I have been bringing in my laptop for over a year now to this guy and each time he always gets my computer running more efficiently and quickly. I wouldnt have made it through school without the work this guy has done to my laptop and in such quick turn around too. If you are going to go to Compucraft then you need to stop what you are doing. The best place to go in Grand Rapids for a refurbished Mac or Mac repair! I was shopping around for a refurbished mac and stumbled on Fortitude computers. Fortitudes standard warranty is longer than youd get from most places (including Mac of all Trades and Apple refurbished), plus at Fortitude you have the option to customize your refurbished Mac to suit your specific needs. And since its local, if something goes wrong you can bring it right into to the shop. He also does free diagnostic on broken Macs, which is great if youre having issues. I took my Macbook Pro into the Apple store and they told me there was nothing they could do for me because it was too old (6 years old.) Took it into Fortitude and he figured out the problem for free, and gave me a fair price for it.

Excellent service! Daniel went above and beyond to get my MacBook repaired and running well. I had been to the apple store and since they were overbooked, they suggested I take it home and do several steps that they stated would be self explanatory, and Id be all set. Didnt work that way. Daniel spent many hours running diagnostic tests and getting it corrected and running with the latest system. I did have to purchase a new hard drive but I was almost ready to purchase a new computer since I wasnt getting the results I wanted. Daniel saved me hours of headaches and his prices are great!
