After my car’s bumper panel had come off, Valley Auto Body secured the panel to my car and gave me an estimate for repairs. But then I choose to return to a local dealership, where I’d previously had work done, to have the repairs completed. When that dealership didn’t fix the problem adequately, and the bumper panel again snapped while driving on the highway a few weeks later, I returned to Valley Auto Body for the second time. At that time, I paid $753.34 to get everything fixed by Valley.A few weeks after that, I was driving on the highway and the bumper panel snapped again, began to drag on the ground, and damaged both quarter panels. By the next morning, the panel had come off completely. I returned to Valley Auto Body for the third time, believing that panel had not been fixed correctly on my previous visit to the shop. I met with an estimator and explained what had happened. The estimator said no, that this couldn’t have happened, that I’d run into something. When I denied that I’d run into anything, he said then I’d probably hit a curb. I told him no, that hadn’t happened either. The estimator continued to argue and I told him I wasn’t there to argue and asked him to remove the part that was dragging. Then I went in and spoke to a nice woman at the desk and requested a copy of the work Valley had previously done on my car. I explained to the woman that the estimator had been quite rude with me and had basically accused me of lying to him. The woman said that there was no supervisor available to speak with, as the body shop supervisor was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for a week. However, she said she’d let a supervisor know about my issue. After leaving Valley that day, I waited to hear back from someone. After three days of not hearing from anyone, I called Valley back and spoke to a supervisor who said that the body shop manager was still out, but that the supervisor I was speaking with would get the estimator, the woman from the front desk, and the body shop manager together to discuss what had happened, and that they would get back to me.It’s now been more than two weeks and I haven’t heard anything from Valley and my car is still not fixed.I feel the initial work done by Valley was faulty, and that there may be bigger structural issues,, or maybe the manufacturer parts were substituted by a generic brand, as two different shops had been unable to adequately fix my car.I’m very disappointed with the attitude of the estimator and lack of professionalism at Valley Body Shop. At the very least, Valley could have communicated with me to let me know that they couldn’t or wouldn’t fix the issue.

Dear Valley Auto Body, Thank you for the great work you did replacing the antenna assembly on my Toyota Tacoma. Unfortunately, the girl at the car wash broke it when attempting to unscrew it. I took my truck to two independent repair shops; one shop said they couldn’t fix it; the second one ordered an after- market antenna assembly, but after it hadn’t arrived in seven days, called to find out the parts place was unable to locate one.Next I went to Toyota; they had my car for two hours and then called to say that they too, were unable to complete a repair and recommended you.You got the job done quickly; your shuttle service was excellent, and I was happily surprised to find my truck cleaned inside and out and looking like new. And the price was about half of what the Toyota dealership had quoted. Thank you for your great service and knowledgeable staff. Sincerely, Linda Prier, Yakima

The folks at Valley Auto Body helped shepherd me through the sometimes bewildering process of getting my rear-ended Toyota Prius repaired. They dealt with the insurance company after my initial claim, they repaired it to new condition, and they kept in touch with me throughout the process. Great service...always with a smile. Five stars!
