it on any of there bagels.

My go to coffee shop. Dan with the morning crew super friendly and upbeat, puts a smile on peoples faces even in the morning haha. Theyve been super busy lately because of training new people, messed up my order but quick to fix. People if they are swamped give them a break, customer service is a tough job mentally and emotionally. Other than that have had no problem here at all. All super friendly, not as expensive as Starbucks but equally good.

I went in to this location earlier today and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I used to work for a Biggby because of the positive atmosphere each store has, but this one was the best. My barista was very friendly. I felt bad because I didnt have cash to tip. 😭 Ill definitely be back at this location whenever Im in the area. Keep up the great work, yall!

Usually they are pretty good yet today 10/17 @ 7pm that blonde girl on drive was a potato head, first I had to tell her my order two times as. If she wasnt paying attention than when get out drink, it was the wrong size, she didnt apologize and than asked her Co worker right in front of us, what size did she make ?!?? Very unprofessional and silly, or else she isnt competent enough to do the Job or they have bad crew management that isnt doing there end of the training correctly, regardless hopefully our next experience there will be better.

Went to Biggy coffee in Wyoming today near the hospital. The guy there was very blunt and straight forward. My guess, because he was busy or pressured. No big deal. I ordered a Carmel teddy bear coffee for my sister and one for myself and my wife. Once my order was completed, we waited and a young lady by the name Cat stopped us from getting are drinks. We stated, that’s what we ordered. she said no and continued to try giving it to another man that came in after us. She held the drink near her while giving some none friendly looks. The male employee came over and said thats their drinks. She continued to tell him that, those wasn’t ours, while staring at us . He said give them the drinks and she said O whatever and let me get them. At this point I’ll say their service and hospitality is horrible and I never buy from this location again. I’ll continue to go to my Hudson location. Where they treat you with respect and kindness and is more than willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I’ll just make sure to stop at this location before going to my chiropractor appointment once a week. So just a heads up if you go to this location this is what you will be dealing with.

The wait was very long . Between drive thru and counter the 2 baristas were overwhelmed . The music was so loud it was hard to hear my friend speaking.We will be finding a different place to meet .As usual the coffee and muffins were great !

We love Biggbys, but I was a little disappointed at this location. My order for a cold brew was made as a hot coffee and my sons order for a frozen came iced instead. Now in their defense we are a large family of six, and it can get complicated. It was also close to closing, so I get it.

Biggby is the best coffee place. Very nice people working and they always have a smile. Nice atmosphere and comfortable chairs.

I am a HUGE biggby fan, we get it everyday. But this location is the WORST. Not only do you wait 30 minutes in the drive thru, BUT then you get a coffee that is beyond bitter and nasty. I have even tried to order extra or double flavor to make up for the bitterness. I am very disappointed. I can cross this location off my morning stop!!

I just left after waiting half hour for one small drink and it was WRONG. After waiting all that time I would expect it to be correct. They are often slow even when not busy.

I have tried to come here in the AM multiple times and Ive never sat in a line that doesnt move like this one. It is super frustrating. Unfortunately, starbucks line actually moves so Ill have to start going there. I mean I got here at 837 And the line did not move one car until 848. I mean sitting for 10 mins without one car moving, is pretty bad for a drive thru coffee plac . Last time I had to leave the line. I guess i should just face it. It is not getting any better, and Ill have to go somewhere else.

The order-taker the window was not helpful at all when trying to discuss espressos. But maybe because hes at the window hes really not a barista. All I want is a dark tasting coffee I at expresso cream and sugar but they never do it the same.

Was Happy with this Bigby a year ago, now the team seems to be very snotty and rude. We ordered Bragels for our family and the lady at the drive through said Doesnt anyone cook for their family anymore. I couldnt believe how rude she was. Will be going to a different location from now on, they do not accept coupons half the time either FYI.

I went here for breakfast, which was sadly limited. I ended up getting a bagel with turkey, but I was looking for just an egg sandwich on a whole wheat or whole grain bagel/muffin (which didnt exist there). Coffee wasnt the greatest, although I did try something unusual, the Michigan Cherry blend.Staff was very friendly, and it looked like a nice place if you have some time to sit down and relax

Its my happy place! No really, this is the Biggby I always hit up and I love stopping in to and from work. Best part: theyre open late so I can get a coffee at 9:45pm on my way to work. Its never too crowded and there is always coffee ready. Its my favorite Biggby in the greater Grand Rapids area.

I like their coffee better than Starbucks its not as Smokey. Prices are about the same atmosphere similar people are very friendly free Wi-Fi no time limit on Wi-Fi. They offers coupons and specials as well and different flavors as well as smoothies lattes hot cold or iced.

Why is their coffee more and more expensive. The drive through was really long in multiple experiences.
