This was my first time at a coin shop. I read a lot but still had questions about coin collecting and he was helpful. I decided to buy a 2021 silver Eagle. When I got home I found out he gave me an excellent price. Will come back !

This guy was acting like I stole a bunch of coins. They were my mothers collection and i just wanted to know what i had. She passed away from cancer.... He made me feel unwelcome, and I got serious creepy vibes off him. I walked away feeling guilty, and unsatisfied. His people skills are in need of improvement. I thought I was going to a professional. Instead I went to someone who acted like they had no time for my question and everything I asked about should have been plain as day for an average person to know. Save yourself the embarrassment of going to this guy for anything. Hes not a people person.

Would never do business with this company. Very rude, and wouldnt give me a price on Silver... pretty question. I understand the silver and gold business, and trust me... stay away from this guy.

My first and second purchase was a great experience. The owner was very patient with all my questions. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Went in there yesterday, spent several hundred dollars against my better judgement because the guy was very rude. Went back today thinking maybe he was having a bad day...give him the benefit of the doubt...to spend a couple hundred more and I just couldnt do it. I would rather go somewhere else and spend even a few dollars more that to be treated any ol way. The man has absolutely no customer service skills. I am utterly amazed he has been in business as long as he has with his personal skills, because they SUCK!! I will not be spending my money there anymore, I regret giving him my money yesterday.

Over the years I would think this man would become more personable, with thee understanding that profit can be affected by an owners demeanor. Perhaps profit is not at the top of this owners list. Very hard man that would have done better throughout the years if he would have just been a little more pleasant.

Such a cool store. I only go to the coin half of the store. The owner Al is an honest man, with fair prices. This shop has better deals than eBay. Even if you know nothing about coins or bullion, youll still get a fair deal.
