We were treated great as soon as we walked in Richard Heflin made it easy to shop for our mattress. After shopping all day at all the mattress stores in Yakima, we came back to Denver Mattress because of the customer service. Glen, helped us wrap everything up, and in the end we saved over $200! And left with 2 pillows and a mattress pad. Cant wait for our mattress to come in.

We are happy with the quality and service provided by Denver Mattress. The salesman was friendly and didnt try to ridiculously upsale us. He was efficient and quick as well. The mattress came in within the time frame quoted. The only reason I gave it four stars is because on the (free) delivery they wouldnt bring it inside, which made it a difficult task for one person to drag it inside. That was a bummer.

Quick easy interaction with Richard! Came in told him was I was looking for (mattress set) on a budget. Pointed me out to a bed I instantly fell in love with. Tried a couple other varieties just to make sure and then wam bam out the door having purchased myself a new bed set! Thank you Richard for making something simple in all this chaos!

Our SA/CSR Glenn did a fantastic job assisting us with a mattress purchase. He listened to our requirements and offered us solutions based on those criteria. It saved us a lot of time and energy not being upsold on products that didnt fit the bill. He also didnt have to do any objection handling because he stayed within the parameters of what we asked for. We will reassess our rating based on delivery later this week We will see if other teams within the company have the same level of service that Glenn does.

The mattress staff are very patient and helpful. There is no pressure to buy anything and are willing to answer any questions you may have. The staff was willing to give time to make sure we made the best purchase for us rather than trying to push something else. Overall a great helpful experience!

My husband and I worked with Glenn from the Yakima, WA store. We came into the store wanting to do a quick look and he respected that and emailed us a quote. When we returned the next day, he greeted me by name. He was knowledgable about all types of mattresses. He answered our questions, gave us space to try the mattresses, and privacy for discussions. He was the kind of no pressure salesman we enjoy working with. When it was time to make our purchase, he explained all the details and choices we had. This is definitely a business we have and will continue to shop at.

The first person who worked with my wife and I was no help at all. We. He recommended a mattress we liked but the height of the mattress, foundation and bed frame was too high for my wife to sit on. He said theres no way to reduce the height and that was that. So we departed. At home I logged on the Denver Mattress website and I found that by changing the foundation the height would reduce. We returned and worked with a young lady who was great help. She recommended a low profile foundation and steel bed frame to reduce the height. Her recommendation reduced the height 4 inches and we were pleased. I would give her a 5 star rating and the first gentleman 2 stars. Overall a 4 star rating. We purchased what she reccomend,, mattress, low profile foundation and heavy duty steel bed frame. Thank you Ellie.

They are very friendly people there. Also they are very helpful and informative about what there selling you. I bought a mattress and frame for it plus a new cold pillow with it too. The sale men gave lots of information and was very patient and super friendly with me and my whole family. He always had the right answer for us and when we asked questions about anything. He let us try different mattresses and bed frames that would fit in to are budget and gave us so many to look at too. He was quick when doing the paper work and the couple times I change my mind with the order and order date it was come to my house. He wasnt upset but very nice and cooperative with are needs in the end. Everyone at the store was super cooperative and friendly with us an any way they could help us at all. Now the delivery truck was on time and the delivery guys were super fast pick up the old mattress and putting up the new mattress and frame even when I change my mind where to put the bed and how high it was off the ground. They were super fast and efficient plus friendly as can be. It took me and my family long to move thing out of my room and clean it then it took to set it all up. Probably took less then 8 minutes in all to finish there work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that want to buy a bed or some new furniture. There the best in this city and in this county and surely the most friendly and cooperative and efficient and far fastest delivery people I have every seen in my life. They lie to people just to sell their products. They also say their mattress has guarantee but they wont replace the mattress. Their mattress are so expensive and are not even good quality. I wake up with back pain. Do not buy from them.
