They ordered parts ahead of time, and only had my car three days to install them. The repairs look great, and the guys at Northwest were friendly and informative. Id definitely go back to this shop if I ever need body work again.

My family has had a few of our vehicles worked on here. They do a wonderful, high quality job every time. This time, i told them i am moving and waiting for my vehicle to be done. They surprised me and got it done about a week and a half early for me! I am thrilled! They are kind, honest people. Working with my insurance wasnt the easiest either but they handled it all well!

I was happy with the work that was done, one small thing that happened was they did not install new fender trim clips before they gave back my truck so I had to return the vehicle for this to be done. I will use them again if needed and I would recommend them to others.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Pick up my car a few days ago, and had a few issues and/or questions. Went back and they took care of all my issues and went above and beyond what I expected of them. I have taken my cars to them at least three times and have had great results. They stand by their work and will work with you on any issues you have. Greatly appreciated the customer service. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs repairs, etc.

My SUV was in an accident. Insurance company recommended Northwest. They did a great job on my vehicle. Very pleasant staff to work with. Again very pleased with their job. I would recommend them to others.

I highly recommend this place. There were a couple hiccups when I went to pick up my car after they repaired it, but they made sure that everything was taken care of. They made sure my car was as good as it was before it was hit.The work they did is absolutely amazing.Also, they are all VERY kind. 😊

This post is a little over due. I went into NW auto body 9 months ago to see if they could get an erosion type spot out of my car or basically having to repaint half the car. Long story short the owner Craig McBride got couple of buffers and magically after 45 minutes of work it was basically gone. They charged me a whopping zero, nada, nothing. You just dont see this kindness anymore. Thanks again !!

Excellent job couldnt tell what side the dent was actually on after they did it perfect match as for recent comments I read Saul Diaz and his nearly full page comment that should be removed,it is not applicable nor does it reflect the actual work the excellent work they strive for.I would highly recommend them.

They have had my car since March and even though they have had some set backs they have told us what they have known they are a great place to get your car fixed of it can be fixed they work hard give you updates when you call are very nice and do there best to make you a happy customer I would recommend them to anyone who would like there car to be done

Used northwest autobody two times in the last few years. Both times had great service and repairs were done correctly and on time. Would recommend.

I stopped to get an estimate on my car and the guy at Northwest Auto Body acted like I was an inconvenience. He didnt even take the time to give an appropriate estimate. He just said I needed two new bumbers and it would be $1500 or more. I went to another body shop in town and they were very welcoming and are willing to work with me to come up with a solution that wont cost $1500. Too bad Northwest Auto Body didnt take the time to get a new customer. All they ended up with is a bad review. Customer service is everything. Had Northwest given me the time of day, I would have spent the $1500. Just a side note: the other body shop has all 5☆ reviews.

Great experience here. They were helpful and communicated well. They were wonderful working with our insurance company.

This car wash is a joke. As to the one in terrace heights where my damage was done. I pulled in put a 20 dollar bill in thing ate my change. So was like watever. Next pull in noticed the machine clearly wasnt trowing alot of water and just started brushing my escalade with dirt all over. When finished i got off for damages as how i always do to check when goin in a automatic car wash. There they were scratches all over. Dirtt in certain spaces. Called the number on door never answered left voicemails. No call returned. No one to get hold of. Till 3 days later they finally answered. Sent me videos of certain angles of my truck being washed. Of course i had pics and a video to prove too. They never even called me nor talked in person just kept texting me. Unprofessional told me to take it to one of there body shops where they have an account. So took it down to them. Northwest auto body shop on fruitvale. Clearly as i tought dude right away started telling me nothing happened to the grill blah blah as i was showing him those marks looked alike to the ones on my paint. Tried showing him pics he didnt even wanna look at my phone kept saying pics dont speak. Told me to wait for when sun would come out and come back with my truck washed haha? Really? It could been easy for him to call the car wash owner and ask what do we do next. They could of washed it too and checked it there selves. This guys are just crooks. Working and agreeing to each other. I told the body shop guy ill just file a lawsuit on the car wash wich was weird got offended. And told me over a 100 buff job your gonna do that? If your goin that way you have no reason to come back. I cashed out my escalade close to 30k not even 2 months ago... know with what i paid for it i would be taking good care of it and this ends up happening.

Great service friendly staff, not in too much of a hurry to help, personal service with a staff that really cares about your situation!
