I am a college student who just got his first car loan and had very little credit. I found this 2016 Subaru Legacy that I really liked and there were a couple things here and there, such as a stained interior in the backseat, a couple dings and the bumper was scuffed up as well as popping out as it edged towards the fender. I pointed these things out and they weren’t aware of the stain, and as for the damage was told they’d certainly have the body shop look at it for me. I brought it in to have the bumper and dings tended to, only to have a little ding taken out which I appreciated but the bumper was not fixed. After reaching out again, I received no text back and when I came to pick up my plates the person who sold me the car told me that the body shop said it wasn’t there before and that I was the one who messed up the bumper. Not only was that false and incorrect, but that was never explained to me when I had brought it in. So now I have a $16,000+ that has body damage that wasn’t fixed from the point I got it off the lot. The car wasn’t clean on the lot for a test drive, and was listed over priced based off of multiple value-sources. I didn’t mind the price as long as the damage was tended to, and now it’s basically been pawned off on me and become my problem in which I have with zero help. It’s made me wish I hadn’t come that day and I certainly hope another young college kid doesn’t come in and get the same treatment I did.

Great experience purchasing a Colorado truck from this dealership. Found them online and drove four hours from central Oregon for an excellent condition and great priced truck. AJ helped line everything up for me and even sent a ride to pick me up at the rent a car dealer after arriving in Washington for my truck. Very helpful and friendly staff I fully recommend this dealer.

Then I had Brian add some aftermarket parts to my Colorado and I worked with Jose, I believe he is the service manager, not really sure but great guy! I have always been pleased with the service. The front counter has been helpful, quick with answers, and always polite. My last experience was the only problem that I have encountered. i had to bring in my truck for reduced power and they got right on it. Part was two weeks out but they explained why and was completely understandable. While it was fixed, they found a sensor that was broke. They explained that they ordered and would be few more days- not a problem even with having to tap new hole for broken part(new one was broke when installing and had to reorder). They were upfront and friendly. Two days later the engine light came on on the service department got me right in and addressed issue. Then comes my only concern. The service department accused the issue of sheered bolts on a previous mechanic or my self backing out bolts. I was shocked and stated that their department is the only one who have ever touched my truck other than ADA- hand controls and lift for wheel chair.I was made to feel that would not be covered on a Friday, but truck was done on Monday with no further mention of Fridays incident. It seems to be fine as of today.

I recently purchased a vehicle is harvest for the first time and worked with Angel and it was the most pleasant experience we have ever had at a car dealership. I can not say enough good things, I am beyond impressed with their customer service. I was in a bind with my old car, it quit running and I still owed on the loan, harvest took it off our hands and got us into something better with a reasonable payment exactly like I wanted. The car had a few minor blemishes that I could care less about and without me even asking those little things will be fixed, the communication was stellar. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I dealt with Alejandro Juarez from start to finish. I was looking for a particular truck. AJ kept me informed about the 2 in stock (cert. used). After the 1st sold and then the 2nd it may have been over. But as soon as he found out the 2nd sale fell through he called and from that point we worked out my deal. AJ made this happen with timely responses and info. He had me in mind and was able to make the deal because of his hard work and I appreciate his efforts. Originally booked online. When I went in at the appointment time, on the appointment day, they didnt even know who I was. I set another appointment with them for the following week. Took the car in at the date/time. Came to pick it up the next day only to be told theyd need more time and scheduled it for the following week - nothing was done. Finally on the third time...the three recalls were rectified as well as the original issue: Charging system needed service/light. Very poor...very.

Went to Harvest for a minor repair on my Chevy. Was quoted a price but when I went to pick it up, it was much more than the quote. I reached out to Harvest and after speaking with the service manager, he said he had a meeting with his staff and was going to refund all our money. That was very nice. However, when our refund came through, it was only a portion. I should have clarified the amount that would be refunded when he called but at least its fixed. This left me a little frustrated so Im not sure if I would ever go back there again.

