Loved this place everything was great just waiting on my glasses now

Great staff. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. I worked with Balder-marrow and he was exceptional. The manager, Leticia, greeted me first with a very warm hello! I never knew buying contacts could be so easy and painless. I would definitely recommend anyone to get an eye appointment at this place!

Very poor customer service, after 10 yrs going there for my eye care needs. Im done.

Customer service at this branch is terrible.Got my appointment cancelled because I was 5 min late. I called ahead to let them know that I would be a few min late and was told that would be fine. I get to the office for my appointment and find out the doc had left for the day just a couple of minutes before I pulled in! No apologies from the staff or anything, except for a do you want to reschedule. I told them I would be taking my business elsewhere.Edit:The response given below has yet to happen.I ended up going to Americas Best and had a much better experience. Definitely wont be visiting RX again.

The Customer service at this branch horrible I mean horrible.. had appointment at 420.. no one greeted me or asked have I been help.. been there 10 mins before my appointment.. walked around still.. no one bother asked me if I been help.. a customer left and all the workers were in the back talking so I walked out.. NEVER AGAIN ILL COME BACK TO THIS BRANCH!!!
