Been in several times lately and every time Kyle has been extremely helpful. Hes very knowledgeable about the products they have and makes it really easy to start narrowing down your choices. Were doing a kitchen remodeling we have been struggling to decide on color schemes. But so far we think we are near the end and will be making our choice probably today.

Where do I begin? Let me first say I had a wonderful experience with Great Floors of Yakima! Having worked in a small flooring store I was happy to help my sister navigate through getting new flooring installed in her whole house recently. We stopped in the Great Floors at 1508 Nob Hill in Yakima.We were greeted right away and directed to a Salesperson with a minute of inquiry. Mekenzie was our salesperson and she was incredible! We knew we wanted Waterproof Vinyl plank flooring and carpet. She was knowledgeable in both products and very helpful. My sister chose XL Flooring, Color: Blueridge. Xl Flooring is high quality, beautiful, scratch resistant and waterproof. She also chose Nylon carpet Match point: Cobblestone. This carpet was very pretty and a reasonable price. Honestly, being in the flooring business, I was very impressed by every step. Great job Mekenzie and all of you at Great Floors!!Furthermore the Installers were top-notch! The name of their business is HQ Flooring. They are also in Yakima and install Carpet, Vinyl, LVP, Laminate and Hardwood. They were incredible! They were prompt, courteous, and hard-working. Honestly the nicest group of guys you will meet. Having worked with many crews of installers I can tell you they were at the top! Good job all of you!! Thank-you!!

Great Floors in Yakima did an amazing job installing porcelain tile in my bathrooms and laundry room. I am so impressed with their installers’ craftsmanship that I have also hired them to install baseboards trims throughout my entire home. Nora Guzman is an expert in choosing flooring that best compliments your home. She is very professional and so much fun to work with. I give Great Floors 5 stars and I would highly recommend them!

We were navigating new territory attempting to select and install flooring which would satisfy all family members; each with different tastes. Our neighbors recently remodeled and recommended Great Floors. When we went to the Yakima location we were instantly greeted by Jason Finley; the same man whom our neighbors received exceptional service from. He was gifted both personally and professionally, He was able to discern our teens likes, help discuss options with each, and yet be attentive to our overall family budget. He followed the project from beginning to end, going the extra mile to assure what our sons thought they might like truly WAS what they pictured. He was genuinely HAPPY to answer calls and e-mails! He was trustworthy and a team player who was able to suggest a multitude of ideas to assure all bases and angles were covered: (all laminate, one room in laminate, another in carpet, etc etc) in a matter of minutes with side by side estimates to gather a sense of financial implications for each. His selection of installers (Tabias and Juan) just further added to the exceptional care we were given; while the appearance of the completed floors lends to the overall positive and fulfilling experience! We cant thank you enough!

Ive worked with Nora Guzman on several projects and each time she handled herself in a professional manor. I recently used Nora again for new office flooring at the cemetery and not only did the installer do a great job, Nora called me and hour after he left to ask how it went.I see the google user comments here but I would go by the recommendations from people that use their real identity.Thank you Nora!! I will recommend you on future projects!

Im not one to write reviews but I wanted to thank the staff at Great Floors for going to bat for us when Daltile sent us the wrong tiles. Even though Great Floors had ordered the tile correctly and it was all Daltiles fault, Nora kept in constant touch with us and Daltile until we got the issue settled. Thank you.

I ordered laminate thru Jason and was assured that the flooring had padding attached . Well after installation I look at the leftover flooring and no padding. Four weeks later there still reducer missing. Flooring has cracking lots of squeking because of no padding. Then the installers were a different problem. They cut some of the flooring in the house instead of outside so flooring dust over my entire home. Took days to clean it off every surface. I still have one bedroom that is still carpeted and I look and they have staples the carpet to the floor a foot in from the doorway. And let’s not forget the two installers brought mommies and daddy. January 2019 I have been contacted by both the corporate office and the manager of the Yakima Great Floors they are diligently working to MAKE IT RIGHT. They will be here this Tuesday to adjust the errors made by the salesman and the previous installers. The wonderful man who manages the Yakima store came out personally to look at the situation and to make it right they put the same flooring in an attached bedroom. Perfectly matched existing flooring and the installers were a dream to work with. At this time I would not hesitate to use them again and will likely recommend them to everyone.

I recently remodeled my home due to a house fire and Nora was able to help me to pick out and replace all of the flooring and counter tops in my home. She worked diligently to find me EXACTLY what I was looking for while staying well within the budgeted amounts for each area. Nora knew when to order the flooring and counter top materials to keep my rebuild project on schedule and was able to keep costs down to a minimum by supplying my installers with the CORRECT amounts of each materials and supplies needed - when they needed it! Everything was installed professionally and without a lot if wasted materials to throw away (a lot of wasted material costs would have overrun my budget for sure!) and the results are beautiful! I am very happy with the knowledge, professionalism, and decorative skills of Nora (and Great Floors overall) and I will return to Nora at Great Floors for all of my future flooring and countertop needs.

When our floor was installed, the installer made several mistakes and did not complete all the trim installation in parts of the house. The Great Floors management came out to my house to personally inspect the floor, and made a real effort to make it right, especially Nora Guzman, who was very anxious to make sure we were completely satisfied. Good example of going above and beyond for the customer. Thank You!

We went in for a small piece of carpet padding to put under a chair. They have a wide selection or flooring, I have bought from them in the past and have always got good quality and a fair price.