I took my car in. A 2015 Chevy Sonic LT Turbo. Bought it brand new from Harvey Chevrolet. I had a few small dents. They appraised it at 500 dollars with 57,000 miles Im the only owner. They tried to get me in to two cars when I asked for a truck or SUV. The only truck they could finance me for was 600 dollars a month.So, I went somewhere else, and they gave me 12 times the amount of the measley 500 dollars. And got me on to something nice for my family. Harvest really tries to screw their customers. Then theyre all religious.Figures. Wash away your sins on Sunday, screw your customers over during the week.

From the start, Josh Cook, the individual who I first spoke to, was helpful. The vehicle I originally called about, wasnt going to fit what I needed, so he searched for one that would. He found it and was able to get me even a better deal on that truck, a brand new 2020, then the one I originally called on. He wasnt pushy, but was very helpful and put his time in to making sure he found the vehicle I wanted, down to even finding it for me with a few color options. He then personally delivered it to me, over 100 miles from the dealership. The sales manager did a great job explaining the various additional options like warranty to me and getting me a good package at a discounted price. Never any pressure, just helpful.

Started our long trailer trip from West side last night in our 2019 GMC Denali rowing trailer. Sprung a leak towing near Yakima. Worried we slept overnight and were welcomed with a warm friendly smile by Anthony. They were very busy but quickly put our truck up to find a quick little repair and we were hitched up and now back on the road. Very clean and friendly operation. Service center personnel great! New Chevrolet HD 3500 truck not so great yet. I have had 5 Ford F350 before this truck. The infocenter touch screen stopped working at 4000 miles. At 3500 miles an oil leak developed. Took it in for its 1st service and scheduled the infocenter an oil leak to be inspected. Oil leak was crank shaft seal and is scheduled for repair. Was told they did an update on radio/info center and the screen was now working. Picked up truck and tried infocenter touch screen and it did not work. No diagnostics done since they said it worked after update. We will see what happens with cranks seal and infocenter on return visit. Hard to recommend a Chevrolet truck when I have two major issues before 5000 miles.

They dont believe in customer service..Made an appointment they lost it. Do not get the so call bumper to bumper warranty,they told me would cover any issues with the all i had todo is pay 50. Go to use n found out it doesnt cover my issue..They are nice nice to you once you buy a car they dont care about you..Dont give them the time..This example is one of many issues I have with them.

Best experience ever buying a car!! My daughter needed a new car and Angel was awesome helped her through the process. She went in buy herself and Angel never tried to push her to purchase the car, I went with her on the weekend and was absolutely great! I must say Jared helped so much, they both teamed up and helped us get the payment, interest and down payment that we were wanting to get, never pushed anything and never said they couldn’t help us. Jared said “let me go see what I can do”, came back and said “i got you something even better”. I have been going there for oil changes but I recently went in for repairs for my 2015 Chevy Camaro and it was the worst experience of my life. I took it in and was told the reason my car was running the way it was, was because 2 fuel injectors were no good. They said they could fix it within 2 days. The car was already there and I was already 600.00 plus in. So I decided to just get it fixed at $1,400.00 and change. I then get a call that said, well that didnt fix the problem it is still no idling and still wants to shut off but we dont know why. They proceeded to tell me that they would need to tear into the engine because the leaking fuel could have done some damaged. When i questioned that this car has less than 75,000 miles and I have been the sole owner of it. How can this just break down without even a check engine light ever going off. They said yeah that isnt unusual. If there is enough damage, you might need a brand new engine. I was beyond shocked. I said no, do not proceed with anymore. My husband went and picked it up paid the cost and took the car home. He worked on it himself and found that the problem was none other than a broken valve spring which was letting in air and that was the reason my car wasnt idling. It was a $6 part. When I called Barry the manager he proceeded to tell me that they would have found that had we let them tear into it. When we picked up the car it was running the exact same way it was running when we dropped it off. I am suppose to believe them that the 2 fuel injectors were the problem?? No, these people are highway robbery!!! Stay away from them.

