This company made a sales call to ask me if i wanted to buy supplies. I told them if they call my insurance and call me back tell me the total. They called me and said i all i owe is 35 dollars. I asked are you sure they said yes. Then 6 months later they bill me for additional 178 dollars.Now i been dealing with them for past 3 months.Do not use them they will lie to to sell you product and then bill later.

Be careful before getting a CPAP machine from here. When I picked one up, I was adamant about wanting to know what the machine would cost me after insurance. They told me it would cost between $30 and $60 a month and after 4 months I would own the machine and only have to pay about $30 a month for supplies. When I received my first bill a month later, it was over $800. They blamed it on my insurance. I took it back and told them I couldnt afford that. Two weeks later I get a bill for over $500 with no explanation at all as to what I am being billed for. When I called the local office, I was told they would have someone from their billing department call me but I was still responsible for that bill. $500 to rent a CPAP machine for 1 month. If that seems excessive to you, I would look into Howards Medical instead.

Three people work there and nobody can order a mask in three weeks, go some where else if you can
