When I arrived, the staff was super courteous & helpful. They looked at our car, fixed it under the warranty, and fixed a recall that had just been sent out for it so we didnt have to make two trips. I really appreciate their kindness, & friendliness.

Although extra services were offered they did not try to high pressure me to buy them when I declined them. I am super happy with the car I found . I just bought a 2017 Ford Focus from this lot.It is very clean and practically new with lots miles. Darin, the salesman is fantastic. He got me a lower price than what they were asking. He is very kind, professional, has a sense of humor and easy to talk to. Darin walked me through all the gadgets on and buttons on the car, making sure I knew how to work them before driving off. He spent a lot if time with me to make sure everything was done properly. Elton, the finance person is down to earth as well and professional. Everyone is clean cut and nice. The cars look clean and taken care of on the lot.
I would like to share the service they gave me today was excellent. For being a woman I was treated well. I made my appointment at 8:15 a.m. online when I got there for my appointment they explained to me what they were going to be doing to my car. Then they explain to me what the problem was with my brakes and the cost. And asked me if I wanted to wait and have them done. I said yes they had me out of there by 1140am. I take my truck here for service and recently brought a car that was not running in for them to diagnose. They have been completely professional and demonstrate exceptional communication skills as they keep me informed about what is needed for my vehicles.
Was able to test drive five different models/trim levels within minutes of each other to determine which we one wanted. Sales personnel were helpful without smothering us. Only problem we had was with Hyundai Finance as they accept solely Equifax...we have perfect credit but they wound not unlock ours without written forms being submitted. We finally worked it out but it took a couple of days....Hyundai Finance could have handled it much better....if it wasnt 0% for 60 months I would have just paid cash and been done with it. The dealership helped immensely in getting it worked out.

Carey motors is a solid option for your automotive needs. My dealings have been for service on vehicles that were company owned. Service staff is friendly and straightforward on what they think needs to be done. In my dealings, it seems that every recommendation has been correct. Its a dealership, so you are obviously going to pay a premium rate for any non-warranty work that you have done. In my several dealings here, prices have been expensive but they generally do a good job. They did miss one of the items that I brought a car in for, but got it right in to fix it later when I noticed that it was missed. As far as dealerships go, its a good option for Lincoln and Hyundai in Yakima!Update July 2017: I had to increase my rating of these guys based on the service manager, Randy. Randy gave me some great advice and was one of the most helpful parts people that Ive come across. Parts via the Ford dealer are always more expensive, but the expertise that comes with it invaluable. A big thanks to the parts department!

I was very particular on what vehicle I wanted to purchase. Carey Motors had the EXACT vehicle that I wanted and they treated my husband and I amazing! They checked out my Hyundai which is under warranty. Turns out 10 year 100k warranty only covers inside of engine and transmission. They charged me 93$ for a new radiator cap. Nice enough people but not good business. I will never buy a Hyundai in Yakima again!

Not good. Paid for items from parts department but they failed to give them to us before we paid and was almost about to leave without what we paid for. Only gave us one of the codes needed when they has both codes on the same screen as the one they gave us. Delayed our use of the vehicle more than 24 hours.

With less than 25 miles after servicing my Mercedes Benz the car locked up in first gear on what the service department indicated as a coincidence. This car has only 64,000 miles on it. I am suspicious of their claim based on information on the internet regarding what they say the problem was for this car. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALER AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. Everyone was courteous but I simply do not trust a company that will not take responsibility for their work. My lesson for which I paid an additional $1,000.

Spent weeks contacting deferent dealerships and test driving different cars after having my car totaled in an accident. Was looking up around the Seattle area and wasnt finding what I wanted. Then looked at one I found on Carey Motors website. Was referred to Bob Olsen by my uncle and spoke with him over the phone. Great communication and no pressure (unlike quite a few of the dealerships I spoke with). Headed down to Yakima and bought a used Edge at a great price. Their financing department did a great job getting me where I wanted to be payment wise and everything went very smooth.Cannot recommend these guys enough.
Car had a bad battery, called service and was told to bring in right in. Service was very prompt. They did the required testing, and replace the battery, under warranty. Very pleased.