I brought my Tahoe in on Feb 24th. Tony J. said the part would be 3 days to a week to get and they would call me. I called for over 3 weeks trying to see if the part came in. all I got was the run around and excuses why I wasnt receiving a call back. I just wanted to see if the part came in. I finally went through the parts department and skipped the service department. They said it was in so I made my appointment and got it fixed. The service department needs better communication with clients.

Update: Harvest Chevrolet reached out to me to make things right by detailing my car. It was a nice gesture to help remedy the issues. However I declined. Ultimately this is the car my wife drives my family around in, and I had already detailed it out before she started shutting folks around. I also discovered that one of the air hoses to my air box had been left unhooked. Who knows how long before that would have caused another Check Engine Light.Advisor: Jose RodTech: JasonBMy Chevy Volt showed service high voltage charging system on the dash. I pulled the codes and saw that it was low on coolant and needed to be topped off. I picked up some AC Delco coolant specific for my Volts cooling system and filled it up to the new current service bulletin level. But this particular code could only be cleared by the dealer. Harvest Chevy was able to get me in 2 days later. The quote was for 563.05 to flush the coolant systems for both the high voltage battery and the gas engine. Each system took 35.42 worth of coolant. The labor to flush the engine was 144.53 and to flush the high voltage side was 164.58. And 139.95 as a base fee to clear the check engine light. So that is 449.06 in labor, 70.84 for coolant, and 43.15 for tax.I was quoted an additional 500.00 to change my cabin air filter and add an additive to my gas tank due to carbon build up on my intake manifold. However under my inspection the intake manifold is clean. My volt has 58,380 miles on it. The vast majority are all driven locally on the battery. I drive my Suburban for all long hauls and adventures.I was called Tuesday at 2 pm informing me my volt was ready to pick up. I asked for my Volt to be plugged in to verify it would charge (I brought it in because it would not charge). The service department employee told me my car was charging as we spoke and would be ready to go when I come pick it up.Upon picking my Chevy Volt up it seemed to be an inconvenience for them to pull my information and provide me information as to what was done to my car. The invoice also states there was a service to the transmission, but nothing was done to the transmission. I paid the 563.05 and the service department employee went to get my car. This is where I find the major flaws.1. No charge on my Volts battery.2. Dirty foot prints on my passenger side mud mat.3. Dirty black nitrate gloves left on my passenger seat.4. A clean intake, intake manifold, and throttle body5. Drops of antifreeze all over the coolant reservoir.I have always maintained my vehicles. Some things on the Volt are an exception due to the modern computer systems (like this check engine light for the coolant). I change my cabin air filters every 6 months for my chronic allergies. My engine air filters are changed once a year due to how dusty it is here on my gravel road in Yakima. My oil is changed 2 times a year with Mobile 1 full synthetic. My transmission oil is changed once a year. I always run Premium Chevron gas in both my Volt and Suburban.I will be avoiding Harvest Chevrolet in the future. The issues listed above are basic things. If you say your charging a mans vehicle, hold up to your word and charge the vehicle. If the charging was not truthful, how can I trust the coolant was actually changed (and not just topped off and the CEL cleared)? What tech would not make sure every vehicle they work in is clear of their tools and gloves?In the end we have to trust each other. I give you my word Ill pay you for honest services. You give me your word youll do the services. I held up to my end. Harvest did not.

Very disappointed. Bought a 14 F-150 late last year. A couple weeks later the truck stranded me luckily I was able to get it home on limp mode. I called Harvest about this problem but they tried to distance themselves of course. Now couple weeks ago I had to have the control arms replaced along with bearing and ball joints it was bad enough there were marks on the frame from the control arms hitting it.(Which is a safety concern)Harvest you need to inspect your trade-ins a little better...

