10 of 10 would not wish on my worst enemy. I broke down in the area in my Mercedes. Towed to this shop expecting professionalism and a certain level of service. I have been disappointed in every expectation. The first day, knowing I was stranded in this town, they said they could not even look at it that day. So I rented a car and drove home. Then commenced the 60 day journey in which they installed a new engine for 15,000, when we drove 8 hours to pick my car up from Portland to Yakima, despite the 15,000 and new engine, the check engine came on and a month later I still later don’t have my car and the portland dealership does not take accountability for anything. What a nightmare. Go anywhere else.

We have purchased 4 vehicles from Steve Hahns, 3 brand new KIA Souls and a used Ford Truck. The Sales Department and Finance Department are amazing. The Service Department on the other hand is a joke. I recent hit 7500 miles and needed to bring my Soul in for the 1st oil change. When we purchased the car, the salesman (Sam) walked me back to the service department and scheduled the 1st oil change. We travel back and forth to Idaho on the weekends and reached the 7500 miles before the scheduled appointment. I called the service department trying to reschedule and was told by Trent they no longer schedule oil changes, to just bring it in M-S 8-4:30. So yesterday I went in at approximately 11:30 and was told it would be a 1-2 wait before they even could start the oil change. I then asked when a slow time was, Tyler informed me that if I brought it in at 7:30am today they could have it done for me by my lunch hour. His co-worker Curtis thought it would be funny to say that Tyler was going to off. I quickly let him know that I wasnt finding any humor in his comment. Tyler said that someone would be able to give me a ride. I needed to be to work by 8:00am. I arrived approximately 7:35, it took him at least 20minutes to check me in and then informed me, that it would be at least another 7min for someone to give me a ride. Which ended up being a UBER driver. I was 1/2 late to work. This entire experience has been horrible. I would rather be beat then have to deal with the Service Dept. I cannot believe the inconvenience that we went through just to get an oil change. If it wasnt for the warranty we would take it elsewhere!!

Youve been bringing our Volkswagen cars to Steve Hahn 4 years. I cant speak to any of the other poor reviews but Ive always had Stellar service here. The price is almost always going to be more than at an independent shop, but they definitely do things the right way here. The service guys have always been straightforward and I havent received bad advice yet! If youre looking to get your vehicle serviced and they do it here, I would highly recommend it! They also do great stuff like hosting Toys for Tots. Its great to see a local company that also gives back to the community!

My Mercedes Revel sprinter van’s dash board display all of a sudden stopped working while traveling across the state. I called several Washington dealers and not only did they have a service department that cared about my situation and made the effort to help me get the issue resolved, they made every effort to make a difficult situation less stressful. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and even let me hang out with my huge dog in their very nice waiting area. Thank you. Wish my local dealer cared as much. They never called me back...

There are two Benz dealerships in the area. This dealership is a real, honest, quality dealership. The other (not this one) can be referred to as a stealership. This dealership has outrageously friendly, honest, and competent service, parts, and (gasp) sales staff. The salespeople here are totally no pressure, and I send my friends and family here ONLY to purchase a quality Benz. The service department is amazing - no inflated 🐂 or fake repairs - oh no. Not like what I have experienced every single time in Kennewick. No my friend, this dealership will remember your name, provide you high quality, friendly service.

Bought a 2005 Ford Taurus. When we were leaving the lot, the check engine light came on. We returned immediately and informed our salesman, Bill. He advised us that since it was a holiday, we’d have to return on the 8th of September. After Bill checked with the sales manager, he said they would fix the problem. I received a call the morning of the 8th, saying the service team knew of the problem, and that the car would be fine. So they weren’t going to fix it. So I guess they have a way to turn off the check engine light, until you buy it. They knew of the problem, hid it, then sold the vehicle. Very shady!! I would never buy another vehicle there.

The worst purchasing experience imaginable. Every dealing with them since, has been equally abysmal. Upon a purchase of a brand new Mercedes, that took over 4 hours despite doing all the pre approval paperwork before hand, we received an unwashed car with an empty gas tank. No ‘Mercedes send off’.A scuffed rim from one of the 10k mile check ups resulted in no answers, never got a call back.Took it in for a check engine light. Never got an update or time frame. Passed around the phone tree several times only to end up in a voicemail box or hung up on.Every time we have an experience with them we think it’s the worst one. Then they top it with the next one being even worse.

We have been looking for a specific car for over 3 months. We found it at Steve Hahn which was 600 miles away. We sent a request for information and Mannie Garcia responded with video within an hour. We drove the 600 miles, and he had us test drive the car & out with financing under an hour. It’s the little things like greeting us & having the car ready to go that will keep us coming back. Took my 06 ML500 in to figure out why my low beam didnt work and other light problems . After made a appointment with the service department, they got on it. Fixed the problem in decent time and didnt cost a arm and leg. Many a thanks to the shop. I definitely will use their services! 👍

Steve Hahn Audi made buying a car easy. They searched and found the exact car that I was looking for which University Audi said did not exist. University Audi said my only option was to order the A3 from Germany. So I drove from Seattle to Yakima, got an excellent trade in for my vehicle and got a very fair price for my new Audi!

