Best place ever!! Was in and out within 5 minutes and the staff was friendly and helpful. Print rates at 10 cents a page were a lot cheaper than $1 per page at another nearby print store.

The nice lady behind the counter didnt know how my day was going. She didnt know about the family conference earlier today call regarding an elderly family member. She didnt know the frustration of trying to get assistance or answers for my cousin because Im just a cousin and dont have legal representation. She didnt know my wife and I are trying to catch up my cousins bills since his wife passed away in April and he had been abandoned to his own devices. She didnt know the paper she copied for me was so we can record what was paid, how much, and when. She didnt know all this and she didnt charge me for the copying service. Id like her to know she made my day.

Like most people who own printers, mine (for whatever god awful reason) doesn’t seem to work. Incorrect ink cartridge, paper jam, inability for the machine to connect to WiFi; any “user error” out there I’ve dealt with firsthand. So when I googled local print shop in Yakima, I was expecting a business with computers spread about to print off what you need at will.I was met with smiles from the employees and a brief conversation that left me in a good mood for the rest of the day. They not only offer printing, but they have a range of services like customizing shirts, pens, mugs for local businesses, and a range of banner/sign options.When I go, it’s only to print off a couple of items, and in return they shrug their shoulders at the .18 cents it would’ve cost to me. I simply adore this business and the positive people that work tirelessly so to make this sort of reputation exist.

Ive ran a dozen or more jobs through them so far and every one of them has been fast, easy, with perfect printing and my clients are all very happy with the quality.Roberts experience really helps me as a designer. I think hes been there over 20 years, and he knows everything there is to know in the realm of printing, from old school technology and the off-set press to the newer digital tech that gets more and more affordable and fast. Cant reccomend Roberts service enough.