Really happy with the service from Harvest Chevy. We found a used Chevy posted on Harvest Chevys website, and proceeded to work with Dominick on the purchase. Dominick was great to work with, he stated the car was in good clean condition and it definitely was, there was no confusion or misrepresentation during the sale. The majority of the transaction was done via email since we live a few hours away. I told Dominick I didnt want to spend more than 2 hours at the dealership, he had us in and out with the car in an hour and a half including the test drive. I really appreciated the lack of upsell pressure as well. Some dealerships have a sly underhanded feeling to them, that was definitely not the case with Harvest Chevy. From sales to finance, it felt like the motivation was to make a customer for life not just a sale. Definitely would recommend buying from Harvest and Dominick.

The price you charge for changing a Fuel Filter on a Diesel is over the top. Not sure what your shop rates are but for 15 minutes of work to charge $70 dollars is to much. The invoice I recieved is very confusing It looks like I got double billed for some items. The oil change is listed in 2 places.

The good- Sales experience with Josh was great. Advised us rather than tried to influence us, and listened to our wants and needs to find the right truck. Ended up with a new vehicle when buying new wasn’t even on our radar.. simply because of the quality of the deal compared to the used market.The bad- came in a few weeks after purchasing vehicle to have side steps and tonneau cover installed. Made an appointment for 10am and I WAS CLEAR that I was not dropping it off and was going to wait, as it is hard for me to get a ride. Despite this, once arriving they expected me to drop it off and I had to explain the situation. An hour and a half later (was quoted under an hour, but no big deal...at this point anyway) they came and got me to tell me it was finished.. except they didn’t install the steps and didn’t even know they were supposed to. They then had to go find my parts and get the truck back in to work on it a second time. This took two more hours of waiting. They also had added some miscellaneous $100 part charged to my bill, which was incorrect. Ultimately, I sat and waited for 3.5 hours and had to correct and direct multiple mistakes.Sales 5/5Service 2/5

I was recommended to work with Jared Holmes through a relative. At first he was great and made me feel like I was taken care of. Of course he was acting friendly, he was working for a commission. He ended up convincing me to add warranties (80% of the warranty is his commission?). I added about $4,000 in warranties. I left the dealership feeling played. I ended up returning to the dealership to refund those warranties. Maria helped and she was great. Jared noticed we were in and checked in. This is where the situation was the worst thing ever. He was being so passive aggressive towards why I was there to return the warranties. He said things like, I dont know if I respect your decision etc. He talked for what felt like forever. I just sat there while he was going off. He ended up leaving and patted my shoulder and said, good luck. I was shocked. Maria immediately apologized for his behavior and insured me I was taken care of. Every time I got asked about my car buying experience I did not recommend Jared. He was horrible and unprofessional. This was two years ago. I wish I wrote this sooner. I was aware of car salesman and prepared myself, but still dealt with Jared. In the future, I will be much more careful or take my business somewhere else. Sorry about your commission check, Jared.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Josh was great, no high pressure no fast talking just genuinely cared about making sure I got the right car that fight my family. The finicance guy Jared was equally great. He showed exactly what our payment was and the benefits of the extended warranties etc. Again no pressure at all! Finally there was an issue about what looked like some clear coat spray splashing on the car. I called Josh and he told me to take it to the detail shop. A guy came out and cleaned it up without hesitation. I didnt catch his name but he was a young taller guy, he was super nice and friend. Overall I would rate our experience with Harvest an 11 on a scale of 10. I will be in the market to buy a Truck soon and that will be the first place I stop. Thanks Again!!!!

When coming in for an oil change and replacement of front and rear marker lights, I was there for over 3 hours before anyone told me they would have to send my 2014 Silverado to another part of the dealership to get the rear fixture changed. Then over an hour later I was finally told that to replace the front marker lights they had to take the bumper off and put it back on. During all this time I was only talked to twice, once that I had to initiate. This is not good customer service at all.

