Are used to shop at this facility all the time until I ran into I guess who is the owner of the company! She racially profiled me for not wearing a mask, as the Caucasian elderly gal was in there being help without a mask. I use the service in the past in order to mail numerous items every single week! The young gentleman standing next to the gal that was being overly rude did not even mention that he noticed me or knew me he just sat there quiet!I do have an underlying health condition that caused me to have a heart attack a few months back. Under the proclamation of mask exemptions by Patricia buyers are mayor I am exempt from wearing a mask and carry a doctors note everywhere I go to prove so. I tried calling the store to explain my side of the story outside of the store so I didn’t have to be in there in forced to wear mask and she rudely hung up on me. I have never felt so racially profiled in my life I will never ever shop there again or use their services for that matter!

I had a overall good experience both times Ive been there, but know Ive finding out that my return package hasnt been returned yet and the tracking package number says its still there. So what is going on? Not cool at all...

I had a box there for over a year....and the consistantly changed hours...then the greedy owner started charging a per package price above the monthly rate.... I paid a deposit for 2 keys and when I returned the keys I only got deposit for one back.... This business only offers the most expensive sniping rate.... And they are always shorthanded...( can not keep employees) do yourself a favor and just use the US postal service.. Their boxes are way cheaper and dont have the per package chart

Generally pretty good service here. I have come to pick up packages that one of the delivery companies couldnt deliver and left a notice for at home or when I need to send something in for a return back to a company. Its a secure place to pick up and mail packages. They also offer PO BOX services. And a few other mail services and accessories. I also bought a 4 shelf bookshelf for $30 here. It was a good deal.

Manger or owner or whatever she was is rude to customers and her staff, overcharges, and incorrectly notarized my document. Never going there again. Horrible experience.

While the advertised services are available, the owners should look into getting a new computer for faster service. I was there for over 10 minutes waiting to mail one item. The computer took forever to reboot when it froze upon trying to set up the sale.

Been there acouple times and had a problem w/ my shipments each time. Pkgs are never on time as theyre quoted and they over charge for UPS and USPS. The customer service are excessively rude and very unprofessional. I would never refer anyone I know to them and will not go there again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me... Wont be a third time! The owners should really take a look at management of their business!!!

Awesome place for all your mail needs. USPS, UPS or FedEx. All your packaging needs and a great place to return those used packing products.

Super upset with my visit here today. I always drop off my boxes here and never been charged for taping my box, and today I get told it was going to be $1.50 to tape it for me. Okay fine, but then he added .10 cents but tax! Came out to $2.35 for tape!! Not only that but the worker there was “having one of those days” (his words). Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I think I talked to Tricia or her name was along the lines of that. Extremely rude, not helpful at all. Hung up on me. Didn’t answer my question. Didn’t help at all.

Staff not particularly helpful or knowledgeable.Lots of little doodads & cards, though. Definitely more useful as a gift shop than a shipping center.

Very tidy and has a small assortment of gift items. Usually I get fast service, but the last time I went there, there were at least four people in front of me and only one person at the counter. Ill still go there.

Mail-N-More is a good place to get a notary done, just call before you go to make sure the notary is available. They offer several different services, but their shipping services can be pricey. However, it is a convenient place to drop off pre-paid UPS, FedEx, or USPS packages.
