This is a family owned business. Father and son are the mechanics and run the shop. They are honest and hard working. Ive had Matt work on my car a few times and every time I see him he always has a smile on his face. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Had a bad experience at autometrics and was in the market for a good mechanic shop. We took it here to get a second opinion and replace a oil seal and found out its a common issue for our make/model and its a labor intensive job but the part is 10 bucks lol. Anyhow these wonderful people quoted us at 800 when we called EVERYONE IN YAKIMA and the average was around 1400. Well based on the car being perfectly fine other than a bad seal, that wouldnt do us any good fixing because it would happen again because its a design flaw, they not only refunded our money without us asking but even delivered it for free and still gave us some advice. Im so grateful I gave them this 5 star review. They also gave me a quote for undercoating spray for 100 bucks. Great deal. I will return if I ever need any help with a vehicle. polite staff, mechanic was a awesome dude. Yes this place asks for money up front, but it will cost you half as much as other shops. Just bought our family 👪 a new car. Went to a different shop before we went to BIC. We thought they were cool. Had a few mistakes that could have been avoided and my husband was very upset with them. Said we needed to find better shop. Stopped in to BIC remember seeing them on my way to work. They were very helpful!! Explained everything they did and what was going on. Then even brought Phobe home to us. Saved us alot of time and money! Would recommend them any day!! Thanks BIC

Was by a family friend. It was supposed to be hydrolic lifters then he waits a week never calls me to give me an update had to go down and he tells me its my camshaft and if it were up to him he would replace the motor..i ask what he would charge for labor he says between 1,500 and 1,800 and the used motor was only 1,200. Found the motor myself took it to another shop they put it in and I paid 900 toral..for my filter new fluids motor put iand the tow from bic automotive to the new place..fyi the shop i took it to said camshafts are almost impossible to break and they believe he broke it to have me pay formore labor and partd

Brian is very honest and a good mechanic. He has taken care of us for 20 years. He stands by his work. Brothers In Christ Automotive is a great Christian family business.

BIC is accommodating and reliable, I first went here when I realized I had a bad bearing before heading out of town. They were the only shop out of 5 that I called willing to get me in ASAP. 2 years later and I have been back twice for different issues. Im happy with their work!

Ive been seeing Brian for many years and he has been the best, most honest and hard working mechanic that has ever attended my car issues and has earned my trust and respect.The only problem is that people need to quit giving him a hard time as cars break down from natural wear and tear and he gives fair worry free warrantly.