I loved my experience here! Michael was our sales associate and he was friendly and very helpful! He always greets me when I come in and asks if there’s any problems with the car or pretty much how my life is going. And has conversations with me while I wait for my car to get serviced. They got us a good deal and interest for being our first time buying. They also washed the car and filled the tank! And hooked us up with good insurance, which has been the lowest I’ve ever paid on a new car. Since it was pre owned the back tires were a little worn out and they said they would replace them. So I went in to the service center for a replacement and I wasn’t very pleased there the gentleman had me leave my car all day there and didn’t do anything because it was on the contract for two new tires, he didn’t bother to call me and let me know so I can fix the issue so I went to talk to Michael and he went to the person who financed us and he signed it and I got my new tires. Allen at Steve Hahn was also helpful with the paperwork he would wait for me to get off work to fill out any missing paperwork even drove to my house in Toppenish to have me sign papers. Overall I definitely recommend this place and hope to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Took my Optima in for a couple of recalls, the service was great, they told me it was going to take a couple hours to do, I left my car and they gave me complimentary rides while it got done which was great, got a call when they were done and they picked me up where I was at and gave my car to me washed and vacuumed, everything it needed was done, definitely greatest service experiences I’ve had!

Absolutely horrible experience. False promises, dis-honest sales staff and terrible to get ahold of. I sat on hold trying to contact them serveral times totalling over an hour and was still not able to reach who I was told to speak to. Sales staff spoke poorly of the finance department and the finance manager spoke poorly of the sales staff. Not professional and overall disappointed with my experience. To top it off, when I went back for a key they lost 1 of the keys to my car which I have to come back to get.

I bought a new VW from Steve Hahn a couple years ago but never gave the price much thought. It was odd that they didnt show me the window sticker until after I have agreed to their offer. Later when I looked at the sticker I realized that they had charged me game show retail for the car and gave me about zero for my trade in. Had I seen the sticker before the transaction I would have been more prepared to negotiate. I have bought several cars there and probably have been screwed multiple times....never again.

This poor rating is due to the two Mercedes-Benz sales associates that we worked with back in May 2017. Once we started discussing financing and vehicle pricing, I was appalled by the sales associates comments when I asked how much their interest rates were. The sales associate told us I dont know that answer, because most of our clients pay cash for their vehicles. Who would say that to someone. Your loss, we went to Richland and bought a 2018 Audi Q5 instead. Your sales associates lost a $50k purchase for his insensitive remarks.

My wife took our VW in for a couple recall items. For some reason they changed the oil and tried to charge her. She pointed out they were supposed to only do the recall work. They did the right thing and did not charge for the oil change.Integrity not normally found at a dealership any more!!

The service department at Steve Hahn is absolutely terrible!!! I was treated with complete disrespect multiple times. The first time my car was serviced here I needed to get my a/c fixed. They made me order expensive parts and then did not use them on my car. I told them all the issues the a/c was having before it went out, it made a horribly loud screaming sound. They assured me that the a/c worked and would not make the noise even without the parts they were supposed to use.They saved me a little money by using other parts but now only 2 months later my a/c is making the same screaming noise. I made an appointment online for 9 am. All they had to do was see why the a/c was not working properly. I traveled from out of town to get my car serviced and was stuck in Yakima until it was finished. They told me the car would be done by 2 that afternoon. At a few minutes after 2 I went to check on my car. THEY HAD NOT EVEN STARTED ON IT!!!!!!! Once they got to my car the mechanic simply turned in the a/c for a minute and said that it worked and proceeded to argue with my about the issue. He made me feel like a complete idiot. After an hour of arguing they still will not fix THEIR mistake. The part making the noise was the one they were supposed to replace the first time. Before the appointment they told me if it had anything to do with that part they would fix it for free, as it was there mistake. After the appointment they refused to do so and insisted that he god awful noise was completely normal. If anyone heard this noise for a second they would know the person who said it was normal is full of it. I refuse to pay Steve Hahn VW another $800 to fix an issue that they neglect to take responsibility for. Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with Steve Hahn VW.

The car has had a couple of issues and hes gone above and beyond to get them fixed. Hes dealt with the warranty company and taken care of everything. I am not as thrilled as I was hoping to be, I really must have been spoiled by the dealership in Lynnwood. My car was always washed really well and vacuumed front and back, I left Mercedes-Benz in Yakima and there were still bugs on the window and all over the front and my back seat never got touched. Disappointing that the staff is not as friendly either.