Excellent service department, brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue and as busy as it was they were able to complete the necessary servicing that day and save me time without any hassles. Called and maid an appointment for a wheel alignment. Showed up on time was getting ready to head to the waiting room and was told “dropping it off yeah” umm No I’m going to wait. Was then told they wouldn’t be able to get to it till 1pm. The appointment was for 9:30am. Was then told the appointment was just to drop it off. I was not told over the phone when making the appointment any of the details just booked an appointment for a wheel alignment. I forgot what the name of the guy was but not even a simple sorry about not being told the appointment was just to drop it off. Waste of time, I could have maid plans to drop it off if I was told over the phone. Also another visit I had just detailed the truck and they sprayed the windshield washer fluid just so they could test the wipers and up sell me. The last one was not a big deal but things are starting to add up. 5 Riggs purchased at Harvest, not mad just disappointed.

They charged for a dignostic on my silverado even though i told them exactly what the problem was already. Mechanic said i couldnt tow my truck out til it was paid for when i sent it in with details on exactly what i needed changed out. Unfair

Harvest Honda has been amazing to deal with. We bought a new 2019 CRV along with the maintenance and oil change plan. The service crew has been nothing short of amazing. I am going to also need to brag on the detail shop. We took our CRV in for a routine oil change / tire rotation and check over. We decided to have the car detailed while it was in - It looked absolutely gorgeous. Thank you to the Harvest Service Dept and sales team. You guys have been amazing to work with. I highly recommend you give them a try!

Recently just bought my car from here and lemme say they some real ones down there. They take care of everything about you and the vehicle you trynna buy. Angel and Jared were such a huge help in the process Angel was super cool and gave me all the details about my vehicle and he was a very good help. Jared helped with the financial aspect of the process and got a payment plan that I was lookin for. Overall great experience and amazing atmosphere.

I am taking a picture of it and I am reporting it to the GM. Your dealer make me ashamed of having a 2021 Camaro. You should learn from the other Chevy dealers.

Service experience was excellent.* The only complaint that I have is that they are very uniformed on where the issue of when I disconnect my tailgate, why all of my cameras are disabled!? I just asked them if anything is being done by GM to fix this serious safety problem? They dont know. Can someone tell me if the engineers are working on a dummy plug to plug back into the socket where the plug has to be removed to use my pickup slide in camper? My whole navigation screen goes black when I use my turn signal. Something must be done to fix this problem, when will it be fixed? The other issue is when the plug is removed, there is nothing to cover up the socket from getting salt, mud and dirt into the socket!Come on GM, take care of the lack of insight into this continuing problem, and let me know what if anything is being done??? Should not be that hard, both Ford and Dodge have a fix for theirs!

Jeremy is the best!!! We had a great experience purchasing our 2020 Trax. Jeremy made us feel at home from the moment he approached us on the lot. He went out of his way to make sure we got the vehicle that we wanted, even finding us the color we wanted. I appreciated working with Josh through the sale process but was very disappointed with the financial department. I came very close to cancelling the sale over the pressure to purchase the extended warranty. I also was angered by (without my knowledge or permission) applications being made to financial institutions that I would not choose to do business with.Finding out by letter that the amount being loaned was less than their minimum so it was denied. It seems to me this should be information that the financial department should be aware of. I also took the time to go back to the dealership to address this issue and was told I would be contacted by the person responsible. No contact yet. It is highly unlikely that I will recommend your dealership to anyone else. Again the salesman(Josh) was the only reason I didnt cancel the eventual sale

Windshield Michael scratches on my brand new Chevrolet trax 2021all over it just right the sun was shine on it and you couldnt see out the windshieldDidnt buy the car from hereBut they took care of me better than I expected the last visit they got out all the scratches 99.99% just thought it was funny right there on the left side of the corner but its okay because that way I have one thing wrong with the car and everything else wont be so bad thats whatI believe I appreciate their helpThank you
