Went in to check out countertops for our kitchen remodel. Found a good one. Good sales person also showed us options for backsplash tile. She spent a lot of time with us. It was a good and rewarding experience.

We stopped by this place for basement carpet & a hearthstone for the fireplace. This was after having a very negative experience at the 2 big name stores in town. The selection of different flooring products at Cost Less Carpet was incredible!! The prices were great & the staff was knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. We were glad we came & wont be going back to those big name stores for our flooring needs.

Love the price here!I had a great customer experience the first time I was there but second time I called after explaining I was a returning customer the associate was crotchety... attitude and even ha going up without a “your welcome or goodbye” and I could hear frustration in her voice. 12:16 May 1st 2020. Maybe she needs someone to ask her if she’s ok or get a customer service adjustment.

Drove 30 minutes to purchase some carpet. I walked in and the guy upfront did not greet me. I was in there for 10 minutes and no one greeted me. Nobody acknowledged me. I walked upfront to see if some one would help me and the gentleman was on his cellphone. Left the store unhappy. Will not recommend this store to any of my friends and family.

If you are shopping around for good deals in remodeling materials go here for sure, lots to choose from, I have gone there for several different things in the last 4 years and have always been satisfied and every time I have visited the store they have had more things to choose from.