So I got a 2011 c300 Mercedes Benz from there, I told my girl to call for a service b due and the guy tells her it cost 800-1500$!? What!! Is this guys gonna give me a new car? I seen online how much it is for a service b on my car and the range was 300-700 I actually like Steve hahn but why are they trying to scam me!? I would never do Business with Steve Hahn again. We bought a new used vehicle from them and in our sales contract it included a new set of tires. We live 85 miles from the dealership and had to make an appointment to return with the tires came in. We returned to have the tires installed and when I got home my wife pointed out that they had put three tires of one kind a a different tire of another kind not even a matching set of four new tires. I called they said they would order me a matching set and install them. I then had to drive back again and the tires were installed. I then called to make an appointment to get an oil change they said i dint need an appointment to come on in. I drove the 85 miles again only to have them tell me that i needed an appointment. I talked to the supervisor and he offered me a $10.00 off my next service. What I joke i had just spent $30,000.00 went through all their BS and they offered me $10.00. NEVER AGAINN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

Awesome service here. Had a tire wear issue and Trent brought me back to my car up on the rack and we discussed how to setup the alignments to prevent tire wear and preserve handling with the constant driving and 3 kids in our passat and everyone was awesome, knew exactly what we needed to do and communicated well. They offer great oil change prices and check filters while they are at it. At the end I was offered to waive todays cost when we had an issue with my card used for repairs not working and that was very standup and unexpected. They even shuttled me to the gym while work was being done! Definitely a customer for life now!Way to go service techs and trent!Sincerely, full time student and mom

Had a fabulous experience purchasing a Mercedes GLC 300 from Steve Hahns. They offered a great price on both the car and my trade in, we got everything done over phone/email - drove down to Yakima in the old car and drove back in the amazing GLC 300, spent less than one hour in the dealership. Will like to give a shout out to Kyle Lackman and Chris Estrada for making the experience super nice and smooth. Absolutely no sales pitch on warranty/maintenance either.

Me and my Wife purchased a car from them financed with $1000 cash down, contract signed, with the keys and out the door. A week and a half later they call saying there was a credit alert and to come in and talk with them. It was a minor alert about a flag on my wifes social due to a robbery at our home. They then turn around and tell us if we want to keep the car we have to give them another $2500-3000. So our only option was to give them the car back because we dont have extra cash growing on our backyard tree. We also got the windows tinted after the purchase and they tell us that we probabky wont get refunded for it. How they do this to families I dont know, but they have done this to close friends in the past as well. I do not recommend Steve Hahn to anyone unless you want to buy a car and then turn around and be told you have to give them more money if you want to keep the car. They will be reported to the B.B.B. by us and probably more if they continue to do what they are doing.

Buyer beware!!! They knew the ac was not working properly and rigged it. Now that we own the car we have a 2,000.00 repair. We thought it was odd that when we told them when we would be back to drive the car it was out front and running. They had put a can of coolant in our 2013 Jetta to fool us.

I have a Jetta, 2012, TDI, and know that Steve Hahns will get me installed in a new Jetta TDI, 2016 when the suite is completed at a complete trade-in, no cost trade.I have complete faith in Hahns!They have always done the best for us in all the years that we have been dealing with them.Our 2012 Jetta TDI has over 97,000 and has NEVER had a problem as long as Steves people were our support.Get the Best Ever from Steve Hahns and their terrific staff!They sjould be rated as 7 stars!

As usual my experience at Steve Hahns VW Service Department was one of dealer efficiency and respect for my time.Each time I schedule maintenance for my VW Beetle they take care of all the details and have me back behind the wheel and on the road quickly. I was given the use of a loaner car to run a few short errands.All the staff - receptionist, mechanic, detailer - took extra time to deal with a problem unrelated to my scheduled maintenance. This personal effort is greatly appreciated and saved me time and worry.I dont take this level of service for granted. Their attention to all aspects of the service department undoubtedly benefits the entire dealership. After-sales customer care and satisfaction is the main reason Im still a V-dub guy.

My first experience with Hahns was when my Dad and I stopped in to see his friend,Mr. Hahn, He trusted Mr. Hahn to find him exactly what he wanted and in excellent,like new condition. My Dad, Ralph Bentley, wanted the very Sporty Original Dodge Charger, Midnight Blue, Bucket Seats Front and Back It was a very Cool car,I was just a little girl, back then, and I will always remember listening to them, for hours, Never tiring of their Jovial Laughter, their tall stories and their Love of Cars.I always loved going to Hahns, whether we were searching for a car or picking one up, we were treated like Family. We purchased many cars from Hahns, over the years. Some even for others. We always knew Hahns Never disappointed,He Always exceeded our expectations, and it was so exciting ! Driving up to purchase our New car, Sight Unseen. I am looking forward to that. I am probably as picky as my Dad was, so when I decide if I want a Chrysler 300, custom colors, or a White Nissan Highlander, with a lift or ...?
