Called this morning to get an estimate to have my torsion springs replaced. The receptionist seemed to be clueless about the services they offered. She stated she could send someone out for a cost of $89 and had no idea what the cost would be for further repair. This is a very common issue with garage doors. Called three other businesses and they were able to give me a clear estimated cost for repairs.Update:Received an email from Marcus with Overhead Door. He felt the review wasn’t a good representation of his business. He stated that the person answering the phone lacked the knowledge to answer my questions.I was able to find another company to complete the job.

You wont find better ok for all you door needs. Jack has years of experience and his guys know the technical stuff too. Call them and see

Called markus yesterday, he asked what was wrong and what light was showing on opener. I explained and he said to try one thing and i did. It works without having to have them come down. Honest business!

The worst response time and service ever. difficult to reach by phone, do not return calls.. took about 1 moth to get problem resolved. after waiting 1 week the guys shows up and cant fix because he has to get the part. called after a few weeks and the guy was very short and actually hung up on me. Interesting after I called he said they could come the next day. I really think had i not called i would still be waiting. the door opener was about 3 years old now lets see if they honor the 5 year guarantee!!
