Never coffee there in the morning very frustrating

One of the few gas station that wont let you mute the excessively loud advertising on the screen at the pump. You lost my business. There are other choices.

Bought some stuff got my car in the shop so I figured I’d try the bus. Needed 75 cent back In quarters for change and she flat out refused me. Got change but she only gave me one quarter. 🤣

I know in the time we are living in it’s hard to babysit adults on what they should and shouldn’t be doing but for the safety of others and yourself please enforce mask requirements. Other than that service is great!

Very clean & excellent, friendly customer service. Well managed, very busy gas station. Munchies, prepackaged sandwiches, candy & assorted beverages. There is also a SUBWAY shop inside.

The customer service on 3rd shift is horrible. One woman is very courteous. The other is very very rude. She wont even let people into the store as she is supposed to. One at a time between certain hours. There is a doorbell to ring in order to let people in to the store between 2am and 4am. She ignores it and is extremely rude. If you dont like the job....go elsewhere. Poor customer service.

On 12-17-19 the cashier Lisa was very rude and unprofessional by refusing to give me her managers contact info to make a formal complaint. I felt her actions were discriminative towards me and my family member when she refused a ciggerette sale to me do to my daughter not having an id., However I had mine and were for me.

No diesel fuel - this is a bummer because its conveniently located off i-131. I dont understand why not, plenty of pumps.Otherwise, its pretty much like everyone other Johnnys Shell. There is a Subway if you need food

Lets shut down at noon on a Friday, but still accept online orders for Subway! So people waste their lunch hour driving here and dont get anything! - The Geniuses at this Shell

Do not buy food in food case there are too many fruit flies in there food case. Nibbling on donuts and Subway...YUK. To update you on Shells many days you may pull up and the pumps dont work or they are constantly out of gas periodically. Based on those facts it would be great if another gas station business was across the street.

This is one of the cleaner Shell stations Ive been to and has the added convenience of having a Subway sandwich shop inside. This place keeps pretty busy though. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait, both at the stations shop as well as for a sandwich.

Good store selection, clean interior, and pumps that arent slow. One star off because the personnel service wasnt exceptional, just acceptable.

Ive been getting gas here for about a month. I have not been inside yet. I am pleased with the pay at pump function. It works well and i have always gotten a receipt printed. No need to go inside because of lack of receipt printing at the pump. Its a super easy location to enter and exit snd super convenient. Gas prices are ususlly very competitive. I use Shell Fuel Rewards along with Gas Buddy card for great savings.

Nice clean Shell, plenty of fuel lanes with lots of space. Theres a Car wash and a Subway. Location is sometimes hard to enter/exit due to heavy traffic from intersection

This is probably the cleanest gas station in Grand Rapids. Well stocked, fast and friendly service. Love going here.

I stop there almost everyday. They have a good selection and great people. It is also very clean.

Three times Ive had issues using my card at the pump and had to go inside. Was told something was wrong with their card service but yet others were using their cards. Yes plenty of money in mine. Also twice been approached by people wanting money. Thats a little creepy concerning things youve heard happening.

I was at your shell station last week Tuesday morning around 645am and I parked and went to subway. As I was waiting in line a man came to me and said I was parked in a handicapped spot. Well I’d like you to know I have a handicapped familyMember and your sign and lines by law must be blue of which your lines are white and so is the sign. I am saying this because at that time of the morning you cannot see the white sign since the shelve behind it is also white and your lines for the handicapped parking are also white. You might want to consider changing them and making them BLUE as the law states.

Never had a problem with either sides of the store. Great customer service and wonderful food.

Car wash automatic register is broken and doesnt accept credit cards, but theres no sign indicating that its broken. No wonder I sat in line for 20 minutes, other customers were probably having the same problem. Attendant working at the station didnt want to help when I called, said someone must have taken the sign down that indicates the machine is broke. Really?? And if you want to pay cash, better have exact change. Machine doesnt accept 20s. Worst carwash experience ever. Never going back again.

Been goin here for 4 years now. Was amazing about a year ago.. Now, Horrible..chip on my card never works so i have to do the swipe, and apparently the chip is the only way my card will work there NOW for some reason.. But if I go another random time, itll work or the worker will type my card number to pay, but In the morning the two ladies there are completely no help and obviously under qaulified to be a cashier.. it was 5:50am when i was there getting my coffee and normal stuff for my long day at work ahead.. But instead my donuts, coffee, and cigarettes had to stay on the counter and go to waste just cause my chip wouldnt work cause its wore out.. But plenty of money on my card to by the goods I had. Nothin they could do.. Lazy, Horrible service.
