For at least the past seven years, I have relied on Carl to handle my computer issues. Recently I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10, to which my PC is not compatible with. Carl & his team were able to quickly restore my computer to its original operating system and retain all of my files, all at a minimal cost. I hired Michelle as a bookkeeper. She did my quarterly taxes incorrectly and my accountant had to fix them, I told her and she didnt offer to reimburse me what she had paid. I also reviewed my income amounts she had entered. Out of the six months she entered 3 were wrong. One month was off by $3000.00. Do not use her as a book keeper, she has no idea what she is doing.

Had this horrible problem with my computer so I searched up places, and saw this place. I got there and was helped right away. The employees there know exactly what theyre doing, so it was cool hearing them explain what the issue was.Very down to earth! They did things I had no idea you could do. Definitely coming back here if something else happens. Hope I never have to though! (Knock on wood) Shout out to Jake! Give him a holla from me if you come in!

Have dealt with Atech since they moved from. Burton and Breton. Carl has handled the computers for my rescue as well as does the webpage and now Jonathan also works on my computers. They are knowledgeable and have fast service and great prices. He also works on printers and even when I had just managed to jam it with paper from it being so humid, Carl unjammed it and didnt even charge for it!

My company has worked with Carl for many years and have very pleased with his knowledge of computers and printers. He is always our first call when we need help.

What a waste of time these people are! I tried to put a service call in to them for a copier machine located about 40 miles away. This shows that it is in their service area, but when I contacted them they acted like it was a million miles away and that we were putting them out to try and service our copier!Carl was rude, a jerk and just very nasty for no reason. We will no be doing business with them and would recommend staying clear of them!
