Ive been waiting for over a year for a warranty replacement on a sliding door. Nothing absolutely nothing. Worst company to deal deal with ever. Dont buy any product from this company as they wont stand behind it. Please contact me jeld-wen to fix this. If not I will bombard any site I can find on your products. These are very possibly the worst doors/windows I have ever encountered in my entire life. Within a year of our house being built, both sliding glass doors and windows began to malfunction, some becoming unusable to this date.

Not surprised that the plant is closing. with an ineffective leadership at the management level, and specifically at the upper management level, it was only a matter of time. smh. RIP

Apparently this company is closing the Yakima plant. Instead of giving their employees severance packages, they would rather look for things to fire people so they dont have to pay. This is a garbage company amd needs to get out of the US and stay international. If this is how you treat your employees, you dont belong in the US. Absolute garbage.

Worst place to work Jim the production manager is a jerk unless you bow down and kiss his shoes. Always fearing for youre job and quality of windows is bad. all about volume not quality. Unhappy employees 10 min breaks takes 3 mins to get to break room and 2 mins to grab a snack then you have to be back by the ten min mark so its really like a 2 min break.
