I am a customer here but as soon as I am done paying my stuff off, NEVER AGAIN!!! THEY HARASS THEIR CUSTOMERS! 18 days past due come on!! We are in the middle of a world wide pandemic and you all are coming to my house, calling my phone, daily. Do you people realize that we we are all struggling, trying to deal with life right now. 18 DAYS!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Haven’t purchased anything from here, but they’ve been calling my phone asking for someone I’ve never met for a few months now. I’ve stated I don’t know them, and have asked to have my number removed from their lists, but I still get phone calls every week. I wouldn’t recommend a business where staff doesn’t understand simple things like “Please stop” or refuse to take “No” for an answer. If they refuse to understand basic communication and requests, I can understand why they’ve been called con artists by several reviewers. I would recommend taking your businesss somewhere else rather than supporting people who go out of their way to harass, lie, and be a general nuisance to the community they reside in

They always have what we need and if not they order it. If I am going to be late, theyre willing to work with us . I highly recommend them. I know that I am very happy with their service and items. Theyre high quality products and friendly services are the best in Yakima.

Would definitely not recommend, this has been one of the worst experience for me . Tv town damaged my bed room set upon delivery because they forgot to tie it down then took 3 months and hundreds of emails later to replace they constantly change the interest fee and dude date and call me to argue with me about my account, one worker went as far as yelling at me over me questioning these things . I definitely can not wait to pay this off and never work with tv town again .

After repairing my house, I need home appliances. So I bought what I needed. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. Definitely recommended.

Would have given 5 stars but the morning my product was to be delivered they said their truck was broken down..i find it silly to posses one delivery truck in a town population 97,000 people..otherwise the guys down there are cool and easy to work with, ive rented with every rent to own place in town and these guys are the best but hey guys! Some advise...have two delivery trucks..im very disapointed its been 4 days now and still no product.

Well first off. They lied to me 3 times. 1st was, they said a LG sound bar would sync to my Samsung 4k curved tv it doesnt. Of course I knew that however they insisted that it does and when I went to return it they wont take it back. 2nd a man named Javier sold me a used washer and dryer, insisting that it works now I dont have clean clothes for work tomorrow. Final he lied about what year the washer and dryer is. He said its a 2015 when really its 2013.... these people are con artist and they wonder why people rip them off. That man needs to be fired! Immediately if not sooner.
