Great staff! Always smiling and very helpful. Myself and two young children have seen both doctors. Very impressed with the level of customer care they provided. My son has a little bit of any eye problem and they have been helpful in making it understandable for me and suggestions for correction or therapy offered to me as well.Under going a beautiful remodel! Literally the most thorough exam ever! Every machine use was explained to me. Very helpful friendly associates. They accept Medicare. I ended up paying much less thanks to my optician. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks a million!

I haven’t gotten my eyes checked in YEARS. Partially because I’m a procrastinator, but also because i don’t have real vision insurance, I hadn’t found myself a new eye doctor where I currently live, and because I get bad anxiety over the “which is clearer?” test. Also, covid.I finally bit the bullet and did a little digging online and found Ecenberger, which had tons of great reviews.I felt like the cost of my exam was affordable - they were super friendly, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and efficient.The place was clean and kept up well, they took lots of covid precautions and were all wearing masks which was a huge plus.I felt like I really was cared for and any of my anxieties were normalized which made me feel better.I’m excited to get my new glasses and to be able to see properly again!10/10 would recommend.

This is hands down the best eye doctor I have ever had, which over the years and with all the eye troubles i have had they are amazing! They listen and take on all my concerns easily and confidently! I went from someone who was bummed about previously being told I would never be a candidate for contacts to now wearing them comfortably and successfully on a every day basis!!!! I travel from the Lake Shore just for my eye care and never think twice about it because of the amazing care my whole family gets from Dr Scott and Dr Stacy and all of their staff! My kids especially love Jeremy because he is always making them laugh and helping their step mom (me) stay as stylish as possible!

I am very happy as a patient at Ecenbargers for over 4 years now. Jeremy is the best, always going above and beyond to help. I was running short of contacts, couldnt order more, and unable to get in for my eye exam to renew my prescription due to my work schedule. Jeremy was able to find a few to give me to get me by so I wouldnt be without a backup pair should something happen before my appt. What a relief that was! He also helped my husband out when we were quarantining due to COVID and they werent seeing patients. You can trust that Jeremy and Ecenbarger Eye Care will do what they can to give you the best care/service possible!

The doctors and staff are great, friendly, kind and caring, exams are always thorough. Glasses are made using the latest technology. You cant go wrong with Ecenbarger. Explained my eye issues such that it was very easy to understand. They even straightened my bent frames.

I have been a patient for 3 years! Wonderful staff! They go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy and well taken care of. I was told years ago I would never be able to wear contacts again because of the damage that was done from my own lack of care. When I switched to ecenbarger they informed me when a new brand came out that would work for me without any damage to my eyes! Not to mention they go into detail about the health of your eyes! I highly recommend!

Ive been going to Eccenbarger for around eight years now. I feel very welcomed there by both the staff and Doctors; Jeremy is awesome help when choosing frames, too. Doctor Scott is thorough and attentive, and they dont overbook so the waiting time is minimal.

I have Type 1 diabetes. Doctor Staci keeps a very close watch of my eyes. She always explains things clearly to me and is so very patient. I trust her 100%. Her staff is also very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Ecenbarger eye care.

They write their prescriptions out in a format that isnt accepted in most other optical places. Which is done ONLY because they want to make it more difficult for you to purchase elsewhere and force you to stay there to purchase glasses. I didnt realize this until i brought my daughters RX to another place to get it filled since i was shopping around for a better price. I know nothing about glasses prescriptions so how was i supposed to know it was different? At LEAST tell me that its different and it needs to be re-written if i am taking it elsewhere.I think this tactic is EXTREMELY deceitful and un-ethical. BEWARE
