I called Brandon about 5:30 PM yesterday and told him I was thinking of finally putting an opener in my third bay garage door. Took a few pictures send them to him of the situation and he had a man out the next morning. They did a great job with the install I can’t believe how quiet the new garage opener is. Highly recommend Elite Overhead Doors for any of your garage door needs.

We use our shop for business and when the door was not opening and closing correctly Elite was able to get us back in operation. They came and assessed the issue and replaced our spring and cable system. They also inspected the rollers and chain and adjusted properly. Thoroughly impressed with the timeline and job well done. I was also impressed with the presentation of equipment and personnel. As a business owner you notice the little things and this company does as well. Nice job!!

I highly recommend Elite Overhead Doors. My garage door broke over the weekend and Brandon had guys out to patch it up within 2 days so it wouldnt fall apart in the high winds. I decided to go ahead and replace it with a new door. It was less than a week after I had decided to get the new door when Elite was out here installing my brand new insulated garage door! I love it! The guys who came out did an amazing job. Again, highly recommend Elite Overhead Doors.

I had a tension spring snap on my 16 garage door and couldnt get it to open. After leaving a message with the company that had installed the door several years ago and not getting a call back I checked the reviews with Elite. Brandon (the owner) was able to send a crew that was just finishing up a job.Saul and Jeremy were very friendly and knowledgeable (masks and distancing), and replaced both springs and on their way in an hour.Will definitely put them in my contacts in case I need service!!!

This company was hands down fantastic to work with. I waited over 10 days for a different company to come repair my door and install a garage door opener. When the technician (of the OTHER company) called he didnt even leave a message. When I saw the missed call about 30 minutes later, I called the (OTHER) company to see if it was maybe them - it was. They said they couldnt fit me in now and would have to reschedule. Considering it took almost two week to get the appointment in the first place, I declined.I called another company. They got me an appoint about3-4 days later. I was told the tech would call me first thing in the morning to let me know about what time he would be there. By noon, Id heard nothing so I called them. (I was told their tech had Covid and couldnt come in that day - it would have been nice if they had contacted me to let me know!).So I called Elite Overhead Doors because I REALLY needed my garage door repaired as it could not be opened, and I wanted to get an garage door installed. They were wonderful and sent a crew out that same day who immediately fixed the door for me. As it turns out, I have to replace my garage door before I can put in an opener, but I know who I will call when I can afford that project (hopefully next spring). It will be Elite Doors.

As a first time home owner replacing 20 year old garage doors, I shopped around. I was super impressed by all the reviews this company has online so I called them up and made an appointment. Brandon showed up right away and was amazing to work with. He had all the needed information and was able to get me what I was looking for and in my price range. He was fast at getting his bid in and his wife Amy was a pleasure to speak with as well. For a family owned and run business, they are top notch! They were both so helpful and set great expectations on what I could expect regarding time frames, costs and installation. His prices are competitive and you really can’t beat the amazing customer service! Not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them. The installer Saul was also amazing and was able to complete my 2 door garage install in a single day when the expectation was 2 days to complete. He worked so hard and did a fantastic job! I had a broken garage door over Christmas, I called them first thing Monday morning and they were within 90 minutes and had the garage door fixed in 45 minutes. Brandon who took my was awesome and the two guys that showed up were friendly and polite and very knowledgeable.i would highly recommended them.

Seriously, Brandon does such good work, I felt the need to literally log in twice and give two reviews to offset his one bad review, which from what I understand, isnt even from a paying customer. Elite has done work on my home and shop in the past, but as I write this, Brandon and his crew are installing three brand new garage doors on my home. They are absolutely beautiful compared to what is currently on my house. These guys are friendly, efficient, return calls, show up on time and do excellent work. What else do you need to know?

I received multiple quotes for new doors for our business. Brandon at Elite Overhead Doors had a better price for insulated doors than the other two quotes did for non insulated doors. He was very thorough with explaining the scope of the work to be done. His two employees did great work and even fixed and adjusted our back door. I would recommend them to anyone looking for overhead doors.

Our garage door was stuck in the open position - not how we want it to be, obviously. Called Brandon and he was out in about an hour, figured out the problem and repaired in less than 5 minutes. Great service, great speed, and very friendly!

Made contact by Instant message. I was advised that I would receive a call back in the morning to schedule repairs on my garage door. Never got call back. Left a message with the business as well. Had to go with another company due to lack of service or interest of providing service.Update:Got a call back from the owner explaining why he wasn’t able to call me. He stated he operates a small business and was very busy that morning. He was very concerned about the negative review I left. Seems to be very concerned about his customers. Unfortunately, I had already scheduled someone else to come out.

The owner is very knowledgeable and is a real straightforward person. The quality of their work is fantastic I would recommend him.
